I have used Town & Country twice for carpet projects. Both times have been an excellent experience. My contact, Brandon, did a good job communicating and ensuring I was satisfied with the work. They were not the cheapest option but they were the better option.

This review is long overdue but we been incredibly busy still. This company contacted us at the beginning of COVID-19 and said they wanted to bless our family during thsse challenging times. We went from having our medically complex full-care need son home during the day to having all 10 of our kids home all day everyday. We are a family blessed with many adoptive children and multiple with special needs. We were exhausted, weary, and stressed to the max. They blessed our family with snacks, treat, some toys and games, and most of all groceries that could be delivered so we could avoid store runs which was a huge huge blessing.

Expertise and professionalism topped off with a low-pressure environment made for a wonderful experience. Getting the destroyed 20 year old carpet out and replaced is just such a breath of fresh air and I will most certainly refer friends and family to this company. You can also bet that I’ll stop in again when the time comes for my kitchen and bathroom renovations!

Lucas is very knowledgeable and friendly. We had to add carpet to our remodel due to a flooded basement - we ended up upgrading to wool. We are so happy the basement flooded as the wool is such a better product than what we had. Of all the subs we had to interact with during the process, Lucas was one of the best!

Great people to work with. Professional and on time. I worked with them nearly 8 months ago. First they have a great selection of carpets, quality and colors. After measuring my basement in 2 days we were all ready to go. All the problems/issues were discussed in advance and we had solutions before the start of the project. The other thing that stood out to me was how on time the crew were. I had to leave quite early to get to work and they showed up each day of work 5-8 minutes earlier than what I had asked them. Pricing was fair too. I would definitely work with them again if needed be.

We were working with a big box store to get carpet for a house we just purchased because they had a free installation offer. We had 4 delays with our carpet and it was pushed back 2.5 months at the time we decided to cancel. We were done with Big Box stores and decided to look for a company that was local and dedicated to customer service. We found Town & Country carpet by a google search and it had high ratings so we decided to give it a try. We honestly cant thank them enough for everything they did to get us carpet as soon as possible. We ended up having carpet installed within 3 weeks of the estimate and they even went above and beyond to hit our housewarming party deadline so we didnt have to push back the date. The service was phenomenal, the installers were professional, they knew us by name when we called. Based on the carpet we had selected at the big box store, the price was exactly if not slightly cheaper at Town & Country carpet. We had a great experience with Town and Country Carpet. Lucas and Brandon were more than accommodating with our short time frame; and were able to get our order in, old carpet ripped out, and new carpet installed quickly! They also installed a small section of tile near our walkout and it looks fabulous. The installers were prompt, courteous, professional, and CLEAN. They left no mess whatsoever. We would highly recommend Town and Country Carpet.

Chose Town & Country Carpet to replace the carpeting in our flooded basement. Brandon was terrific to work with and very accommodating during this very stressful time. During our initial contact he told me that final payment wasnt due until I was 100% happy. Mike, the installer went the extra mile to lay my extremely long carpet with absolutely no visible seams. There was a minor issue and Brandon was true to his word and quickly had Mike take care of the problem. Not only am I 100% satisfied I would definitely hire them again for any future work at my home. Ive dealt with many contractors over the past few months due to the flooding and many over the 26 years in my home and I truly wish all the companies were as great as Town & Country. I highly recommend Brandon and trust that hell do a great job for you too.

We had Lucas and crew at Town & Country - carpet the lower level of our Duplex in Brooklyn Park 3 yrs ago and they did a great job. Now we are going to have them do the upper level.
