I love office depot and what they have to offer at their store. Sadly, I came in for a printer and they were out of stock of most of their options. I understand with many people working from home that they would have low supply. So, I decided to order a printer. Alex was very helpful and told me my printer would be in the following day. I needed one for time sensitive work. On the third day with no printer I call the store. Alex answers and doesnt remember me but somehow looks up my order without me giving him any of my information and says it should be in today. That actually it wasnt supposed to get here until the end of the week. So, I have been lied to on multiple accounts with this one transaction! If I would have known it was going to take a week for the printer to show up I would have went with a different option or a different store completely. I hope in the future store employees are up front and honest.

Staff didnt appear helpful or courteous, rather distrustful and irritated. Never received help for printer questions and furniture inquiries. Shopping on Amazon. Sorry if my skin color and appearance offend your employees.

Dan was so sweet to my husband and I. We needed to build a home office for a job change and he helped us with selecting the right desk and printer for our style and budget. He was quick to help but always available for other customers. Great customer service!

Our Company is producing PPE supplies during the shortage. We needed to find the right stapler to fit our needs. The evening Clerk gave us some of the most effective feedback we could get. I had an amazingly negative experience at this store tonight 11/12/19. Dan was extremely disrespectful and rude to us as soon as we walked into the store. He rushed past us as he said something that was unintelligible. I asked him what he had said and he repeated it just as quickly as the first time. After trying to figure out what he had said, I figured it sounded like “Let us know if you have any questions.” But saying this so unclearly and as he was rushing past us made it very clear he had no interest in helping us. I wanted to walk out right then but chose to stay and look for the item I had come for. A very nice employee named Elijah came over to help us but since he couldn’t find what we were looking for, he called Dan over. It went south from there! I told Dan the impression he had made on us when we walked in and instead of acknowledging what he had done, he responded “I can tell you no one else has ever had an issue”. I told him I thought he was very rude and he told me I was rude and he told me to leave the store! He even at one point appeared to walk toward me as I was waiting at the front door for my child to join me. I was certain he was going to put his hands on me! I told him I was not leaving without my child and he told me, loudly, again “You need to leave!” Before I left the store, I asked him how I get into contact with his manager. He shrugged his shoulders and responded “I don’t know.” I will NEVER step foot in this store again because of this employee’s behavior. YOU DO NOT TREAT PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS WHO INTEND TO SPEND MONEY IN YOUR STORE THIS WAY!

Customer service representative, Jacob, is absolutely fantastic! I needed assistance with emailing my documents as attachment. He volunteered to help & a few minutes later done successfully. Jacob went above & beyond. Thank you. Oh, the cost was minimal. (Bonus)

Used their computer center for a hard drive repair. Promised more than I got but still an incredible deal and very helpful. If you are not really computer savvy, make sure you ask all your questions that you have such as downloading software. I have no complaints and would recommend them for repairs. I am really happy with the repair.

Great Store to Shop in, very nice, clean, and modern. Employees are always very helpful, and are great to work with. I shop here to purchase all things needed to run my business! The lines were a bit lengthy and they only had 2 cashiers working when I was there, but overall this was a great shopping experience.

On November 29, 2017, I purchased a headset for my kids to be able to do their online home school classes. I purchased the 2 year warranty plan as well. Flash forward to yesterday *November 6/2019) when the headset broke down. I called Office Depot to ask how to get it taken care of. Mike kindly explained the online process and when I explained that we needed to be up and running within a couple hours for an online class, Mike told me to bring it in and theyd make it work! We walked out with a new headset of equal value and we were able to get my daughter back online without missing a beat. Office Depot came though! Thanks, Mike!

Super satisfied. Went in with my flash drive and 4 Photo ID Credentials that needed to be printed, laminated, and cut down. They had it printed within 6 to 7 minutes and laminated as well. He also recommended I use the FREE cutter at the self serve station instead of getting charged more to have them cut it. I only spent like $5 total for all and the cards came out perfect. Looked professional. The guy at the print shop who helped me, I believe his name was Jacob. Im not sure how helpful they are in the rest of the store departments but I give the print shop 5 stars. Everyone else who was getting helped at the print shop got done quickly too. No complains. HAPPY :D !!

Great. They ran out of stock on a particular desk lamp. Gave me the option of ordering online with free shipping or pick up the item at a nearby location. I found the item waiting for me at the counter. Very helpful people.

Its a fine store, but almost everything we were interested in looking at turned out to be only available online. So it was kind of a waste of a trip. Sometimes we want to just see things in person so it was disappointing.

I have only had great experiences at this store. It was under pretty major renovations last I was in, but the staff was VERY helpful and they had (like usual) everything I was looking for and a great price! 5-stars!

Exactly what I needed. Andy and Scott went above and beyond to help this technology challenged business owner. Feeling more confident having this level of service vs an online printing firm.

We found what we needed, with a bit of assistance from a nice staff member, and were checked out promptly. I think we were only in three about 7 minutes at the most. We were shopping for boxes to send Christmas gifts.

We come here quite often since its close to home. They have all the office/school supplies you could possibly need. Prices at office supply stores can be a bit pricey so I prefer to comparison shop before I come here.Customer service is solid, someone is there to greet you when you walk in and help you find whatever you are looking for. Rarely are the lines for checkout slow, we can generally just zip in and out.My last visit was for printer ink, which is comparable to every other place that sells it. Unfortunately they do not refill ink cartridges here, which could save you some money.They also have a copy center to print out projects or documents if you need that type of service.

Theres not much to say one way or the other. The store serves a purpose, and its clean. Prices are a bit high. None of the locations including this one are convenient to Brooklyn Center.

Dislike being discriminated against. Went into the store and straight to the desk section. A customer was sitting down on an office chair waiting for someone or something and the employee walked past my wife and straight to the guy sitting down if he needed help(he said no), but never bothered to ask us. Walked right back out. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Amazingly horrible customer service. I purchased a printer, it died. Thats OK printers die. I had three unused and unopened ink cartridges that cost over $50 and they would not take them back or give me store credit. I will never shop there again, nor would I recommend that you shop their.

Wss spending time looking for what I wanted when an associate asked if I needed help. I explained what I was looking for he led me to the other side of the store to exactly what I wanted.

Hope your not in a rush or looking for any specific item... If you are able to order online and store pick up that is the only time you will have a quick experience here.

Extremely poor customer service.Went to store to pickup an order placed online. After waiting for 20 minutes I was told the store does not carry the product.After checking my order number and email confirmation the store manager tell me its not available and hes going ahead to cancel the order and I can get my refund in 1 week.You would expect the manager to offer an (1) alternate product, (2) pickup at alternate store or (3) free shipping but NOPE... I wasted my time, money and energy going to this place to need to learn lesson... Good luck guys.. Soon this store will be history.

Please don’t ever shop at Office Depot. After using shady 3rd party companies for a desk order, they proceeded to never call back and had no intentions to after getting the desk sent back to them from the 3rd party company because they’d found damage. When I did call the customer service lady was not the most kind person but was able to re-send the desk over a week after it was supposed to be delivered. In store and the customer service lady said assembly would be done free, and upon getting the desk delivered, I was told otherwise by the person whom had helped me in store. The second customer service lady who’d transferred me was just as rude and upon being told that there was nothing they could do and being given 0 apology or anything, I was unable to be transferred back to the same lady I was speaking to.This is an Office Depot problem, not just with the specific store but in general.I’ve been frustrated by this experience and will never spend a penny here ever again and encourage all others to follow suit. They do not care about their consumers.

I get such wonderful customer service when I come to the copy center. This is the place where the quality meet value.

Horrible service at the copy center. Needed 6 books coil bond largest had 72 pages I needed 4 sets. Copy guy couldnt tell me if they could be done by Monday. This was Thursday at 1 in the afternoon. Sorry.... this is the most help weve had in this department in 2 weeks. Two guys working. Walked to the front of the store spoke to the manager and told him his copy guy was walking business. I left went to Staples. Told them I didnt need until Monday. Just got an email from them. My 300 dollar order is ready for pickup. I will never shop at this store again.

I try not to use the word hate, but I really hate this store. Its clean and its quiet because theres nobody there except for a cashier and a print guy. I went in to buy card stock paper. I swear at one time, they actually had a decent selection of paper. I mean, this *IS* a office supply store so one would assume they would have a decent selection of paper still. Nope, I walked around aimlessly staring at the 3 different options they had. I needed laser compatibility, there was only inkjet. Nobody came to help me, so I figured it might work. I brought it to the cashier, explained to him Id prefer laser paper but they were out. He said I probably shouldnt use the Inkjet paper as I wouldnt get good results. Well.. Thank you sir. Now Im going home with nothing.Id suggest you shop somewhere else, but OfficeMax and OfficeDepot are the same now, so you really dont have much of a choice. Unless you want to drive to the other side of town to go to Staples. Maybe Ill go to Wal-mart, at least I might get some assistance there.

Walked around needing help for 25 min. Tried to track employees down and they kept walking away instead of asking if they can help. Left Ill never return with service like that, saw other customers looking like they needed help while watching 2 employees standing to the side bsing as I was leaving.
