On the day I went I tried to get there early but it took me a little while to find it. It wasnt packed and super busy but they were short handed so I had to wait to get what I wanted to buy. Once I got help the employee was knowledgeable and patient with me. Over all it was an okay experience. I give it a 4 because of the long wait. Otherwise if your looking for electronics and or appliances they have a good selection and I would recommend it as a place to check out what they have.

I wanted to return a pair of Samsung Galaxy wireless earphones. The store is a bit far and I realized too late that I forgot the cable that came with it. But the woman at the front desk was very understanding and I had no issues with my return. Would definitely go back for future electronic needs

Learned today why best buy is losing.We were inside Mg bestbuy today thought we would pick up movie to watch on our new TV from earlier this year.Best buy refused to do their price match guarantee both Amazon and Walmart have better price on UHD Harry Potter 8 disk set. This store has changed a lot in the last 10-15 years.. I used to love best buy and now its somewhere I go only when I need to . They used to have everything to do with different and new tech/electronics.. Car audio is a joke now, no wire kits, no RCA cables, its a 8 foot section of mostly radios.. You cant ask a question either because there is no car audio employees, they all just cover where there needed.. And there always quick to say we can order that for you, why would I order from here and pay 2x - 4x more than Amazon or eBay.. The reason I go to an actual store is to be able to see, hear and compare then be able to take it home same day...If youre trying to get a iPhone or any other apple product this would be the place... Tablets, Computers, headphones or a new phone is pretty much 85% of the store now..

Excellent selection for a modern brick-and-mortar store. Staff is very helpful. The only reason for a score reduction is that there are not enough people to help check out, especially if complex electronic transactions are needed.

Ever since Covid, Ive been doing a lot of curbside pickup at different businesses. Ive used this option at this Best Buy a few times now, and each time both the ordering and pick up process are seamless. I only have to wait a couple minutes for my items to be brought out after I check in that I am at the store. All staff has been courteous when dropping off items to me. I will definitely keep coming back here due to the excellent service I have received.

And kudos also to the representative at Best buy who hes taking away took me to the phones features and help me set it up and initiate it. The help at Best buy is among the best. I have to say that the place was really nice as the staff was really helpful. Theres tons of things in stock as Im definitely coming back whenever I need something that is technology related. Otherwise, organization is very messy and I recommend there to be better pinpoints on where everything exactly is because I practically had to search isle by isle (I dont mind walking lmao). Amazing store!

I recently bought a microwave oven from Best Buy, and asked about recycling the old one. They wont let me drop it off in store because thats their policy and they want to charge $99 to come out and pick it up! 😠🤬🤬🤬 They should recycle it for free and allow you to drop it off at the store if you buy one through them.

The employees seemed too busy on their phones or chatting with co-workers to help customers. When I finally caught one walking out of the back room, I was thoroughly unimpressed with their skills to help me out. Might as well go to Amazon, etc. for your electronic needs.. I like to do my shopping and see/test my expensive purchases in person before buying, but Best Buy wont help you with that decision. Bought my new sound system on Amazon. The reviews there were severely more helpful than the employees here.

I have been shopping for a new computer and have struggled to figure out what computer is a good value to buy right now with quality components being out of stock or over priced. I stopped in the store today to pick up a cell phone accessory and decided to look at the computer section to see what was available. I had nice gentlemen ask me if I had any questions and when I asked technical question he brought Zack over to help me out right away. I was amazed by the depth of knowledge that Zack had about any questions I had for the right computer to buy. He explained everything so perfectly that I now know exactly what setup will best fit my needs. This took place in a 10 minute conversation. I have been researching for quite some time now and could not figure out on my own. Best customer service I have ever had shopping for a technology product period.

Worst customer experience. I had ordered a TV, I realized I ordered the wrong product and tried to cancel but it didn’t let me. When the Geek Squad guys came to deliver, I asked them to return it and they didn’t take it back, asked me to go to a store. When I went to the store in the evening to return it, I was told the order isn’t considered delivered coz their guys were slow in entering the information. It was a 75-inch TV that they even said they can’t store and that I’ve to take back and bring it again. It’s full on harassment. I would give the story me and their stupid staff 0 stars if I could.

We had an in home consultation with Geek Squad to mount our TVs and install a new TV and sound system. Was told we’d receive a quote the next day. After three weeks, I’ve tried multiple times to get ahold of the Geek Squad agent, Don, for our quote and have not gotten my calls or messages returned. I tried scheduling another in home consultation and they did not show up or call.

We purchased a washer from Best Buy and had them deliver and install it. I was told the people coming into our home would be wearing masks. The men who showed up were not. I was told they would mark off a work area to maintain a six foot distance. They did not. Then, the wash kept coming out steaming when we used the cold cycle. Every clothing item was shrinking. We discovered that the guys hooked up the hot and cold water backwards! Very unprofessional!

Not in love with my experience at this store. I have been loyal to Best Buy for years but the customer service at this store is enough to make me want to go anywhere else. I purchased the added protection on my new phone. 7 months later it stopped charging. The Geek Squad Supervisor wanted to charge me $180 and send my phone in to be repaired. Best Buy was the only place I bought my cellphones. I will not buy another from them.

I was disappointed that no one asked to help me. I was also disappointed that they had the Microsoft Keyboards in 2 locations and I had to ask where they were. Then they didnt have very many options 1 wired and 1 wireless thats it. I left empty handed and unhappy.

Our old TV finally died after 12 years. My hubby and I are computer geeks but we hadnt read up on TV technology in a while. So we went to the Maple Grove Best Buy just to get a feel for what was available. And there we met Jeremiah, an incredibly personable, very articulate young man who was beyond knowledgeable about the products he had available, all of the technical lingo, what options were more advantageous than others, etc. Ive been a computer consultant for 20+ years, and I think that young man knows his product better than I do in some respects. I was blown away. We then went to another store chain - just for comparison, and the salesperson was nice, told us his personal experience with TVs, tried to be helpful. But I tell you what, I wish I had a Jeremiah available for every big purchase decision I make. We werent easy on him - he got asked a lot of technical, nit-picky questions and he handled every one of them with aplomb. He made the experience both educational and highly entertaining. It was definitely one of the best customer service experiences we have ever had! (And yes, we went back to Best buy, found Jeremiah and bought the TV from him. =)

I had a somewhat complex issue to return an openbox phone that had issues with the battery and charging as well as order a new one that also needed to be unlocked to be used on my service provider. Long story short the guy at the counter struggled to make the return as it was an online purchase and then also the customer service rep I talked to at best buy didnt give me the correct information as it pertains to getting a phone unlocked. Customer service could be improved at the store.

Our refrigerator died and we have to replace it immediately. Thanks to Best Buy being open (by appointment!) We were able to go in and look at the models instead of just online. We ended up spend $100 more than the one we looked at online. Money well spent. They have free delivery and only $25 to take away the old one. Only 4 days to deliver too. Excellent service from Zach in the Maple Grove location.

This company will likely refuse to release product paid for claiming a fraud check even if your bank confirms the charge has posted without issue. They will also refuse to cancel an order and run a debit transaction in lieu of a credit transaction. Whatever fraud system then have in place is seemingly intentionally designed to waste the time of not only their customers but also their own employees. My bank has recommended that I dispute the charge, and as of right now this seems to be the only option available to me.Edit to add a pro tip: if you are tired of getting disconnected from their automated phone tree I recommend following any options that will connect you to Geek Squad. They were able to actually connect my call to a support agent. Whether that support agent will actually be able to help you with your issue is an entirely separate issue. But at least I didnt get kicked out of their automated system for a fourth time.

Tried to make my current Best Buy credit card payment in store. Multiple personnel and 3 registers later they still could not locate my account. Then AFTER running my drivers license 3 times and scanning my actual credit card 4 times, still nothing. Called the number on the back of my card and did payment over the phone without issue. Only reason for 3 stars is because I walked in the store with my wife and browsed for more than 40mins. Not a single staff members attempted to ask us if we needed help but were very attentive to other shoppers instead. When I asked for help, I was immediately brushed off and told that theyd get another staff member who had more knowledge. That never happened.
