A very friendly & comfortable place to shop. I was greeted when I walked into the store and told about the sale going on. I found 4 pairs of slacks and jeans, they fit perfect. The Sales Associate was so helpful and pleasant. I will definitely be back!

Ive been there on several occasions in the last six months, and find it to be very well run, and a fun place to shop. I always find something different and unique, and the price is ALWAYS right. There are no issues with something being damaged, dirty or excessively worn.They are very cautious about that. The employees have been super friendly and helpful. Ive only recently brought things in for resale, so I cant speak to it from the side of a seller yet, except to vouch for the fact that they are careful what they take (they wont sell anything ripped, dirty or stained). The process was easy and organized, and they were very clear as to the timing, the mark-down dates, and the percentage received.

Wish I could rate this place negative stars. Brought in 2 suits to be consigned, and was told that everything is in the system. Called a couple weeks ago to see if they had sold and the lady who answered the phone said, Nope, doesnt look like your items have sold yet. You wanna try back in a week or so?. Sure... no problem.I called back today and the lady who answered the phone said We show you had an account created, but nothing was ever entered on your account. I asked, you mean my items never sold? She replied No, it doesnt look like we ever received anything from you, but at least her tone and demeanor were pleasant. Then she put the manager on the phone.I cant recall ever dealing with such an unprofessional, condescending shrew in my life. From the moment she got on the phone she was out for blood. Instead of trying to understand and resolve the issue, she attacked me for not (knowing) if I still had my receipt! Oh, my apologies... Im at work. You think I keep a pocket full of month old receipts on me at all times?!! But alas, she was belligerent and condescending stating that Everyone keeps their receipts from here. I reasserted my previous statement that I didnt (know) if I had the receipt, and that I would have to check at home. Everything spiraled downward from there.I had heard and read that this kind of situation was common at Turn Style, but trusting that most companies and people conduct themselves in honest and ethical ways I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. If I knew that Turn Style fully intended to breach my confidence and trust, I would have taken my items to Goodwill and at least gotten a tax write-off.

Staff is very helpful and friendly, just wish there was a better selection. A majority of things are out dated and for a more mature audience

I have really good luck here consigning my clothes. The girls here are really friendly and they do a good job at what promotions they are going to be running. Good place to go treasure hunting looking for items that you dont normally find at retail stores.

THEY TOOK MY PURSE! A store associate asked me if she could take my purse moments after I walked in the door. There were several other female shoppers in the store with purses, but I was the only one asked to hand over my purse. When I asked why, the woman said it was because mine was the backpack style of purse. I explained that I have a bad back and I cant carry weight on one shoulder and that a small purse balanced equally on each shoulder is my only option. It is NOT a large purse like a student backpack. In fact, it is the same or smaller than the average womans purse. I told her that Id been shopping at this store for MANY YEARS with the exact same purse and had never been asked to hand over my purse ever before. I did hand over my purse for a few minutes but then immediately asked for it back. I really felt uncomfortable handing over my purse to complete strangers, so I told her this and that I would not be returning unless they either allow me to keep my purse or they take every womans purse who walked in the door. This was one of my favorite stores to shop at. And, thats unfortunate. Turn Style Maple Grove lost a very loyal customer today.

Let me share a secret with you my friend... Turn Style has the brands sizes and selection you need to start, refresh or change your wardrobe. They do not buy items out right. You consign the items, you are paid when they sell. So they get better quality better brands and nicer things! I even wore a jacket I got from here on my last TV appearance! You will not be disappointed. This is the 3rd shop on my normal shopping trips.

Highly recommend for consigning and shopping.I changed sizes and had a closet full of nice brand name clothes that I spent so much money on I couldnt just give them away. I made an appointment for the weekend to bring everything in--it was about 100 items. They were all cleaned and on hangers. They took almost everything and about half went to the summer season and half for fall.Just from the summer season, Ive made nearly $200. About every other month I call and theres another 50 bucks in there! I wish I had more stuff to bring in!

This is a fantastic consignment store. The prices are fair and they are particular so the quality is high. I buy a lot of name brand items here that look new.

The employee was so courteous. She brought my clothes to the fitting room and arranged them nicely. She made relevant recommendations and She carried on great conversation with me and made me feel welcome.

Bought a nice Columbia jacket for my brother in law but the tag was left on and had to come all the way back to get it removed. Other than hat decent deals.
