Had quartz counters installed 6 months ago. Counters themselves look pretty good but guys doing the seam work did a terrible job and theyre very visible. They didnt even try to color match them hardly. I have white seams in a grey colored counter. Now the last couple months our stainless steel sink is showing brown stains. They also left a large chunk of quartz from a cutout sitting in our front lawn. Ive called the company several times to come out and repair the seams and even had a time scheduled but was a no show. Their service has been terrible since the install. Seems they just care about the money and wont stand behind their installation.

We selected Pacific Granite after looking at several local fabricators. They were FANTASTIC to work with! We could not have been happier with their prompt communication, excellent customer service, project management and timeliness. Their price was fair, and competitive, coming in less than fabricators with large, flashy showrooms. We would recommend them to anyone, and will be doing work with them again!

The whole staff is so easy to work with, and they listen to my preference of cuts on the slabs of Granite. Their relationship with suppliers is top notch as well as their pricing. I have used Discount granite places and the discount places provided thinner granite, I didnt get to choose the slab, and the installers were amateurs. Pacific Granite let me pick the slab, pick the cuts, its 3CM, (nice and thick), and the installers were experts. 10/10 from me

From start to finish our experience was wonderful. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in planning every step of the way. The choices of styles were endless and prices were spectacular. Installers were extremely professional & friendly and highly skilled. All done and I am more than impressed with the end result. I highly recommend this company 👍🏼

Had a great experience working with Pacific Granite. Comparing Home Depot these guys are easily 20% less for the whole package. Home Depot gets their granite from MSI in Plymouth and marks the colors up minimum 20% more than independent installers. Free sink was icing on the cake, no snags or any problems with the entire process. Very happy with our new counters.

The sales staff was friendly and was very helpful. I was about about to go with Home Depot before I thought to check around. After a few stops, I found Pacific Granite in Maple Grove. For 30% less and 2 weeks quicker than Home Depot, I was very please with my counters. Two thumbs up for Pacific Granite!

Pacific Granite has great prices and a short wait for installation. There were some problems with the initial installation, but the owners accommodated all our requests. We now have beautiful countertops! I would recommend this company to any of my friends.

This was a TERRIBLE experience. They missed the first install date, after my plumbing was disconnected. They had the wrong slabs of granite delivered, so I had to go back to MSI and pick out new slabs. Not only was this inconvenient, the original slabs I had chosen were no longer available. They ended up cutting a large piece incorrectly, and assured me they would fix it, they still have not 3 months later. The backsplash is flush in some spaces and not in others. I have called, visited in person, sent pictures, and sent emails. Each time they told me they would make it right, they still have not. They lack integrity and workmanship. Look elsewhere for installers, this is too big of a purchase to have to go through this.

We had a very positive experience with this place. The sales lady was pleasant and the installation crew was really awesome.

Helpful staff, fair pricing and quick turnaround time. Happy we chose Pacific Granite over big box stores. I do wish their remnant selection was not in Eagan and only available M-F.
