We had some chips in our granite, and I was struggling to find an obvious choice for repair work in the Twin Cities. I am glad I took my time in the search, stumbled up Sergey with Unique Granite. First, communication was excellent. Between making contact for the first time and the appointment, it was within a week....others I had tried to contact were booked further out. Second, Sergey was beyond professional and helpful with the repair. He located some matching granite, and used that in the repair. Third, in addition to the chips, he was able to level the counter and update the seal between the granite in a much better way. The granite counter looks better than ever, and now I feel confident it will last for a long time. I highly recommend Sergey and Unique Granite, and he has a future customer in me when its time for replacement or upgrades in the future!

He changed our appointments 4 times. He would call just before the appointment time and say that he had an important delivery and would need to reschedule once again. This happened twice. His caulking gun broke on the last day. Obviously not his fault...but he only had one. He said that he would return in a day or two. My husband decided to just finish the caulking himself. Our backsplash was cracked in half. Serge glued it and didnt say anything. Overall I would not recommend this company. He does not have the granite in his shop, he only does the fabricating. Customer service is awful.

Serge did a beautiful job on fabricating and installing granite counter tops in our kitchen! We followed his advice on a couple design ideas and were so glad we did. He was easy to work with and is a great craftsman. We appreciated working with a small business like Unique Granite. Also, he and his apprentice left our place spotlessly clean when they finished the job.

Serge was able to come out same day to put in an air gap for us saving us over $100 and allowing us to get a dishwasher install to code. Great service! Hoping to have him back soon for some chip repair!

Picking out granite shouldnt be hard and thats why we went with Unique Granite. We called Serge and he came out promptly and measured our vanity. We were interested in new granite counter tops for our master and main bathrooms. Unique Granite helped us look for granite that matched our interests. We eventually found several finished pieces from another familys remodeled kitchen. Unique Granite helped layout the counter tops within the pieces so that we could maximize the use of the finished parts - several cuts needed a lot of thought and planning. Unique Granites workmanship and care definitely shows on the finished product.

I searched for months trying to decide on a company to install 60 sq. ft of granite in out kitchen. We decided on Unique Granite and were very pleased. Unique Granite installed the countertops in our kitchen and did an amazing job. After about 4 months, there was a small crack that appeared due to the weight of the backsplash (it is natural stone). I was pretty upset but Unique Granite came out to our house and fixed the crack and it looks perfect again! Great customer service and really great work. I will be using them again to upgrade our bathrooms when we are ready to re-do them!
