We had some plumbing work done and help with getting some permits completed on a rental property. Andy was so kind and knowledgeable helping us get everything set up and keeping us in the loop throughout the process. The plumber, Dave who came out was just as wonderful to work with. A great company we definitely plan to use in the future and would be happy to refer them to anyone.

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable. My water softener leaked the resin core and plugged my hot water heater and everything else in the house. LeVahns got someone out the same day to replace the softener and flush-out the water heater. The tech was friendly and explained how to use the new softener. Great experience.

Jerry was great he came out and addressed all of our concerns and was very informative. He took the time to explain and fix the issues we had.he went above and beyond our expectations. The guy who also answered our call and took the time to walk through our concerns on the phone was also great!

I rented a power rake from these guys and they were extremely helpful and informative answering all my questions on how to best repair my yard. I highly recommend using LeVahn Bros for any equipment rental needs and more.

I love this place. The tall guy is very helpful. Sorry don’t know his name. He has helped me twice in the last month. Once to get a part for my water heater and the other for abs pipe. He helped explain what I needed to do to fix the leaky pipe. The prices are a little more but for the knowledge they provide and convenience it’s totally worth it.

I am a regular and they wouldnt let me shop in the middle of a snowstorm when I couldnt find my mask. They told me to go outside! Ive been there once every 2 weeks for a year and after the virus these guys have masks around their chin until someone comes in. Maybe Ill have to call the Inspectors to keep an eye on these hypocritical workers. Very rude in a middle of a snowstorm when I needed something in an emergency. Being a mask bully definitely pays off for losing business to the big stores. They deserve the loss .

We hired LeVahn to do some major plumbing work as part of a basement remodel. This was probably the third or fourth time we had used them. The scope of work included digging up a concrete floor, replacing all drain lines. They moved a gas line and also changed out the above ground plumbing stack. Basically, all drain lines in the house were replaced. While this kind of project is scary and expensive, we really never had any concern that the job would get done right. And it did! Dave is an amazing plumber, very responsive to our desires. He communicates clearly and is a joy to be around (additive laugh). Andy is a great project manager, always gets back to me quickly and effectively. My wife and I would wholeheartedly recommend LeVahn for any plumbing need. If you want to get the job done right, hire these guys!

I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! I had a water heater that was leaking and didnt want to buy a lessor quality water heater from the big box stores. I didnt want to pay a plumber to install a quality product either. I stumbled across LeVahn and called them when they opened up and inquired if they had the water heater I needed. They were able to secure one a few hour later. Since I was having to shut the water off, I decided it was time to replace the water softener as well since it was just as old as the water heater. I went home and installed the water heater and the fittings for the vent was different from the original. I went back and Andy the plumber helped me get the correct parts to finish the install. I was extremely impressed that they were so accommodating to me with my numerous questions and help me get it installed correctly. A HUGE Thank you to Chris and Andy!!! BTW I live about 25 minutes west of their store and drive past several big box and other local hardware stores to get there. I will continue to patronize their store due to the customer service I received.

Great work and awesome customer service! Helped out with a large project recently. I stopped in the store and they were very helpful with a temporary solution and we scheduled an estimate the next week. They promptly followed up after the quote was agreed upon and the work was scheduled and completed soon after. The job took slightly longer and they were very fair and stuck with the original estimate. Highly recommend.

We first went to LeVahn Bros about a year ago when the flush valve on our toilet broke. Its an older toilet and we were having trouble finding the part. When my husband walked in, they knew right away what kind of toilet we had and were able to help us get the part fairly cheap and instructions on installation. Recently we went back again, as our toilet tank broke and we needed to replace it. They were able to refer us to a salvage yard that had the tank! They also walked us through installation and helped us weigh the pros and cons of replacing the whole toilet. Chris was especially helpful. Even though they didnt make that much money off of us, their friendly customer service and knowledge was above and beyond what we expected. Would 100% recommend for plumbing needs - they will always be our first go to!

Staff was extremely helpful in finding and ordering a part for our outside spigot after trying to get help from many other plumbing supply places. Also, spent quality time explaining how to complete the fix and even repaired the old part I had to help with a temporary fix. Will definitely be back!

Andy, Dave and the whole crew from LeVahn Bros. are great. I had a water faucet in my garage (through finished drywall) that was leaking and Dave was able to cut through and replace the whole thing in around an hour. He even went the extra mile and applied a nice trim ring to the faucet and was extremely careful as he was cutting the drywall so he could put the drywall back. The result was a great working faucet and my cleanup work was essentially non-existent!Id definitely recommend LeVahn Bros. to anyone in the northwest metro. Great service like this is hard to come by these days.

Was attempting to replace the cartridge on my delta shower handle and I had ordered the wrong part online. The gentleman at the store was very helpful in showing me the correct part I needed and even took the time to explain how to complete the job! Excellent customer service, I highly recommend them.

Called to get the job estimate and was told estimator will call me back. 3 days passed and no one called so I did. They apologized and said that new note for the estimator was left to call me. More days later still nothing. Do not waste your time on such a lack of professionalism and support businesses that care.

So their open till 7, just went there at 6:35 looking to rent a metal detector. Walked in and an older lady asked me what she could do for me, I said im here to rent your metal detector she looked in the corner where they keep there rental stuff and it was full of lawn mowers, I said oh you cant get to it she said no we close in 20 minutes you can come back tomorrow at 8am. I said ah no why would I do that she said well I suppose I can move some stuff, I said no I guess you dont want my business! Too bad I always supported them as a small neighborhood business not anymore. Lost customer for good!

I just had to have my water heater replaced after it started leaking. They were able to talk me through how to shut off the water heater as well as come out within 48 hours and replace it for a very reasonable price. Will definitely use again.

Cant give a referral. Got a ballpark price. I called and asked Andy for a written quote. Did not have one. He had an estimator come over to double check the job, but apparently did not produce a quotation. Several days later did the job, and got my wife to pay $800 over the verbal estimate.Not happy, not heard. Cant refer.

I got off to a rocky start with Loren (owner / scheduler) on two projects, but there never was a question on the quality of work performed by Dave or Craig (plumbers I worked with). These were industrial plumbing projects - far different from what they would run across in commercial or residential - yet they had the background and skills to perform the work perfectly. They were easy to communicate with and the work actually came in under the T&M bid price.Ill deduct 1 star for having to convince Loren to keep the projects moving instead of responding to a louder customer, but once he committed, he kept everyone on track.Hope to work with them again soon.

Ive used LeVahn Brothers a few times and theyve exceeded expectations every time. Their prices are up to 50% cheaper than the other plumbers Ive called for the same job. I just replaced my water heater, the other guys were charging $1,800 but LeVahn did the job for $1,150. The other guys also tried to sell me a new water softener and chlorine removal system. Interesting because I only asked them to quote me the water heater. Anyway, LeVahn has proven to me to be the best plumber in the area and will be the only one I call.

I called yesterday to ask if they will service snowblowers and they said Harvey would give me a call. Less than 24 hrs later, Harvey has picked up our snowblower, serviced it, and is set to return it shortly! On a Saturday, no less! I’m very happy with their customer service.

An incredible place for those of us who grew up in the era of non big box stores. They ALWAYS have not only the right thing, but knowledgeable people who help you figure out what you really need. Also, a rarity these days, you can buy the screw, bolt, nut, etc you want by the piece...without all the wasteful packaging or excess. Too bad there are so few of these places left!!!!

We had to get our water heater replaced recently and I called about six other plumbers first. Once I called and spoke with Loren, I knew I was in good hands and he was able to answer my questions knowledgeably and professionally. Jerry arrived later that week and was by far the nicest, most courteous and by far the most professional plumber I have met. Jerry did a full remove and replace in less that 2 hours. Very satisfied and will highly recommend LeVahn Plumbing anyone.

I have been using this hardware store for 12 years. They are family owned and operated and show and tell you how to DIY. They greet you immediately when you come in the store and basically offer personal shopping services to save you time and add expertise. This is the ultimate local hardware store. I have also used their plumbing services in my home. Top notch. Do things cost slightly more than Home Depot? Yes. It it worth it? Completely. Their tips and suggestions over the years have saved me both time and money. They are so honest when it comes to what they sell you. Ive had them show me how to do things more efficiently and for far less expense more times than I can count. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Great place to pickup plumbing hardware (and other hardware) that works. Stopped at one if the big box stores to pickup a coupler. Takes to one of the people there and bought what they told me I needed. Got home put it together and water during everywhere. Stopped at LeVahn Bros, told them what I was doing and what I have done, and they gave me a couple of options to try and resolve the issue. Got home put the first option in, boom, issue fixed. Saved me a ton from having to call the pool repair shop.

I contacted LeVahn after they were recommended by another plumber who didnt service my type of shower (walk in w/ Delta single handle faucet). I called at 10:30 and they were at my house by 1 p.m. Not sure they can always deliver such a rapid turnaround but my point is that theyre incredibly responsive. The work is done and the shower no longer leaks.

I was referred to this store by a Home Depot employee who told me, If we dont have it, they will.I dont have anything against Home Depot, in fact Ive always found their customer service to be above average, but they cant hold a candle to LeVahn Bros in that arena.Most friendly/knowledgeable staff that Ive dealt with anywhere, hands-down.This is now my default hardware store.

Had a main valve and kitchen faucet replacement. He was in an out. No problems. Smooth sailing. I recommend these guys fully.

We had a problem with our water softener and due to age it was recommended that it be replaced. Levahn Bros. provided the new softener sized for our use and got it installed quickly and showed us all the settings. It uses way less salt which is a big plus. Thanks again Ill never hesitate to call on them again for such quick knowledgeable service.

Came in looking for a roof shovel/rake and the two guys working laughed at me and said few days late on that there Buddy. Not helpful or appropriate. This was my first time stopping in, definitely wont be back.

I needed to replace my shower cartridge that was broken in half and one half was stuck into the shower handle. Initially brought the broken handle to Home Depot where their two experts tried to get a screw out of the handle for 2 hours. Eventually they decided that the easiest way to disassemble the handle would be to break it, which they were trying to do for another 15 min, unsuccessfully, thanks God. Today I went to LeVahn Bros. Their associate Chris took the screw out in 5 minutes, then found a replacement screw, and charged me $3. Thank you Chris! What a pleasure to watch real professional who knows what he is doing. Thank you LeVahn Bros!!! Excellent service, Im your customer forever!

Called to set up an appointment for some minor plumbing work on a new house. They told me I would need two hours and they could get me in friday from 2pm-4pm. It is now 3:45 and my repairman has still not shown up, but I called the dispatch and they informed me not to worry because he was on his way.Edit: I originally gave this group 1 star because I was very angry with the tardiness. I dont believe this to be indicative of the company as a whole. They have made great efforts to apologize and I am very pleased with the quality of the work.

I cant remember the name of the guy that helped me but he was super helpful. I had to replace a 20 year old stubborn kitchen faucet and he gave me some tips to get the job done. This store reminds me of the days when customer service meant something.5 stars LeVahn, keep it up and Ill keep coming back.

Terrible! We explained our plumbing problem and scheduled a plumber. He arrived on time but couldnt repair the shower BUT said he would come back and bring the replacement parts and fix it. He came back AND DIDNT FIX ANYTHING! But we were charged for 2 SERVICE CALLS! Absolutely ridiculous!

We were leaving for a trip and were having issues with our trailer hitch being too low. We stopped because it was the first hardware store we found. We looked and realized we only needed to flip the ball for added height. (Dumb on my part) We didnt have any tools so we went in to purchase some large wrenches. They asked what we needed them for and after explaining the situation, they told us to forget about the wrenches, just bring in the hitch. They took it in back and fixed it for us. Couldnt believe they said no to a sale just to help us! We decided to buy a bunch of food, pop and some random tools on my wish list just to support them! Great place with old family values, hard to find these days, keep up the hard work!!!

Yesterday I called Roto Pooper to come out and help me figure out how to deal with a fairly complex plumbing situation with my kitchen sink. After their guy gave me a quote for over a thousand dollars and told me they would have to ruin two of my cabinets in the process I called LeVahn Bros. Within a couple hours they sent Jerrry to my house. Jerry was extremely professional and an all around great guy to work with. He found an excellent solution to my problem that didnt involve cutting holes in my cabinets. On top of that, he was clean, very friendly, and the total bill was about 1/3 of what the other guys quoted. I highly recommend this company and ask for Jerry if he is available.

We were having some water heater issues and I talked to several other plumbers and even talked with city about why they thought why our faucets were clogging up. LeVahn brothers solved the problem and realized our water softener was the culprit. They figured out the problem right away and now I have clog free faucets.

Just got a key made at this hardware store. Doesnt work real well and it cost a fortune compared to other hardware stores. For a key to be made at this place will cost you $1.99 plus tax. Next time I will drive to a store where there is competition-this place is twice as much as any other place that I have been to make a key.
