I came in the store and was immediately greeted by the owner, Tia. She complimented my jacket and was super sweet. We chatted about what I was looking for but they were already sold out. We talked more small talk and I looked through the store. I absolutely loved the store and loved that it was all local products. I could have purchased the whole store. I should also note that the other employee was very friendly and also engaged with me. The store was very inviting and well laid out. They had so many great products that would make great gifts for any time of year. I will def be back and I def recommend stopping in when at Arbor Lakes or the surrounding area.
Absolutely love this shop. All Minnesota made items. Lovely collection of shirts, artwork, jewelry, soaps, and some sweets. Always a friendly staff too.
This shop is so adorable! tons of cute small businesses like clothing, hats, candles, cards, pet accessories and more! the gals working were very nice and welcoming. I was able to grab some gifts for my family and some art prints for myself. a great spot to stop in and look around!
Hey-ohh! This place is delightful! I’m so happy with the menagerie of local artisans that are showcased. Everything is so uniquely crafted and clever. For the record, I was greatly warmly and then left to my own devices which is how I like to roll. I found the perfect gift for my friend and will be back for Christmas gifts. Shop local, y’all.
This store is incredibly fun and such a wonderful way to showcase local talent.I am obsessed with this store!! Everything is so unique and fits to any style of decorating. And the other best thing!? The staff! They remembered me after my first visit and are so personable - truly feel like we are friends!I highly recommend this store to everyone I talk too!
I ordered a 2020 State Fair Box and it was so exciting to open everything! It came so wonderfully wrapped and packed! I havent been getting out much for months and was very pleasantly surprised to have my box delivered to my door!! It was heavy! I look forward to visiting the Fox Run store in person and see all the fun items! I read about DIY classes even. Sounds like a lot of fun!!
I was in a few days before Xmas. It was busy, but not too crazy. The staff seemed super grumpy though. I am not the sort of customer that needs or wants super attentive customer service, but friendly would have been nice. I see some other reviews that specifically say they had good customer service, but I sure didnt. Maybe I just caught them on an off day...Quick update after seeing the owners response: It was absolutely your store. I know where I was.Update #2: My email to Fox Run was precisely 5 sentences long. VERY long according to Fox Run owner. The point I made in my email is that you seem to get quite a lot of bad feedback here and your response is always that the customer was wrong (ie- you must have been at a different store, your review must be fake, etc). As I said in my email, I encourage you to start taking a look at yourself rather than trying to blame your customers for everything.
Very frustrated with this store! I live in St Paul but heard about this place, so decided to check it out. Looked at their website to check hours. Great, open Thursdays and I have the day off. Hop in my car and drive about 45 minutes to check it out. Nope, closed! Look back at the website. Scroll to the bottom. Says open Thursdays 10am-6pm. Get this fixed! I just spent 1hr30 in the car to check out your store for nothing. Definitely wont be making the drive again.
Amazing shop with a great sense of humor. I had such a hard time picking things out because I just wanted it ALL! Handmade goods from local artists, now more than ever is the time to support them. We also participated in one of their DIY classes. The ladies hosting were so sweet and I walked out with my own super cute piece! I will certainly be back for another one of their classes (plus they offered me snacks- sold!)Thanks Fox Run!
Imagine a place that has bunches of beautiful things that are made by local folks, arranged in a beautiful space, with spectacular humans running the show... Okay, I am a little biased because I adore the owners and their vision but seriously, this place is probably the coolest place with the most interesting and unique finds. Stop by, you wont be disappointed
We love shopping here! So many great products are available from makers across the state! Everything is so fresh and on trend, it’s a wonderful place to find gifts for friends and family!
A wonderful store that sells local MN products. They have great and caring customer service!
I love this store! Such cute gifts and things for you and your home!! They have wonderful customer service and their space is so nice! Love that their makers come in regularly as well!
Such an amazing store and staff! My favourite stop for unique locally made gifts, or for myself!
Participated in one of their DIY events and loved every minute! The store itself is AMAZING, and wanted to buy everything I looked at. It was Target but better...and with cuss words....so like way better. I love that they support local creatives/artists, plus woman owened....f yeah! Will be back many times over!
Walked in by accident thinking it was a different store, but decided to check it out cuz it looked kinda neat. The woman working seemed very friendly at first and told me she owned the joint (Tina I think...). Her friendliness quickly turned to a huge annoyance. She through a barrage of questions at me and kept saying things like you need this or this would be perfect for such and such. I honestly couldnt wait to get out of the place. It felt very sleazy salesy and it just isnt the kind of environment I feel comfortable in. It seems Tina has a pretty huge ego and needs to check it when interacting with customers.UPDATE: After seeing the response from the owner, I have to say I am even more unwilling to ever step foot in here again. Tina, you are truly something. Everything I posted was from my honest experience. Calling anything out as FAKE that you dont like is very Trump-ish of you. It seemed you had a huge ego (as I stated) and your response proves my point. I hope the GENTLEMAN you speak of is better at customer service than you are. I wish I could say we BOTH know that you are an ego-maniac, but apparently you arent reflective enough to really think about that. I am TOTALLY entitled to tell you how I felt about my customer service experience. I liked what you had to offer in terms of products. It was the service that was horrible.
Well, the stuff inside the store is nice and all, but the woman working (owner I think) was super pushy. Just let me look around without constantly berating me with your comments and questions! I appreciate a friendly salesperson, but this experience was just overwhelming. It felt like a door-to-door salesman or sleasy car sales. Worst of all, I am 90% sure it was the owner. I couldnt get out of there fast enough.
Meh. the place was fine, i guess. but i wont be back
Amazing handmade items by local businesses, run by super sweet and fun people!
I love this shop!
Great selection of local goods!
