Didnt get a receipt for my transaction nor a moble receipt

My store experience was awesome!!! Ebony and Shon were amazing!!! Mostly new staff in the store, clean, very friendly and helpful!!! Love our new phones!!

Had to get zoom app installed and be shown how to use it the young service tech was knowledgeable, polite and did a great job I was very satisfied. Ive been there on several other occasions and have always been satisfied outside of it being a little crowded at times.

Went to get a phone for my mother. The lady asked us what phone we wanted and my mother told her she was not sure just that she wanted an iPhone. The lady got really upset and said you need to know what kind of phone. We asked if she could walk us through. She basically refused and told us to pick. Then we kept explaining we were confused and she just got more angry and impatient.

Staff pleasant and took care of all my family needs and answered all our question

CS was very friendly & informative helping me resolve a issue with my fone which is now working great. Messaging kept crashing when trying to read them.
