The service is the worst. I couldnt recieve or make any calls or text. I went in there for help and the owner was rude and didnt help me. He told me to call boost myself, I told him I couldnt he told me to go to another store. But he help reset another customer phone who had the same issues I had with my phone. I wouldve brought a new phone from them. I went over to the T Mobile store and was treated better and brought a new phone from them. I do not recommend this store.

These guys are rude here, you ask one question they just look at you with a blank face and give a smart rude remark. They always seem angry so I stopped going.

I purchased a phone for 500.00 from this location, I did not have my phone for even 3 weeks. the phone would often black out and not cut back on. I took my phone back to the store, For them to swap it out with a phone that works. They kept my phone for a day and said that a another phone would be provided to me the following day. The next day I went up to the store for the new working phone. That they provided to me. Prior to me leaving the store, the clerk asked for my passcode to my phone, which was provided to him. I noticed a hour later that I had multiple missed calls from the store. As well did my friend who I provided a alternate # for while they had my phone. Once I tried to return the calls I noticed that my phone was turned off. My phone nor my friends phone had a voicemail nor txt message explaining why they called multiple times from the store. I even attempted to call the store back from my friends phone to only not get a answer. I contacted apple support and they informed me that my service was disconnected. The next day when I went back to this boost mobile store, upon entry, the clerk mentioned he had been waiting for me, I asked him why? And he laughed, and said because I didn’t give him the correct password to my phone.he was very unprofessional, and became upset because he could not give me a reason as to why he cut my phone off even though it was paid. He continuously said because I didn’t give him the right passcode, but never considered the fact that he may have entered the passcode incorrectly. I called the store back and no one answered, to even be able to tell me that the password wasn’t working. I use my phone for business and he seemed amused by the fact that he turned my phone off. I was sold a broken phone, and the fact that they kept my for for a day, and turned my phone off the next day, which was a total of 2 days I wasn’t able to use my phone. I asked for a credit towards my next phone bill. Which he said he was ok with doing in the beginning then after he became aggravated by the situation he proceeded to say he would no longer provide the credit. Even though my phone was turned off for no fault of my own. I spend really good money in this store and I’m so unsatisfied with the customer service I received.

Guys stole our money and didnt turn on the service. We didnt find this out until the next day ! No cell service for 24 hours ! Manager was very nice thats the only reason for 2 stars

GREAT GREAT GREAT! Seriously.. If you want to buy yourself a new phone or have any questions, these are the guys to see! Extremely helpful and they will deff find you exactly what you are looking for! Prices cant be beat either.. trust me i looked and tried!

Not at all set up to run smoothly. The employees were very uneducated regarding the phones offered. The deals were not displayed effectively, the store looked dirty,outside parking was torn up a lot and overall dissatisfied.

Horrible!! They definitely tried to cheat me. Showed me the iPhone 6s and discussed prices. Went to get my money and he bought out the iPhone 6 for the prices we talked about for the 6s. Tried to sell me the down grade for the price of the upgrade. DONT BUY PHONES FROM THEM!
