The store is very small, whe. You pull up its not easy to tell if theyre open. The employee barely opens his mouth to talk loud and clear. I had questions about a relatives phone he never touched it to see if anything could be done to get it to work since it did come on. Chances are I will try to find another location since I did learn Im eligible for an upgrade....

Henry has the best intentions he may need a course or two on people skills and maybe some help from the higher up to trickle down and upgrade his store from the bottom up and it cold be way more lucrative

Bought a phone back at the end of February. Phone not working right since I bought it. Corona had them closed for months and now cant even use the phone. Called today and employee told me the manager and owner never comes to location so oh well.

The lady that worked there was a very good phone salesman. Whatever question you had she would give you all your answers that you need and then some more. Plus she was just way better than other phone salesman who just didnt care, but she was vary real and upfront and gave you all the help you needed. Any time that i need to go to metro im going there. 😀😉📱

I love that store the people are nice and I always get what Im told Im getting. They go out of their way to help me every time hell out of the way to help everybody

The gentleman there very rude and abrupt. You ask a question he replies with snide remarks that answer nothing. Tried to kill him with kindness to finish my business but he made every effort to escalate things so he would not have to help me or admit he did not know what he was doing. Watched him be rude to several people in a matter of minutes as they chose to leave on 3 different occasions...customer service is dead
