I chose Lamettrys to paint side mirrors and a deck spoiler for my car. The informed me about the challenges that my paint(spa yellow) would be hard to match and that they would try their best. Eli ensured that i participated in the entire process: approving the color match, spoiler placement, and a final check. The parts were color matched perfectly. I would recommend them for custom works as well as insurance claims.

After waiting 3 hours in 95 degree heat for a Toyota Care Tow company we called Lamettrys, and an employee answered the phone at 8:30 pm at night. She was very courteous and kind and promised to set up a tow and call us back. 10 minutes later the tow driver called from Schmidts towing and 30 min later he arrived to tow us out of the intersection we were at. These guys are super nice and their quotes are solid and competitive (unlike some body shops in the vicinity who shall remain nameless). I havent picked up the most recent quote they gave me for unrelated reasons (potentially selling my car, as-is), but suffice to say if I do end up getting the scratch/dent damage fixed they will be my first call!

My RAV4 had been stolen and once recovered had some bumper damage. The work they did on my RAV4 was exceptional; and when I got it back it was cleaner than when I left it. I gave her a rating of 3 stars because I had some issues with the administrative staff. I asked all the right questions so that I would not have any surprises upon pick up. Unfortunately, I was given misinformation which caused some stress and tears at pick up. In addition, when I dropped my RAV4 off for the repair I was told by the gentleman I was working with that he did not realize I was coming in, even though I had an appointment.

The work on the car took a little longer than we would have liked but it was done right. Dealing with Matt and Eli was great. Matt provided twice daily updates sometimes and was phenomenal. Eli made it right when it was taking longer than anticipated to complete the job.

Highly disappointed. Ive had great service done for myself and other family members so I recommended my brother to take his vehicle in. His vehicle ended up with some damage to the front bumper while in their lot and they even have photos of before and after and would not offer any kind of solution due to them not doing any service on the vehicle. Spoke with the manager named Andrew and he pretty much said they wouldnt do anything for him. Now well have to look for another place to do business with since we cant even trust our vehicles being parked in their lot with no reassurance that itll be safe.

Right when I exited 694 onto 61, my muffler blew and dropped. I was literally almost home but I couldnt risk losing it in the middle of the road. Thankfully the first turn brought me here. They helped me in a matter of minutes remove the muffler and secure what was left to get the few miles home. Super friendly and offered suggestions for an affordable exhaust location.

No updates whatsoever you have to call them to find out how far/the progress of the work being done after one week, very friendly place but my repairs took forever starting from the day I originally set up my appointment for a tiny and small scratches in my front bumper.

This is our 2nd try for a collision repair. No scratch and no missing screws this time though . Sadly cosmetic detail could be better. We are missing our right hood fender to cowl sealer to which was never put back on according to the repair est. Great job to Russel for helping us get thru the repair though. Complete hack shop - glued together broken fasteners instead of replacing, when we got home rear window would go down but not back up.Additional damage just covered up and not corrected. I got my windshield replaced here — overall they seemed to do a nice job and did so in a fairly timely manner. But I am disappointed in a few things.After getting a tow to drop my car off after-hours, I was told I would get a call the following morning with confirmation about the work and estimated time of completion. I ended up having to call multiple times over several days to receive updates (i.e. they had already processed the damage and had a quote ready, but I had to call them in order to receive it).I called near the end of the day (but before they were supposed to close, according to Google) on the day it was supposed to be complete. The glass department had apparently closed for the day already, and I was told oh your car is probably done, but well call you tomorrow to confirm. I ended up getting a call first thing the next morning. Im just fortunate that I didnt have a rental car that I would have had to use for an extra day.Lastly, when I picked up the car, there was still trace amounts of broken glass (from my previous windshield) in the seat and dashboard, and glass all over the floor.Overall, Im disappointed in the communication here — I needed to be the one to reach out in order to get updates and my car was just sitting in their lot ready for a whole night. Moreover, having just been through an accident where I had glass in my arm, Im really unhappy that they didnt do a better job of cleaning up the glass and that I had to brush off the glass with my snow brush before driving my car back home. Youd think a collision and glass place would have a workshop vacuum for that kind of thing.At the end of the day, the windshield repair was well done. Youll be happy with their repair job, but expect to call them regularly to get updates and bring a vacuum with you when picking your car up.

The second I was dropping off my car, Brian was already getting a rental car lined up and it was there the second I was done checking in! Russ kept me updated throughout the process, and it was finished ahead of time! The body, paint and detail is of the highest quality!

LaMettrys has great customer service and they do quality work. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because the paint job wasnt blended with the previous paint color. You can see where the new paint ends and the old paint begins. They also missed fixing a part under the hood which I just noticed was cracked.
