We had our disabled vehicle towed yesterday. When I got home, the vehicle wasn’t at my house where I requested it be sent. I called Luther Towing twice with no answer. When I called the third time, the rep claimed to have tried to contact me to receive payment. I had a missed call from an unknown number but no voicemail left, so I didn’t know to call back. I tried to call again 6 more times to pay over the phone, and no one answered. Finally, I was able to get through this morning and pay. When I actually talked to someone, customer service was fine, but I could not get through most of the time.

My moms car had her cars tires stolen. Tyler came in to save the day and had our car towed to a shop for repairs. He was diligent and extremely knowledgeable. A++ work from my man!

Tyler came and towed my car at 12:30 am. He was very professional, personal, and fast. He was great. I will be using this as my new towing company because of how good he was. Best tow truck driver around. I hope all their employees are like him.

Had gotten a Flat on the Highway…called Insurance got Luther Towing linked up very fast! My man Tyler reached out and boy oh boy did he save the night! Zoomed over to my Vehicle ASAP! Noticed I pulled over in the emergency lane & gave me a heads up about it getting towed! He got there and saved my Car! We used Luther towing through an insurance tow. Tyler was great. He called when he was on his way, was very professional, and did an excellent job. We only ended up waiting about 45 minutes for them to show up which at 6:30pm I thought was great. I would recommend and definitely use them again. I’ve heard horror towing stories but this wasn’t one of them thanks to Tyler.

Contacted them to tow my car on a Saturday. They said it would be two hours to get someone out to me. Four hours later, they still hadnt showed up and nobody was answering the phones. If you cant do the job, just say so when initially contacted. Accepting the job and then never showing up to it is wildly unprofessional.

Horrible service. They will say we will be there in 30 minute but took them 4 hours with no communication.

Man if I could give them no stars I would. Tow service is dumb slow. I have used them several times through my insurance and I specifically ask if I can get another service when they come up. I bare it Im in a jam and have no other choice. I dont know why Geico uses them for roadside.

Their tow driver stole out of my car. I know this for certain because my car broke down on post road, which is the road to the airport, where I was dropping a friend off. They left in my car a Christmas present before getting out. That’s exactly what was stolen. When I called I was told the owner would call me back, hasn’t yet. I shouldn’t have to worry about their employees digging around my personal belongings. It’s quite an uneasy feeling. I will be contacting the better business bureau.They did however come within 45 minutes and had my car parked in front of my home (where I have the ring camera) within 2 hours of me breaking down.

Excellent job! I needed my car towed to the dealership and they gave me a wonderful price with quality service. Quality service is what they showed. They didnt treat my MK 7 VW Golf R like they didnt care, they treated it with respect and integrity. I recommend you to give them a call now.

Geico sent this company after my car went crazy on the highway. Tyler came and he was quick, nice and caring! He looked under my car just to see if he knew where the issue was. He was also quick. I didn’t know exactly where I was, I just knew which highway I was on and the closest exit. He still managed to find me. The only thing is I was on the highway but I had to send an address online, when trying to call them to let them know where I was they weren’t answering but eventually the Tyler called.

MOST DISRESPECTFUL UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE IVE EVER WORKED WITH. I was connected with them through, my insurance. Took over 8 hours for my car to be picked up. They never would answer the for an update from myself nor my insurance copy, finally when we did get ahold of them, they couldn’t reach their drive. HOW CAN YOU NOT REACH YOUR EMPLOYEES. They had the audacity to get loud with the customer when I asked why they can’t be bothered to answer their phone. Worst copy I’ve ever worked with. Considering leaving Gieco just so I don’t have to deal with this. And I only say this because I’ve have this exact issues a previous tow request where we had the same problems. IF YOU CAN AVOID THESE PEOPLE. DO!!

Company was sent out from geico road side assistance yesterday to tow my husbands car. Guy was on time and went smooth until we had to go to the shop (my husbands place of employment) this morning to get something out of his vehicle, and we saw the drivers side window was rolled half way down, and the passenger side window was rolled all the way down. We made sure we rolled them up prior to towing company coming. Thankfully we had to go get things out of his car and saw it otherwise his car would of gotten completely rained on this afternoon.

Towed the vehicle no problems. 1 star because driver couldnt even wear a mask sitting 2 feet away from my mother in the cab.....your politics should not in any way affect your customer. Entirely inconsiderate = Entirely unprofessional.

Luther Towing was dispatched through Geico when my car needed to get to the mechanic. The tow was ordered at 8am, we were told they would be there by 9am, then 10am, then I called and was told they were running behind and would be there by 12pm. When 1 o’clock rolled around I was over it. I called again several times and got hung up on and then no answer at all (from 3 different phones) as if the company ceased to exist. Even Geico couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Geico decided to cancel with Luther and find someone else and after the other company towed my car successfully and the whole thing was finished I got a call from a driver with Luther hours later saying they were here to pickup my car. The driver was very understanding of the situation, but this should have never happened. Very disappointed with this company. Do not recommend.

I’ve always had a great experience with Luther and today was no exception. Sent by Geico, the driver arrived within the promised time and he figured out what was wrong with my car and saved me from having to tow it anywhere after all. (Was it Bradley?- I may have his name wrong) But he was really polite and smart and had to get the flatbed out of a very narrow, icy street which was brilliant.I’m very grateful.

Had an excellent experience with Luther Towing. Dave was the driver who picked me up and he did a great job. They responded very quickly and were on-site faster than their own estimate. (Additionally - another towing company told me they were too busy to provide a tow, white Luther was on-site in about 20 minutes.) Dave was professional and worked quickly. It was very cold (-5) and he didnt mince words - just had me stay warm in the truck while he loaded the car. I got my car delivered to the shop smoothly. Good service, I will seek them out again.

Horrid horrid experience. This business gets the worst reviews then five star- so something is seriously wrong. I had HORRID service and no communication that was ever accurate to geiko roadside (geiko notified of this issue but I see many reviews saying geiko was their insurer), waited 6 hrs then they cancelled. I needed a potential tow and had battery issue. 10:30 am is when they were called- by 2pm they claimed 20 minutes I was next- then cancelled. The original appt was actually moved 3x during fiasco. Phone number nobody picked up- they are a con.

Highly recommend! After many tow truck company turned me down and even being rude, these guys were super professional and delivered their service accordingly. Will definitely use this service only and support their buisness. Stay safe out there and great job.

I always use Luther! They have been my go to towing company for years! Sometimes eta’s have been extended but that’s totally acceptable from a towing company who help with emergency calls and work in the whole metro area! The customer service is great!!! I needed my car towed twice in 3 weeks and both times Luther did an exceptional job and were very professional. The dispatch employees were very courteous and helpful. Luther was dispatched to me through my insurance companys roadside assistance program. I was very impressed with the service. My tow truck driver was on time, highly competent and efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend.

Jeremy was the gentleman who came to the rescue. Called at 1pm and he arrived at 2:20. Yes it may seem like a long time BUT He called me ahead of time to update and told me that he was coming back from a previous tow over at MPLS. Well the wait wasnt long but hey he had finish his first job before he gets to me. Im pleased that he called to inform. He was a social guy and I felt welcomed. Price was reasonable because it was a weekend. Also customer service was great. They picked up on the second ring and answered all my questions. Provider wildly unhelpful about rates trying to set up a tow. Wouldnt answer the phone when got card sorted out causing us to leave work an hour late and left our member stranded for even longer.

Excellent service! Arrived in nearly half the time stated and the driver even called me 20 minutes prior to let me know where he was. And this was after I waited for 2 and a half hours (no joke, they kept pushing my arrival time back) for a different towing company to come tow my car.

I called in to request a quote for the tow and never ended up needing it but he guy on the phone was very kind and helpful and had no problem when I said I was going to call around to a few other places. Price also seemed better than others in my area

I call Honest 1 Auto to get my car started after forgetting to start it when it got cold, and they refer me to Luther Towing.I was a little concerned, but they showed up on time and the guy was an absolutely consummate professional.Got my car started in like 10 minutes.Its WONDERFUL when something this simple goes this well.

Luther towing took care of a totaled car for me. Response was quick and the driver was kind and fast to move my vehicle. After the tow, the staff at Luther went above and beyond to make sure I got everything back from my vehicle before my insurance removed it from the impound.

Driver showed up when expected after being dispatched by my insurance company for a tow due to alternator and battery issued. Asked me if he could just jump start the vehicle--didnt seem very pleased when I said that I didnt think that would help the problem and thats why I had asked for a tow. Hooked up my car and away it went. The shop I used said it was exactly what I thought, alternator was completely shot and the battery was on the way to being fried as well. Now Im looking at my car two days later and find dents and scratches where the large hooks were placed to tow the vehicle. Its disheartening to know that I placed something I rely so heavily on in their care, and its returned to me with new damage.

So impressed with this company! We ran out of gas and were from out of town. They arrived quickly and were extremely helpful.

It was very cold last Friday and I had made it home with a broken car and I called Luther Towing and they came out quickly. A young man named Tom came and could not have been nicer. He had me sit in the cab while he wrote up the bill, just very nice, and they responded quickly, keeping their number in case of future needs.

Got there well before the ETA. Changed my flat super fast and was helpful in pointing out where the source of the leak in the flat tire was.

Best tow company by far. The guys come and are respectful and dont look like they crawled out of an oil pit.

Bumped the tow time because a priority tow came in after we had already been waiting over an hour. This was after one of their trucks drove by. Rude customer service do not recommend using

Horrible service. they told me 3pm, I called at 5:30pm to check to see if they had any problems and they said the driver was in route. it is now 8:15pm and told me the car is scheduled to be picked up at 8:30PM. No calls to let me know they are too busy or having issues. I will have wasted 6 hours before they get here with no sort of customer service whatsoever. I would like my 6 hours of life back from you guys.

TERRIBLE. They were dispatched through my Geico Roadside service to come jump my car because it was so could out. I waited outside in negative temperatures for almost two hours, only for the tower to not have jumper cables. He looked under the hood of my car for about a second and said “the battery’s dead because it’s so cold. Might want to ask around for someone to jump you. I could tow you but it would be a few hours.” Absolutely pointless and frustratingly unprepared. Save your time and just ask around for a jump.

I needed a jumpstart this morning and Luther Towing was one of the few places that answered the phone. They said someone would be out in 1-1.5 hours, Great! 15 minutes later, the driver calls and says he’s 15 minutes away and was there in 10. That is superior service in my opinion! He hooked an auto jumpstart to my little truck and I tried starting it and it didn’t work. He offered to tow it, quoting $125 plus $5 per mile, but I knew it only needed a jump as this keeps happening so I sent him on his way. He called back a short time later and said I’ll need to call the company and pay a cancellation fee, then my neighbor came over and jumped my car, no issue, for free. I called Luther Towing and they told me to disregard the cancellation fee. Nice people!

Horrible customer service, GEICO, used them on Friday, for my road side service I waited from 8:00am to 11:40 am. On Monday, which was my day off, I was told that the tow were going to be at my home at 10:00am, and they kept saying that they would be at the location requested and I waited from 10:00am until not yet arrived and it is 6:30 Pm
