I brought my Sprinter in to Mercedes Benz of St. Paul for warranty work related to the pressure sensors on the rear tires. My service rep, Kaine, was friendly and very efficient. He communicated with me three times through the process of the service work. The final call was to tell me the work was complete - in a much shorter time than originally promised. I believe that Kaine prioritized my repair when I told him it would really help me to get the vehicle back early. To put this all in a nutshell, I felt a strong commitment to my satisfaction as well as to quality. A five-star experience all around!

The service received was top notch. I went in for a check engine light issue and was provided a complimentary vehicle inspection (video walk through). The service center identified additional services/ maintenance that needed to be addressed that I was unaware of. On the drive home, there was a noticeable difference in how the car handles. UPDATE: I was contacted and St. Paul Mercedes-Benz Service Center was very responsive and explained the error. Ill be returning there for service for my heater.I am convinced the error was I made an appointment because my heater started blowing only cold air, and I knew I had pending recalls. At first I was told they’d look at the heater but didn’t have anything yet to fix the recalls. I thought this was strange but made the appointment. The next day, my heater started working again. I called and said I’d still like my heater looked at, but would wait for an appointment date when they had the ability to fix some recalls. They said they in fact could address at least one recall on my original appointment date so I kept it. After my appointment, I got an email saying my van was done, without any info about the heater. Apparently only recalls were addressed: the intermittent heater problem wasn’t addressed at all. This was verified by a follow up phone call from the service center asking me how things went. She confirmed only recalls were addressed according to the paperwork. This vehicle is under warranty. This is not convenient for me at all. I lost use of my van for one day without an attempt to diagnose the heater issue.There were other signs of disorganization. When I dropped it off, I was told once again that I’d probably have to wait overnight as they didn’t have the part in stock for the recall. I asked him to check again, after which he said that he had thought my van was an older model and that the recall he was talking about didn’t apply to my van.During the “follow up” call, I was told someone would likely contact me about these issues. No one has yet.
We had problems with the cruise control on our 2021 Sprinter van. They worked us in quickly. They had the problem resolved and contacted us in a timely fashion. We will definitely use them again.

Had some recall work completed. Great people and very fun loaner vehicle! Quick and Complete service. But NO Car wash... even Polar Chevrolet does that with an oil change. Will use anytime I need service - Honest and Timely!

I am from out of town and my oil change was due so I googled and found this one in St Paul . Previously I had used one in Rochester that I did not care for it at all . The service people and sales people treated us as though we were up to their standards. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the one here in St Paul . The young lady that met us in the service center was super nice and as we waited for our car, the sales people were very talkative and treated us extremely well . Our car was finished in a timely manner and they had washed our car . I highly recommend Mercedes of St Paul !

Incredible customer service. I recently had my car towed in for a check engine light issue. My advisor Austin took care of my car like it was his own. The tow company snapped a tie rod and he got them to cover that cost not to mention he had to deal with my warranty co which wasnt factory, so they were very difficult when it came to the repairs my car needed for the check engine light. In the end Austin was victorious for me. This service department is amazing, every advisor greets you with a smile and wants to take care of you until youre smiling. I highly recommend this dealership and its service department. Thank you Austin and thank you Mercedes-Benz of St.Paul.
The new facility is amazing! Tony was great to work with. Work was done in estimated time and Tony gave me a heads up for timing on upcoming services needed. I was very impressed by the video overview of my own car undercarriage and verbal notes from the service tech. Simple yet effective and one more thing to separate Mercedes-Benz from others. You said I needed right front speed sencer and some other wire that was wore through and said the light would come on and after oil change and deliver my car your technician had to fix wires that was hitting fan. Making noise and if you would have checked your records you would have seen I had it in when the light came on and your technician was the ones who fixed those wires so I don’t think I’ll be back

Went here to have them fix an airbag that had a recall. Fixed it very quickly and when they were done they even washed my car and cleaned the inside of it as well. Wonderful place!
We went to get our yearly Mercedes oil change as well as Service A done this time. We were treated with respect and like customers they truly valued. At the end of our service appointment, the service desk representatives even changed the battery in our key fob at no cost, just because of the convenience that he already had new batteries right there. It was a great gesture and truly appreciated. Thank you for a great experience and great service.

They diagnosed a leaking windshield which was new and repaired wipers. Advised a new windshield warranty repair. New spark plugs. I appreciated a review of future maintenance costs by Kim.

My dashboard lights are so dim that I can’t see the dashboard when I drive at night.it made me so frustrated when I drove to Chicago. So I dropped my car to the dealership to let technicians check it out. The result turned out the technician does not know why my dashboard lights are so dime, told me that everything looked good to him! I have to bear the dim light while I am driving! I wonder Mercedes’s dashboard lights all dim, bear to see?
I brought my Mercedes E350 in for a regular service. I watched as my car was hoisted and work began. I was impressed with the attention given to my car and the fact that surfaces were wiped clean before they began and after they completed the service. I was greeted as I arrived and received immediate attention—no wait time. My car was delivered back to me clean and running very smoothly. Staff was courteous, and professional. I appreciated the conversation about the service completed and other areas to watch. No one tried to get me to have unnecessary work done on my car. Wonderful service all around!

We had a recall on the airbag. Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. They answered all our questions and worked with us on scheduling. We were quite impressed with how clean not only the service department was but the whole dealership!
I took my Subaru for service at the Morries Mercedes dealership, as I live much closer to this location than the Minnetonka dealership where I bought my car. I had prepaid for several oil changes/tire rotations, and figured it would be an easier visit.The only issue I have is that it took and hour and a half for an oil change and a tire rotation and when the mechanic drove the car out, he wasnt wearing a mask, which I actually found to be unacceptable.I feel like during this time, when someone is inside my car for any length of time, they need to be masked up. The rest of the staff were all masked up. Not sure why the mechanics get a pass on this.

I took my car in to have the break line replaced and they recommended $6,000. Worth of repairs that were not an issue at the time. They told me I have several leaks that I did not have before I took my car there and I and thankful that I still don’t have any leaking As far as I can see on the ground where my car park. I do realize their recommendations are just that and is not necessarily an issue you might have at the time but it could be confusing to see the long list of recommendations stating immediate attention needed when it’s not broke.I like that they completed a video to show the inspection.I was not pleased that they did not top off my fluids like the windshield fluid and they did not wash my car. Those are services that I am use of receiving in the 20 years that I have had my car serviced by Mercedes-Benz.Also, with all of the recommendations they did not recommended real issues my car was having. My tire air sensor monitors light was on but they did not address it or recommended repair on the list of things that could go wrong in the future. An example is they highly recommended having my power steering pump replaced but I am not having issues with steering or systems of it going out.I believe that when a person pays top dollar for service with Mercedes-Benz then they should provide excellent service and be trustworthy. They failed this time but I know they can do better because I have had better from them.
Tony our Service care specialist took care of me on my schedule/timing, with balancing kids sports and a professional life he was able to see where value was needed and deliver!! The service vehicle available to us made life continue on with luxury and safety at its finest.Truly impressed by Tony and his team.

Our key quit working. Kim Sanchez set us up with new batteries but that unfortunately didn’t fix the problem as the chip was damaged. So she ordered us a new key, told us how to key it in and sent it directly to our home since we live 2 hours away. It came quickly and worked perfect! Thanks so much! Leah
Tony Stoehr at Mercedes of Maplewood was exceptional . We had a CheckEngine light code P052e71 on our 2016GLC300. This turned out to beA PCV valve and an expense on a car with 34k miles of 2000 dollars. It was surprisingTo experience an expense of this magnitude on a defective part, our service advisor Tony was empatheticand explanatory . He reassured us on the replacement part quality and even tookTime to discuss some unrelated features on the car . I would recommend working with Tony.

Excellent service and process for COVID era work. Pricier than 3rd party service suppliers but worthwhile for First 20k miles driven when any faulty parts tend to breakdown and while the car is still under warranty.

I brought my car in to have the passenger side airbag replaced under a recall. I would give them 5-stars but it took them all day to do it. I assume this was because I decided not to wait at the dealership. I expected to be without my vehicle for 2-3 hours. It turned out to be closer to 6 hours.
I had a very good experience and always have had here. Thats why I drive 300 miles to use them. Very thorough and very professional, not high pressured. I always leave knowing that they had my b st interest and safety in mind. Great job to Ali Hansen and the service technicians.

I inherited a late model Benz from my father after we lost him in February. I’d had another shop install a battery, and my car wouldn’t start. Car was promptly picked up and towed to the shop, where a full diagnostic was run. Turns out, my fuel hose had come disconnected, but the mechanic did an extremely thorough inspection and sent me a video, which discovered both rear shocks and my front CB joint were, well, not great. No work was done without my authorization and Kim was extremely helpful and communicative. She also was extremely helpful in getting us a loaner vehicle and made us feel like valued customers, despite my dads car being a older, beat up, not top of the line model. I never felt out of place or talked down to for bringing in a semi-junker. I feel like I received the same same service I would have with a brand new, well maintained car. It meant a lot. My father was a long-time Mercedes owner and would have been pretty damn happy with the service.When the technician tried to start my car to do a final check, the brand new $300 battery I’d had installed was dead. After having another diagnostic run of the electrical system, the battery had been damaged and the plastic housing was cracked upon installation of the other mechanic. Kim called right away to let me know and offered to keep in contact with the shop that had installed it.Long story short, I felt really well taken care of. Everyone was so friendly, kept in contact really well, made me feel like a valued customer, and my dad’s car now feels so smooth and efficient, I forget that I’m not driving a hovercraft. This experience has help pass on my dads love for Mercedes Benz and has most likely made me a lifelong customer. Kudos and thank you.Update: had some routine maintenance (spark plugs, D service, brake flush) done last week. Everything was just as easy and consistent as my first visit. I can’t say enough good things about this shop. The gentlemen I worked with to get checked in and get my loaner were polite and prompt. Everything in the dealership and the loaner car were meticulously clean.As far as the car, it feels amazing. I can tell it was well serviced and am beyond happy with the services. Absolutely recommend this dealership and recommend looking into buying Mercedes Benz pre-owned or new cars.
You can get better customer service anywhere else. Love my Mercedes they make great cars. This dealership ruins it. Maybe I’m just used to Fletcher Jones of Newport Beach, CA where customer service of value to them. I won’t ever buy or service any of my cars here.
Service center did a great job of figuring out my vehicles problem, but communication was not very good. There was a period of 6 days where I didn’t hear anything from the service center and Over a three week period of time I frequently had to reach out to them to get an update.
Needed about 10 repairs which they sent an itemized breakdown to my phone in addition to a link to the details showing a video of all the problems including the location of the leaks, worn brake pads, etc. Awesome mechanics, awesome service, awesome technology. Ill be a customer for life now.
Excellent job by mechanic—gave me the information I wanted plus other important notes on video. Front service team did not appear to be organized and disciplined as I would expect from an MB dealership. I am quite happy with result of visit.

Sensor calibration and programming was also performed. With diagnostic check found the need to replace a part under warranty. Sensor work was done to fix someone else’s shortcomings. Friendly staff, prompt follow up and had an upgraded loaner vehicle!

Excellent customer service but not satisfied with the overall service. Car needed Wheels alignment from the very beginning. Service manager could not resolve the issue. Will have to take the car back for other problems found after the car for less than a year.

I was a walk in for a B service on a Sprinter Chassis Motorhome. The service advisor was friendly and helpful. Service was fast and as far as I can tell complete!My only surprise was no wash after the service? Didn’t matter as I drove it in rain on the way home.

The technician shared a walk around the car video, told me what was causing the check engine light to come on, and told me about the new part that would fix the problem.
The job writer and maintenance tech did a great job of keeping me informed on the progress and I am pleased with the work that was done.
The service department did a multi system inspection of my Mercedes convertible last week, did an oil change and replaced the battery. They told me that my rotors and front brake pads had to be replaced And were measured at 2 mm as well as 2 oil cover gaskets were leaking and had to be repaired. I took it to a friend mechanic to get his thoughts & have him look at the car. He found that my rotors were in great condition & that the pads were still ok at 4 mm and did not need replacement yet & that I could probably use the car even next summer before having to replace them. He also found that the air filter box was full of debris and that the air filter was also full of debris and clogged which was the actual cause of the oil because it was causing a “hiccup” so to speak. So the oil was actually seeping and leaking on top of the covers. He cleaned the air filter box and the air filter. He also cleaned up the leaking oil, and there has not been a problem with it since. He said this could’ve ultimately done damage to my motor. On the multi inspection form, they marked my air filter as good & it was marked green. It was very obvious that it wasn’t even looked at! I am very unhappy with the mechanical service I received at the Maplewood location and feel that I was being lied to and taken advantage of.
Up charges on many services. They want you to disclose coupons prior to service. Don’t do it. Beautiful faculty and friendly staff members who are simply doing their job so I can’t blame them. I just don’t trust dealership for repairs and trust that they are out for your best interest. They are not.

Had an 8:00 appointment for an air bag recall. Was told it would take a couple hours. I finally called them at 1:30 to ask the status and they were just working on it. I was told they were busy with other cars, so apparently an appointment doesn’t mean they start at that time. When I picked it up at least two people in the office weren’t wearing masks. I bought new tires there previously and they didn’t put caps on the stems.
The service writer was one of the best I have ever encountered even comparing with Porsche and Lexus - very much up on the technology and willing to help in any way he could. Came in to have four recalls attended to as well as a front end alignment and the service writer indicated we should do a free navigation update as well. Gave me a loaner told me it would take a couple of days. At the appointed time I came and picked it up. Upon pickup he informed me that Mercedes computer could not update the navigation system as it was down. I had this problem at another MBZ location when trying to update some software - MBZ servers were down. Since I was not unhappy with the current navigation revision I indicated I would bring it back after my trip and maybe MBZ would have their servers fixed. Headed out and immediately got a warning light that the driver airbag was inoperative. Did a U-turn, took it back to the same service writer who was very helpful again and put me back in the same loaner car I had just dropped off so the technicians could look at it. Came back later in the afternoon was informed that they couldnt fix it for several days since the parts are backordered by MBZ. Was leaving the next day so they printed out the parts list necessary for the repair if I could arrange it at a MBZ dealer in California. I would give a 5 star review to the service writer and dealership but a 1 star review to MBZ for a consistent lack of customer satisfaction (server problems common and lack of parts supply) - same thing that caused me to trade in an earlier E Class MBZ for a Lexus GS that was trouble free.
