They say bad news travels fast. Unfortunately, I have been one of those people who are quick to leave a review for services I was disappointed in or services I would never buy again. However, my experience with Only 1 was nothing short of amazing. I originally scheduled to bring my car in to get my Windshield replaced but due to transportation issues I wasnt able to bring it in. I contacted Only1 through their chat feature on Google on a Saturday and to my surprise I got a response on a Sunday from Tanner. Let me remind you that they are technically closed on Sundays, however that did not prevent Tanner from responding to me and scheduling someone to come out to me to replace my Windshield the very next day. The technician that came out was so nice and I could tell that he enjoyed what he was doing. He had a big welcoming smile and expressed how he loved working mobile on such a nice sunny day. He worked quickly and was gone before I knew it. Very timely, professional, and friendly services. I definitely recommend their services and will keep them at the top of my list for future reference. I had an appointment at 10:30am I like to be early so I showed up at around 1015, paid $230 for those are curious and they told me it would take a hour to do (to be COMPLETELY honest I thought okay sure a hour? Unlikely) YALL THEY FINISHED IN LESS THAN A HOUR I WALKED OUT BY 11AM !! Brand spanking new windshield Im so glad I found this buisness and should I ever be in a pickle and need replacement again you betcha Ill be coming back here. 10/10 service!!They are a covid cautious have no worries ! Great customer service and quality work

I had two chips in the black border near the bottom of the window. I knew due to the location they would be difficult to repair well. The technician who worked on them let me know this too. But, 20 minutes later you can’t even spot the chips. Awesome awesome work. Very fairly priced. Would definitely use this company again.

Excellent job by Only 1 Auto Glass. My appointment was scheduled promptly and the employee helping me was very polite. I was able to bring my vehicle in and one hour later just like promised it was finished! The waiting room had wifi and a tv which helped pass the time and I was able to get some work done. They also used a nice high quality windshield from fuyao which makes many of the oem winshields on the market. Their price was half of what a larger nationwide competitor wanted. Recommended by my auto insurance with full coverage. They are situated in what used to be a fire station. Nice people at the door with a closed space for customers to wait in (with tea and coffee provided). They finished installing the new windshield and realigning my eyesight in my car in less than two hours. Once done, they were able to summarize how theyve tested to make sure my eyesight was working and to make sure not to wash my car for at least a day. Overall, great service and communication--was even able to sit in with a wonderful older lady and we talked about our healthcare professions, etc to pass the time. Would recommend and come back!

Rear windshield got obliterated around 9am, called all over the place and no one could do anything until the next day until I called Only 1 Auto Glass. They said they could squeeze me in if I was able to bring the vehicle to the shop. They let me use a loaner vehicle to get back home, but it only took them 1.5 hours to finish! Fixed my windshield on my Jeep Wrangler when I had a chip. Able to get the glass with the jeep decals and no problems working with my car insurance. Only 1 Auto Glass did a great job replacing my windshield in my 2018 Tahoe. The tech came to the house and explained the process with newer vehicles and the need to have a calibration done after install for the lane sensor and rain sensor. All went well! Very professional and friendly.

So let me start off by saying that I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Only 1 Auto glass! My windshield had a huge crack in it for quite awhile due to the cold weather. I had a very high deductible to meet for relplacing it with my insurance company. I had gotten a quote from another company upwards of $450 so I gave up and decided to wait it out until I could afford that.Luckily, my insurance agent put me in touch with Only 1 and the dispatcher was able to set me up with an appointment quickly and at my convenience, for a much lower price!The technician, Adam B, who came out to my work place was efficient, professional and very pleasant! He called me when he was on his way and installed the new windsheild in a matter of minutes and I didnt even have to leave my desk! Plus, I LOVE that their windshield came with a lifetime warranty!All around they are a WONDERFUL company to work with and I will certainly be recommending them to anyone in need of auto glass service!Thanks again Adam!!

It was great that they were able to come out to my job and replace my windshield...However they failed to tell me that the windshield I was getting wasnt the same as my current one, and did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation.

After having 3 of my car windows smashed I was referred here by my insurance agency.I was contacted by Only 1 relatively quickly and was told that I would have to wait for a while because they had to special order the windows. This was not a huge problem because they came out and crash wrapped the window that had been broken all the way in.They did come out to fix the window the next week, however, there were glass shards all over the inside of my car and I found them in my car interior and garage floor for maybe 2 weeks afterward, after cleaning them up each time. I was just going to let this fact go, even though it was inconvenient, but then things got worse.Approximately 2-3 weeks later, while on a weekend trip to Milwaukee, I had some friends in the back seat, which is abnormal (usually it is just my wife and I that ride in the car, so that window is rarely used). It was hot so my friend went to roll the window down and upon doing so, it fell into the door and stayed down. The window had not been used up until this point. We tried contacting window places all over MKE but it was the weekend so we had to just take everything out of the car, tape up the window, and hope for the best.When we got home, my wife contacted Only 1 about the window. They came out and looked at it. They taped it up and told her that they would contact her. She did not hear back so she called and was told it wasnt their fault. I contacted our insurance agent who had little to no sympathy and told me that we couldnt prove that it was a bad repair that caused this.The repair cost me $580. I kept the broken window regulator which had obvious damage.All I am saying is: the window worked before the smashing and Only 1 made the repair, and fell in and did not work after the repair was made. Coincidence?I definitely cannot recommend Only 1 Auto Glass for repair work.
