Made my car purchase very warm & welcoming. I was comfortable signing a contract with this place because they were kind and patient with me, never made me feel rushed out of the door... Let me take my time reading the fine print, offered me reasonable prices on everything. Didnt once feel anxiety, best dealership experience Ive had.

I don’t recommend this DCH Millburn Audi, my first service with them was a worst experience and not even near to Audi Standards. They scratch by brand new Audi Q5 and trying to call Service manager more than 6 times and still no response for any one from dealership. They don’t even have an escalation path when something happen to your car during servicing. Unprofessional, lack of commitment, communication and they don’t follow the CDC COVID-19 guidelines. I still doubt how they can stay in business with this kind of unpleasant customer service.Update: I have to follow up with GM on Monday and surprisingly he said he is not aware of my situation and got to know 1 pm on Monday. This shows a complete lack of coordination between each other and the response from manager was very rude. He didn’t had courtesy to understand and listen the problem instead handle this situation very vaguely. At the end of the day, you cannot trust this dealership for servicing and also I will not buy Audi in future.
