From the time we first visited Lexus of Maplewood to the many months later when we were ready to purchase a new car, we were impressed with the customer service and sales staff at this dealership. We were contacted by our salesman, Tim, on occasion, just to inform us of promotions which might be of interest and to check our status as to whether we were ready to purchase a new car. We were very impressed with Tims knowledge about the cars and his honesty about the pros and cons of each option we were considering. He was very patient with us as we worked through the decision making process. Hes knowledgeable, helpful, friendly - it felt like he was on our team. I highly recommend reaching out to him when looking for your next vehicle.

I drove across town and spent half the morning waiting to test drive a specific car. They then informed me that an employee had been interested in that car so they called him to let him know that I was there to look at it and the employee bought it. I wasn’t given the opportunity to purchase it because the employee had dibs. Good to know that cars listed on their site aren’t necessarily available and their employees have the right of first refusal.The way this was handled was horrible, and I’m upset about having wasted so much time. If the employee wanted to buy it, they should have bought it the day before. And the dealership shouldn’t have reserved it for them to change their mind.

Customer service is always first-class🌟 Friendly and fun staff. Inviting waiting area with comfortable seating, fireplace, individually wrapped goodies and variety of beverages makes waiting enjoyable. I was a little surprised today when I took my car in to get an oil change the guy that help me was great they usually wash your car and vacuum it out just wipe it down they did not touch my car with a vacuum my car was all wet when they brought it in so no one even wiped down I was willing to wait I don’t know what the reason for that was but absolutely no vacuuming and it really did need it. That’s the first time that the service has been done poorly. Hopefully next time it will be better

I brought my car in today for routine maintenance before taking it on a 2,000 mile trip. They found the transmission fluid a quart low because of a leak. They had to wait for it to cool before they could fix it, but I had another appointment to go to, so Steve (my service rep) went to help hose it down to cool it faster so we could be on our way. Thanks so much for going the extra mile and saving my transmission and a very costly breakdown on our vacation! ❤❤😀

My girlfriend has been shopping around for a new car for about a month. Weve been to almost every dealership in Minneapolis...and even Las Vegas. All that to say, this is the grossest dealership weve ever stopped in. All Lexus dealerships are ugly beyond belief. But this one takes the cake because at least the other ones are full of friendly people who, at the bare minimum, let you sit while you wait. This place just stares blankly at you while you awkwardly stand in the lobby for minutes on end.My girlfriend came in with the intent to buy a Lexus. Every other car dealership is fighting inventory issues but there are at least a dozen and a half confirmed, unassigned, versions of the model she wants here.My brother just literally bought this car at a good rate. She went in knowing that and they laughed her out the door and called her a liar.So all that to say, this dealership is ugly all around - bad furniture, bad lighting, no hospitality in the form of snacks, water, coffee, coupled with a bad attitude by older men who think women dont know anything.

On Friday 8/20/21 I was traveling from Macon, GA to North Dakota and had to get a new battery for my RX350. I found Lexus of Maplewood and fortunately Thomas Schultz as a service advisor. They were busy as rip at noon on a Friday, and he couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful and efficient. He had us in and out in record time with the problem solved and we were at our ND destination on time. The service I have become accustomed to at Butler Lexus in Macon was duplicated in Maplewood, Minnesota. Shep Marsh

I have been going here for 25 years. The service dept. is excellent with Sean, Thomas, Jessica and Kevin, the dept. leader. It is also a good place to buy a car.

Went for an oil change and tire rotation. Cost me $117 for the oil change and tire rotation it took over two hours. Unacceptable. Got my car back from the car wash and it wasn’t even dried. This place is lost it’s touch and attention to detail. Also tried to sell me a useless fuel cleaner for 160 bucks. They have lost my trust!

Great service and very nice facility. They were very accommodating of my schedule and went above and beyond to locate a loaner, given the shortage of vehicles. One of the best dealers Ive visited in my lifetime! 👍

Great service. We’re honest that even if they replaced the bulb it would not make the headlight brighter. We’re able to get screws off liscense plate holder. They did not charge my son for this awesome service. They were very practical with service that needed to be done. Will be back sometime when we have time to get it done. A great experience.

After experiencing a dead battery, I returned my Lexus to the dealer and was asked to leave it overnight so that a thorough review could be made of the problem. On the following day it was determined that a DCM and Firmware Update was needed to potentially address the problem. This was done and I picked the car up this morning to find that they had also washed the car and vacuumed the interior. Personnel at the dealership listened carefully to my explanation of when/how the problem had occurred and later called to leave a message as to what would be done...and when the car could be picked up. In the interim, they provided a loaner car for my use. I am completely satisfied with the service I experienced even when the service department seemed extremely busy. Thanks Lexus of Maplewood!

Made several phone calls with no resolution until I spoke to Kevin, Service Department Manager. He took responsibility and quickly resolved the issue much to my satisfaction.However, I shouldn’t have to call so many people to get results.

Excellent dealership! I went in for routine maintenance, and they found a small leak that was covered by warranty. Since it was going to take awhile they offered me a loaner. A few blocks from the dealership an inattentive driver darted out in front of me and I almost got stopped but I broadsided him. After calling authorities and having the accident investigated, I called the dealership. They worked with me getting accident reported, just glad everybody was safe.

Our sales consultant did such a fantastic job of getting us the vehicle we wanted! We wanted something unique, original, rare and most importantly....in BLUE! and we got it. As soon as my wife laid eyes on this beast, she fell in love with it. Got back home back to Rochester in our BRAND NEW Lexus 2021 UX250H Black Line Edition! Most likely well be the only couple in Rochester that has a Black Line UX250H! Cant recommend Patric enough. He is truly a star at Lexus of Maplewood. On the positive side, the work was completed in a timely manner. However, I had just had the car in to this dealer for a full inspection including brakes and it passed with flying colors. I was specifically told that the brakes looked great and the written report reflects that conclusion. Today, only a month later I was told that the rear brakes showed severe gouging and had to be replaced. It makes no sense to me that the brakes could have deteriorated so quickly. I was also quoted a cost for the work but when the bill came it was $60 higher. The difference was taxes and a service charge. In my opinion, the quote should reflect what the customer pays, not what the dealership keeps. A not great experience and not typical of my prior experience with Lexus service.

Place is old and out dated and dirty. Coffee is cold. Pay is bad. Need to build a new store. I love Luther and my new Rav 4. Oil change and car wash 55 minutes.

I came in for a tire rotation and not only received that service but left with the cars exterior washed as well as the interior vacuumed too. More importantly and clearly above and beyond my expectations, the service writer had a few light scratches buffed out on the bumper and realigned a small portion of the bumper that was pushed in from a light bump with another car. In addition, he re-synched my phone to the Lexus car system. I hghly recommend Lexus service in Maplewood, MN

Lexus of Maplewood used to be a fine, honest dealership that took care of their customers first and foremost, until recently when they were purchased by the Chicago-based Ed Napleton Automotive Group. Since then customer service and ethics have declined to the point where I wont bring my Lexus there, nor would I recommend anyone buy a car there. If youre determined to buy a Lexus (great cars--five stars) find it outside of the Twin Cities and have it serviced elsewhere by a local mechanic or a Toyota dealer. They also purchased Lexus of Wayzata but I dont know anything about that dealership.

We just purchased a car from here today and the salesman Andy Solmonson and the rest of the staff was top notch. Beautiful showroom and great lounge area. We definitely will be back and highly recommend this dealership.

I called Lexus of Maplewood in an emergency situation 24 hours before travelling out of town for the holiday weekend. Service Advisor Kyle worked with us Thursday to quasi-diagnose the problem and was able to work us in on the Friday before Memorial Day weekend. The issue was diagnosed and resolved and we were on the road within 90 minutes. Excellent, excellent service. Thanks to all involved in getting us out of town for the holiday weekend!

Brought my Lexus in for an important safety recall and they took great care of me. All the work was performed at no charge to me and billed directly to Lexus corporate. Thomas helped me and he had a loaner vehicle lined up and waiting for me for the afternoon. The staff is friendly, efficient and professional.

I had my usual 5,000 mile maintenance. The things done were the inspections and rotatingthe tires. They said it would take an hour and a half. It ended up taking two and a half hours. No work was required, no explanation for what took so long. No compensation for my excessivewaste of time. Very disappointed in their service.

Service was good and we’re always treated with courtesy and respect. The service advisors communicate clearly and have a loaner vehicle for us if we need. We live a couple of hours away so they endeavor to keep to our appointment time although if they’re busy the wait can get a bit long. What we’ve learned is to simply take the loaner car and take the pressure off of all involved to get our other errands run. Work quality is always top notch and the waiting area is like a mini resort stay!

Service was above average. Better than what I have experienced at other dealerships. However i had a concern that was voiced to the service rep but when I received my vehicle back, the new rep said the other rep had left for the day and the techs did not address my concern.Disappointed
