Friendly people. Good explanations. Prices arent competitive with the online sources, but Im more than willing to pay for the customer experience. They treat you like you matter and are physically right in front of you to answer questions. Its not like the usual We are experiencing an unusual call volume. Quite the scam they have set up.I ordered and paid for a 3 year car battery online for $160. Show up 2 hours later for my appointment to have someone install the battery and am told that the battery I paid for wasnt in stock but I could go to another location. Apparently I looked frustrated because the cashier said Im offering a solution, we also have 2 year batteries for less. Considering my car wont start again, Im stuck getting the 2 year battery for a whole $20 less. What a joke. A call or email to let me know it was out of stock BEFORE my appointment would have been nice.When I pulled in to the parking lot 1 employee was smoking a cigarette, another was smoking something; by the look of his eyes it wasnt tabacco. 3 employees in store and no one spoke to me when I walked in. Say hi, dont be high while working.

They have had my iPad for 2 months for a screen replacement we have had to contact them for updates and they keep Giving excuses for why it’s not complete yet. They are refusing to refund any money and are useless for help. Do not go to this location

Came to talk about the cellphone cases that have a built in battery and try to get batteries for handheld radios. Everything is double even manufacturer price and employee kept saying oh I wouldnt do that never offered any proactive advice. What kind of hill billys you got working there?

Need new bulbs for a unique and historic lamp or chandelier? You probably won’t find it at your local hardware store. Two close by hardware stores later – no such luck. Remembering the relatively close Batteries Plus Bulbs store, I was happy that they indeed had the correct bulbs, even in energy-efficient LED bulbs. While they didn’t have quite enough of what I needed, they located them at another store for pick up the next day. Their selection of bulbs and batteries is extensive; staff is very helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. With locations throughout the metro, there’s probably one convenient for you.

They said it might work it might not but they won’t charge me for trying left it there 45 min later picked up my i phone xr and it looked brand new worked amazingly 100/100 would recommend this place to anyone with any phone problems these people are amazing and very very nice

Usually this store is okay, but not this time. I used their online system to order a battery for my motorcycle. I called the store about an hour later to confirm the order. The woman who answered said yes, she received the order and she would get the battery ready for me to pick up later that afternoon. Great! It was a beautiful day, and I was looking forward to a motorcycle ride with some buddies. All I needed was that battery. I stopped by the store around 5:45pm. The guy who helped me found my order in the system, but said the battery prep hadnt been started yet, and wouldnt be ready until the next morning. He did apologize, but an apology didnt make my battery magically appear. So my evening ride was ruined. I emailed the store to voice my displeasure with their poor service. I received an unsigned reply from someone who also said they were sorry, but no other effort to make this right with me. I replied to that email but never received a reply back. Very disappointed at the dropped ball, and the poor follow up.

Poor service. Went to get a lazer key cut. Employee did not how to cut the key. Had me go to another location. 2 hrs of wasted time. Over priced for everything. I went on line and compared prices while I waited at the 2nd location. Everything is marked up HIGH!!! A led bulb cost 1.49 online versus 4.99 at batteries plus bulbs.

I had to show up before my order was ready because my transportation had to leave and store was going to close. So instead of curb side I had to go in where I encountered people not wearing masks! Very upsetting and disappointing. Next time I will bring my business to a establishment that respects my health more! Very unsatisfied customer!

They replaced the battery and cracked the cover on my iPhone. My phone looks, and works great.

They definitely have a thorough selection of batteries (I cant speak to the bulb side). Ive had new batteries put in more watches than I can count. And no matter how tricky the backs of the watches are to get off, they always have some tool to accomplish the task. My only complaint is that every transaction there takes a long time so if there are more than 1 or 2 customers ahead of you, there will be a wait.

Great service. Easy in and out to get all my key fob batteries changed. You pay a little bit for the service but dont have to mess around opening the fob and running to the store to find the correct batteries. They just handle it all 3 of mine in about 5 minutes.

Fairly consistent for having exactly what you need. Unfortunately, they didnt have the battery I was looking for on my last visit, not could they order it online, but the service was still very polite and helpful.

Waited in line for about 15 minutes with two guys working the registers, and only one helping a customer. The other guy decided it was more important to casually count money while another customer and I waited and waited. Finally he decided to assist me after all that time. I needed my truck battery checked and it should be covered by warranty. Ive gone to batteries plus in the past, and they had no issues checking and changing out my battery. Instead this guy said Id have to leave it overnight to get it checked to have it replaced. He said if I wanted it checked I could take my battery out of my truck and get my truck towed home. Otherwise hed get fired if he checked it that day. Are you kidding me?!?! I know that cant possibly be true. The most incompetent, unhelpful and rude person. The other customer I was waiting with asked how much a flash light costs and the worker said thats a flashlight. The guy said I know... how much is it. And the worker couldnt tell him. Ridiculous. Then after its confirmed that I wouldnt be getting any help, I left with the worker giving the most sarcastic and rude have a good night. I went out to my truck parked in the back, and it took me about 5 minutes to calm down. By the time I pulled around to leave, the same worker was outside checking another guys car battery. I absolutely couldnt believe it. Overall, Ill be sticking to Honest-1 auto care in New Brighton. I couldnt possibly deal with someone so incompetent again.

Although they are busy, they efficiently and courteously help each customer. When I arrived five people were ahead of me in line, as they got taken care of the employees would greet/help a person as they walked in the door. Ive had a couple of experiences here when they suggested an alternative solution for me (less cost or different business) and it wasnt going to gain them a quick buck so because of their approach to do whats best for the customer, I am loyal to this particular Batteries Plus. A No-Value Purchase, and Managers Blame-Deflecting ResponseLess than three years ago, I bought two batteries for scooter and heeded employees advice to preserve its life, which he said would be about 5 years.After using scooter only a handful of times, batteries inexplicably died - and technician at Handi Medical, where I sought repair, informed me that cables in battery pack were loosely installed (by Batteries Plus Bulbs), which likely shortened the life of the batteries.I informed BPB manager Summer of techs finding and of my vigilant preservation effort - and requested a sizable credit on new batteries.She refused, citing a handful of self-protective explanations while prioritizing profit over a truly satisfied customer.Consumer Beware!

Went in to get a battery replacement on a galaxy s6 for my dad. Great people. It got busy while, I was there, and they were so nice with every customer!

They had what I needed but they have gone into the repair business which is fine but I had to wait around while all three individuals worked on repairs even though I had called ahead and had my package sitting on the counter.

I needed to have a Seiko watch battery replaced. A special tool is required to remove the back of my watch. The store associates have the necessary tool are are knowledgeable in replacing this battery.

I brought in a key fob I bought online to have it programmed. The manager, Matt, did everything he could to get it to work, but wasnt able to because of a program issue on his end. He refunded the cost of the service even though it wasnt supposed to be refundable. All the other employees Ive talked to there have been really nice and knowledgeable!

Smartphone repair done right.Recently had my phone in for another screen replacement. As per my previous experience with the on-site repair, it was performed quickly and ready at the agreed upon return time. There was issue with some of the functionality after repair, the touch ID was not operating as it had previously. James spent time to try a few different approaches and to do research in effort to solve the issue. I was VERY pleased with the effort put into my repair and the ultimate resolution of the little snag that was encountered. Will not hesitate to utilize their repair service again, if/when needed.

They made me a spare key for my car for a lot less than the dealership was asking. The only downside was that it took forever for them to order the key online, over a month and I was told a week. I had to call multiple times to see where the key was. The process of making the key was quick and cheap so I was happy, though!

Batteries plus replaced the battery in my key fob. Quick easy and you can sign up for lifetime key fob battery replacement for under $10. Took less then 10 minutes and i had my small kiddo with me so the quick service was appriciated.

The staff was very polite and helpful but apparently the device used to reprogram and/or cut the key for a new key fob was not working. I ordered the new fob on-line over a week ago. It would have been simple to notify me that the device was not working and that I needed to go to another store location before I made the trip to this location.

Guys here are rockstars! I went in to get a battery for my watch. They tried a few different batterys and none of them worked as to find out the watch is broke. I decided to ask if they fixed phone screens and they were able to give me a estimate with a smile.

Took my watch to have a new watch battery - I didnt know that my watch is a solar battery - clerk should have told me so that I could recharge the watch myself - anyway, she replaced the battery and again, I didnt check the watch before I left the store - I assumed it would be working. When I got home, the watch was not working. I looked up the battery she replaced in my watch - it is not a rechargeable battery for this watch. so, im not happy

Got a new battery for my Smart car. She did a pretty good job swapping new for old, once we showed her where the battery was. Young man up front seemed to be befuddled when asked anything beyond the most basic purchase. Must be new.

I had ordered on-line a package of 24 AAA batteries for store pickup. Once they received the order they called to say they only had packages of 18 AAAs but said theyd make the adjustment when I came in for pickup. While in the store the employee asked if I wanted $8.99 LED light bulbs for $1 after instant rebate which was a great deal!
