I wish I could comment on their service. However, Ive called them 4 times in the last 2 days, let the phone ring for several minutes each time, and they literally dont answer the phone. Glad they dont need the business, but I needed a new set of tires. So disappointed.
Wont allow walk ins to put tires on. Wont answer the phone. Then if they do answer they put me on hold and never come tf back. Terrible. Even tried calling the main line and no answer. I will neved buy tires from Walmart ever again. Sams only!
Had really bad experiences with them..1. Called and asked for the wait time for oil change, got replied saying 1 hour wait. Went there and she told me they dont do oil change today because of lack of technician today.2. Second try, Called and got replied saying technician available and waiting less than 1 hour. Upon arrival, only one car in shop doing oil change, checked in and went shopping for 40 minutes and that car still in shop. So I left for home. After 4 hours, called them, they said car is not serviced because of oil cap too tight, also told me you should pick it up 3 hour ago. Well, I never get any notification from them even though I left my phone number. Further more when I pick up my car, I notice black oil stains on my driver side carpet. They never put paper over there like all other people do. So that probably will happen to everyone get service there, not sure how others can stand that. This is absolutely the worst experience I had with any oil change provider.
Literally the most stressful and worst oil change experience of my life. Constant errors. Workers were just sitting down on the job. Waited 45 min despite being first in line and just had to cancel and leave, plus additional convoluted drama that all I can say is: Don’t. Go. Here.
Very nice service. Give us free tire mounted. I don’t understand how they scored so low. Must be 5+ star. They deserved!
Went for an oil change... The service was very fast and friendly
I went to this location on 4/8/2021, and the service was extremely exceptional. Staff was kind & knowledgeable as well. I made the mistake of going to NTB once and once only. Just wanted to give these guys some well deserved credit.
They were very nice and knowledgeable.
They move a little slow and take hours to wait to get an oil change. Plus they ONLY do call in appointments for tire changes. If you know how to do that yourself just order your tires
I pulled up to this Auto Care Center and there was an old tow rope wrapped around my axel. I came to get two new tires on the front and I told them about the tow rope around my axel. They put a new tire over the tow rope… I will never go here again.
Havent Been there yet but Walmart is Reed wal-mart is ridiculous
The mechanic called my Pontiac a Buick..it didnt sit right with me and my oil light keeps coming on saying I need an oil change..Im going to have to go somewhere else.
Called to verify they had trailer tires. She said she didnt know. I asked for someone who did know. She said she is only one there.
Waited hour and half to fix a tire leak. They told me they could not fine any leak and I was good to go. I knew they did not look at the tire as the light on the dash was still on and tire pressure was still 24. Not a good way to service senior citizens. I will write to the corporate office.
They will not answer the phone at all. Called twice and let it ring at least 50 times. Not recommended
Never answers the phone.. Wont let you schedule an appointment if you go up there tell you to call and they will le the phone ring for hours.. When they finally answer they are rude and dont know if they are open or not.. I went up there wanting 4 tires.. 1 of mine had metal coming out dude look at it and said well not today.. Wow really!!
Stopped by twice two days trying to get oil change, told they werent doing them those days even though open. Had tried to call ahead to see if they were doing them second day using their number, but was left on ringing for four minutes with no answer.
Barely any workers, long lines, save your gas and go to a Walmart that doesn’t have 14/20 registers closed.
Stopped by for an oil change at 11am. Employee said they dont open until 12pm, website says auto opens at 7am.Group of 5-6 employees circled around doing nothing in the garageBrought vehicle another walmart, no issue.
This place is completely useless. They’re unprofessional. They had 6 guys standing around doing nothing. Evidently they were “waiting on appointments”.....that weird because you only had 1 car. They’re lazy and didn’t want to work.
Had me on hold for an hour just to schedule an appointment.
Cashier, Freddie was super nice and quickly explained the process as I was a little confused. John the technician was awesome. He quickly quoted me a very fair price and was so friendly the entire time. They had me in and out in less than an hour for a battery change. Will be back again!!
Called twice to confirm a tire install appointment I had scheduled. When I arrived I was told I had never been added to their schedule. On top of that, they could not find all 4 of my tires that had already been purchased and it took an extra to just to get them released because apparently a manager has to sign off on handing over your already bought tires.Worst business operation I have seen in my life.
Never answers the phone
Dont waste your time ... You might save a few bucks in comparison to other places but you will be in for a horrible customer service experience. I got there 7 am and the place wasnt opened, they opened 40 min late and they had no idea how long itd take to get the 4 tires replaced, and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. All other customers were ready to wait 3+ hrs to get their service done and the staff was as knowledgeable as a drunken raccoon. I ended up cancelling the order and going to my regular mechanic, where I did not mind spending extra 100 bucks for quality customer service, smiling staff, friendly facilities and wifi access to get my work done, plus they got the job done in 1 hr.Good job Walmart!!! You lost a $780 sale for having a bunch of clowns running this place.
Its almost impression how slow they work here. Seriously. Like you really have to try to only change the tires on 2 cars in 5 hours. People say Union workers are lazy but if you dont pay your employees they wont want to work. No one to blame but Walmart. I wont make this mistake again.
Horrible service, horrible staff!
They don’t have that many people working the floor. I got here at 9am and it’s 11:30 and my oil still isn’t changed. It probably won’t be done till 12:30pm. Workers spend more time goofing around and flirting with woman than they do doing the job. Highly upset with the service here.
Very slow, not really worth the few dollars youll be saving. They will tell you to come early around 7am and will not open until 7:45. Youre looking at 3 hours plus for tire replacement no matter what. About a half hour to an hour wait just to check in. Some of the staff are clueless when you ask them about something, but some of the staff are cool. I wouldnt reccomend unless you drop your car off and have someone pick you up then bring you back when your car is ready
I hate to give them one star but that’s the only way you can give a review. I went for a simple oil change. Long story short I waited 20 minutes, asked questions twice to the young lady at the cash register. Their were 5 so call employees that stood around, never acknowledge me. I went back inside and asked to see the manager. I told the manager how long I was there and his response was, “ sorry ma’am we stop taking cars for today”. What! I arrived at 4:08pm sign says they close at 7:00pm. I went back out to get in the car and I question the employees and ask them could they not have said something to me... they completely ignored me like I was never there. The manager with his tired dreads comes out and say “ leave my store you shouldn’t be yelling at my employees. I never yelled at his employees. The manager was completely rude and when I returned the favor towards him and was rude like he was he looked at me like I had done something wrong. How that location is still in business far as the auto part goes is amazing to me! The manager lied about they were not taking anymore cars. And if they weren’t taken any more cars he should have informed the young lady who told me the greeter should be right back, so at least the lie that was told everyone could be on one accord. DO NOT GO TO this Maplewood location... unless you want bad service & to be ignored. I have never been so humiliated, angry, and treated like I was worthless in my life!!!! I realize employees are only the example of their managers. This is just the beginning I’m not finished. Corporate will hear from me!!!!
Today was my last visit after 10 years. I came in Tuesday to get a tire replaced that was under warranty. An awesome girl named Jessica helped me out. Found all my old paperwork and showed me that my tire was in fact still under warranty. I was having them replace it with a new one. When I picked it up i was in a rush to get to the office. When I parked in the garage I noticed that they didnt replace the tired, they just aired it up. I called back when it was flat again in 24 hours. Manager on duty told me to come in first thing Sat morning and I would be seen and taken care of. Dropped it off this morning, came back to a bill for $90.10. He walked me abound showing how this tire was too old. That it was no longer covered etc. This was after 2 people, an associate and a manager told me i would be taken care of. I asked him if this was worth me never coming back and his reply was Im sorry you feel that way. He then turned his back and walked into his office leaving a young lady to ring me out. Pure class.
Worst customer service I’ve experienced my whole life. And not to mention the 3 1/2 hour wait just for an oil change. I would never recommend coming here for your automotive needs. I’ll be happy when they fire and replace the staff and get more efficient workers!
Had new tires put on in Kansas, went on vacation to St.Louis had a flat a week after the new tires were put on only to be told that the tire guy is getting off in 10 minutes and he cant help us. Why is the auto center open 7am to 7pm but you cant staff someone. Smart thinking Walmart. Taking out business else where!!
They say they close at 7. 535 for an oil change. The rep acts like its my fault for asking for something. Literally didnt even turn around to talk to me. Says they closed early for not having enough techs.. dont waste your time
I went to Walmart yesterday to get a price on a new set of tires (since I could never reach anyone by phone). It took awhile for someone to greet me because the poor guy behind the counter was by himself answering the phone and greeting customers. The manager walked out of the break room to help and when it was my turn he directed me outside to talk to someone in the auto part center, where I just came from and no one said a word to me so I walked into the store section. I went back out and waited to be greeted. The gentlemen was less then thrilled to assist but asked all my information quoted me a price and told me it would be a couple hours. I checked back after 1 1/2 hours and he said it would be ready by 7 pm it was now 6 pm. I walked across the street to eat about 15 mins later I received a call that they did not have all my tires in stock and I would have to come get my vehicle and order them online! I came back to get my car and was told sorry for the inconvenience and that was it. No credit, no gift card nothing. It showed poor management and care. I will never go back. I called Sears and their prices were better and they had my tires in stock with better warranties.
My scheduled appointment for tire change at 1 PM was not on their list. After talking to manager they took my car after 30 minutes. They pulled my car into garage around 2 PM. I watched them working and they were dead slow. Finally it was done by 5:40 PM and they charged me more than what they promised. They $16.50 per tire including mounting and balancing at the time of appointment. And charged me $108 dollar bill. It took me 30 mins to talk to manager and fix the bill. I got home at 6 PM... lol
Good prices. Horrible service. They never answer the phone when you call, they always say theyre not taking anymore cars even though they just opened, always understaffed, the wait times are unacceptable. 3-6hrs for a oil change? Ridiculous.
I had to come in on short notice due to a flat & I was able to get things resolved in a few hours. Most of the associates were friendly & very helpful. It was very busy so Im sure the rude ones were just having a challenging time. This location now has an appointment list for tire service; call ahead to make one & save yourself the inconvenience of waiting to be worked in.You can also order the tires online & have them shipped to the store for pick up.
I had a new set of tires put on here and it took them 6 hours. I was the first person to show up on a week day and I had to call off my shift from work in the evening. I just realized that the tires they put on are INSIDE OUT! They will need to be re-mounted and Im not going to walmart again. Im going to have midas remount them for 100 bucks instead. Im not waiting 6 hours for them to fix their mistake.Terrible experience with walmart auto
Came to get a tire plugged...got my car in right away and thinking ok 20 min.... after two hours of watching the employee do a little work, talk for 10 min, do a little work..talk... etc it was finally done. Will not come back, ever.
Not worth the $5 youll save getting one of their cheaper tires. Just go to Dobbs or Autotire or find some local place. Got here at 7:30am to get tires installed that I prepaid for online. They said they couldnt find them, and then when they finally did they werent finished installing until 4pm. Called multiple times and they didnt answer the phone and when they did they were not pleasant. I had a bad experience with an oil change over a decade ago and vowed to never come back, but decided a second chance was deserved and the price and rating on the tires was decent, but it wasnt worth wasting a whole beautiful Sunday to get the tires.
I checked in over two hours ago (no exaggeration) to get a battery for my car. The cars that were already here when I pulled in are STILL waiting to get their tires put on. Theres 6 mechanics but they appear to just be walking around in & out of the garage looking busy, none of them are actually working on cars. I would leave, except my battery is dead so I am literally stuck here until they decide to start working on the cars that have been here since I arrived.
Abysmal service.
CJ, The manager on duty was exceptional helpful and responsive.
I was not going to say anything... it was a long wait, but I paid 20 bucks for an oil change, so I will let it go... What I cant let go is the fact they left the hood of my car open... I was driving on the highway when I noticed it.... I could have crashed! I called twice just cause I thought they should know, but no one answered. Will not be returning here...
I called to ask about tires and they said I had to order them online so that’s what I proceeded to do. Then the day they were arriving I called to see if I could drop my car off that day to have the tires put on. The person answering the phone whose name I believe was “James”” said I needed to schedule an appointment and they were booked the next 10 days. I was disappointed and told him that I wasn’t told that when I called the first time but that I would wait to have them put on. I asked why they don’t schedule it when you purchase them and then he hung up on me in rage and wouldn’t answer the phone when I called back. I cancelled my order immediately after the incident. I understand that the tires are cheap but I’ve never been treated like that at a business in my life. I’m honestly not surprised at why their ratings are so low there.
I got tires from here about 2 weeks ago cause they were the cheapest price out there, and now sadly 2 weeks later I have a nail in one of the tires. Lucky I bought the tire protection Soni can get it fix however when I got there they said it would be 3 hours before it would be completed....... 3 HOURS!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!! It would take you 15 minutes to fix the tire.... Why do I have to wait 3 hours!!!! Needless to say AVOID WALMART AUTO CENTER AT ALL COST!!! I wish I had spent the extra money else where for my tires so I wouldnt have to wait so long! This is absolutely ridiculous and very unprofessional!!!!! I wish I could give them a negative rating...
I was at the Walmart auto center today to get an oil change and one of the technicians (Chris), was very rude, arrogant to me. This guy gave me a lot of attitude, lack manners and should not be anywhere near customers. I asked for additional service ( tyre rotation), and chris said to me that that are done for the day, and I requested to see the manager, the next thing we that chris started yelling at me, like why should I ask for the manager. He was very arrogant and lack customer service. This kind of behavior shows how unprofessional he was and such behavior should not be condole by anyone.
Decided that in spite of the terrible reviews, I’d take a chance with this location because it was the nearest to me. Boy, I made a terrible mistake. It wasn’t particularly busy. I brought a rim in and just needed a new tire put on it. After waiting over an hour, I inquired about my tire and was told they were working on it. It wasn’t finished until after I’d been waiting for 3 hours and countless customers after me had already been assisted. It’d save you time and frustration seeking service elsewhere.
I showed up at 8 am when they opened (I was 3rd in line) for an oil change and to have my tires rotated and balanced. It took them more than 2 hours to complete this basic maintenance. This is unacceptable!
I want to say this as clearly as I know how, in no uncertain terms: NEVER COME HERE FOR ANYTHING EVER. This auto center has the worst service I have ever experienced in any context anywhere ever in my life. I went in for 2 new tires (replacing the front ones). The guy quoted me a price and said it would be a couple hours. I returned a couple hours later and discovered that he had only replaced one, and left the second badly worn tire on (a huge hazard). When I complained, I had to wait another 20-30 minutes to get someone’s attention, who agreed to put the second tire on. He told me that if I wanted both tires replaced, I should have said so (which I did). When it was done, my car sat outside for 20-30 more minutes before anyone thought to let me know that it was finished. The entire experience was permeated by rude service, aloofness, laziness, apathy, 0 regard for customer service, and a complete and utter lack of expertise and knowledge (who replaces only one tire when both are worn!?). I will never be back here, and neither should you. Take it from all of us who have left bad reviews here - save yourself the headache and just go somewhere else.
Save yourself some time (and sanity), and do not visit this location. I needed my car battery changed, and I ended up waiting over two hours. It seemed like a relatively quiet morning, so Im not sure why it took so long. I had to ask for updates numerous times and was never given a reason for the wait. By the time I was finally able to leave, there were frustrated customers everywhere.
There is no point in having road hazards when the people running this place are soooooooo incompetent that they cant even get you registered. I have been here a total of 30 mins 2nd in line and the guy supposed to be checking me in walked around for another car for all of that time. Just around and around and around. It doesnt take this long to check anyone in. It is ridiculous this place has cured me of purchasing tires from Walmart.
Here is my experience at this terrible place. On 06/01/2019 at 1:20pm my wife, brought her vehicle here in order to purchase and receive service for 2 brand new front tires. The service wasnt completed after 7:30pm. At that time I was with my wife and noticed that she was MISSING her passenger side front hub cap. The tires were brand new, which is what we wanted, but we were not expecting to be missing a hub cap after the service was completed. When I asked the associate, whos name is Marriell, who worked on Ashleys car about the hub cap, he LIED to me and told me that the vehicle was missing the front passenger hub cap when we brought it in for service. On 06/02/2019 I spoke with the Asset Protection person at this location in order to review the security footage. The AP came back to me with Wiley, one of the managers, and confirmed that Marriell lied to me about the missing hub cap.Dont come here unless your ok with witing 6 or 7 hours for service, and being lied to.Sad/piss poor customer service.
Worse service ever. Don’t go to this location. If you go plan to wait for 6hrs for just simple oil change.
This place is operating like an old county dirt road auto mechanic! The guy out here is telling EVERYONE THAT THERE IS A TWO HOUR WAIT! How in the heck is the Walmart-ly possible? I’m here for an oil change and he told me to come back tomorrow when the wait isn’t THREE HOURS! WAL-MART what is the problem here. It want like this in the past. The idea is to get you car lightly tended to while shopping. I’m not here for hail damage folks! #JesusTakeTheWHEEL!!!!!!
If you have a Sams club Membership USE IT FOR TIRES. AN HOUR OR LESS SERVICE. ITS WORTH THE 30 TO 50 DOLLARS MORE . YOUR TIME IS VALUABLE
There is only two cars in front of me in the oil change line. Ive been sitting here for 45 minutes and not one person has come out here to talk to me. Im going to jiffy lube!
Today I called and while waiting on someone to answer to have one of my tires plugged due to a nail, I was reading the poor reviews. After speaking to the young lady, I asked her do they render the work I needed. After she responded yes, she became a little indignant. I told her that was okay and the poor reviews were correct.
I’m only giving a one because I have to give something to leave a review. The mechanic was given instructions to leave the spare tire in the back of our car, well he didn’t listen and overturned a ice chest full of water into the backseat and floor board. He went to lunch and didn’t inform us of the damage he had done. When my husband spotted the damage he alerted the manager who then tired to vacuum it up. We were given a 30 dollar gift card and a sorry. This mechanic did this intentionally. My husband who is a uber driver is now out of work until we can dry this mess up. We will not be going back there.
I went there Saturday to get a set of tires. I looked around and walmart had the best price. That price however was accompanied by less than knowledgeable staff and a three hour wait. To add insult to injury, I got I my car on Sunday (Fathers Day), and one of the tires had gone flat. Now i have to return to endure the horrible service yet again. I wouldnt have minded the wait if the job actually got done. But the stem on one of the tires is loose and leaking air. That couldve been a dangerous accident. Im NOT looking forward to gong back. Smh
Awful experience with service today. Took 20+ minutes just to talk to someone. Was told 1 hour for a single new tire replacement. They took 1 hour and 45 minutes, without ever providing an updated message on my service. Employees seem to be relaxed, joking around and not addressing customer’s challenges. Zero organization in how they process customers, and zero engagement with customers. The one redeeming quality was the very kind, young gentleman who walked me to my car. Walmart — please provide some leadership training/direction, and help them turn this center around!
Bought tires. Tires were not balanced properly. Was forced to wait another 3 hrs to have them rebalance the tires. Horrible service and awfull work. Go to Dobbs a block away (or a different walmart) and save your self time and frustrations. 8 hrs total to have the tires properly installed.
If I could put no stars I would. I live in North Carolina and discovered the day I was to leave there was a screw in my tire. Being it Sunday and 7:30 am few places were open. I looked up online and Walmart was open at 8am. Great so I drove over and waited for it to open. 8:00, 8:05 nothing. I called and a lady said Ill send someone over. I said no Im outside in my car and I need service. Do you have a mechanic on staff now. She refused to answer and said Ill send someone outside. Waited 15 min. Nothing. So I found another place open and willing to help me. Walmart is a joke. Theres a reason I avoid this place and will continue.
Went for full synthetic and requested for Mobil1 oil change, they did for pennzoil (which is less cost), which was wrong oil and no vaccum interior( not concerned) gave when checking the car everything works fine no dash lights, asked the employees that Mobil1 should In the car, they said that Mobil1 it not recommended for and said it will cost extra $11(which is not charged in another walmart which I did before)This time they took my car from the opposite way and changed oil with requested one and gave the invoice with not recommended to drive- they broke my back break line underneath.1. Wrong oil change was done 1st time2. No interior vaccum3. Broke my rear break line- cost $$$4. Total wait time 2:30 min (1 hour extra)
Takes hours to have anything done, even simple quick jobs which take 15 minutes anywhere else.TERRIBLE SERVICE. THIS PLACE SUCKS, DO NOT COME HERE.
So I walk into the Walmart automotive at maplewood location in stlouis missouri. To be told by three employees that was playing on there phones with no cars in bay. That there was no tire guy to patch my tire. Then ignore me and walk away horrible service. When I asked for them to call other walmarts to see they laughed and ignored me.
The level of incompetence here is baffling. 90 minute wait for my work not to be done! I ordered tires online, they arrived to the store, and I dropped my car off for install. I asked if they needed my order confirmation but I was told they would look it up and Id be good to go in about a hour. Great! I headed across the street to eat while my 4 tires were being put on...or so I thought. When I came back 90 minutes later, my car was sitting in the garage..thinking it might be done, I checked in with the front desk where they said to me, did you have an order here already? Because they werent sure if you did. - WHY DID NOBODY CALL ME RATHER THAN HAVE ME WAIT 90 MINUTES FOR NOTHING!??!?! - We can have it done in 45 minutes - yeah, right, not buying that lie again.....
This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. 1st off I came in & there was only 1 car being service this mourning. So I was next up, the 2nd car. I was told it would take about 45mins to 1 hour. Which was fine,I could browse the store. I went back to check a hour later at about 9:45 & was told my car wasnt ready. I didnt understand why not, because my car was not in the servicing area. There were about 3 cars on the lifts being worked on. So I waited about 15mins,then asked another associate. He said it was ready. In fact it had been ready my paper work & keys were just laying on a unoccupied counter. Not were all the other customers key were hanging on the wall. So I just left, went to 2 other stores. Then I noticed my oil light was still on & my car was smoking. So now Im confused & on my way back. I pulled up & a worker said to me I aint do it,whatever is wrong! I said I hope not. I asked for the manager & he came out asked for my keys, got in & reset my oil reader. I told him my car is smoking. He said they would redo my oil change. The filter was not properly on. I asked for a manager, above him. Greg, walked right to us,the manager started to explain the problem,I interrupted him & started to explain what he was leaving out. Greg cut me off by saying were going to redo it,we cant do anything with you yelling at us! I did no yelling. He tried to humiliate me in front of customers & his workers. I asked him what can be done for the inconvenience? He said so what do you want? Something for free? I just looked at him with confusion. Like how are you people upset because you did the oil change incorrect? I should be upset but,I was more embarrassed then anything. He said he would give me a gift card & he did,but it did not make up for the trouble. Im never stepping foot in this walmart again. Dont waste your time or money at Maplewood auto care. They dont care!
I gave them a four because they didnt have what I needed. Kind of a bummer, but the staff at the counter was super friendly, patient, and helpful in getting me in contact with another location that had the tires I needed.
Unlike some others I have been OK with the oil changes. BUT they advertise being open till 7 and when I rushed to arrive by 6 they said I was too late. If you take customers without appointments and they arrive before you close, you should be prepared to do the service. Complained. Left 30 minutes after waiting for help. This place is a joke.
Tire service was horrible. I was told it would only be an hour for my four tires to be put on. I waited and hour and it turned into two hours. The workers were walking around do absolutely nothing, and only one person was changing my four tires. Out of the SIX or SEVEN people who were there they had 4 people working on one car and I was there before the other car they were working on. This was a big disappointment because I thought better about this wal-mart than this.
The prices were decent but the service was horrible. I waited nearly 2 hours for my oil change. I asked if it was done and they said no. Turns out it was done long ago but my paper work was misfiled. They charged my service to someone else, left their equipment in my ride and parked my vehicle horribly! Luckily no one hit me. Never going back.
This place is a mad house! They have cars lined up with seemingly no system in place to get people in and out. Random cars are occasionally helped and the rest are completely ignored. I was prepared to take a ticket and kill some time walking around walmart, but I waited over 20 minutes and no one ever helped me or took my service order. I tried waiting in my car in the unmoving line, going to the service desk, waiting at the podium and nothing... Whenever I flagged someone down and asked for help, they seemed extremely annoyed and told me they werent the one that could help me. I drove down the road and was helped immediately and with a smile. Do not go to this walmart!
Clear your schedule for the day and grab a Snickers from the candy section. Youre going to be here awhile. Testing a battery shouldnt take that long?
This location ordered these tires at 9:00 AM telling me they would be in at 1:00 PM and they would call me. *I* called at 1:40 and they said, Tires are being loaded on the truck to deliver. Theyll be here at 3. Theyll call. *I* call at 3:15 and they said, Tires are being loaded on the truck to deliver. Theyre not here. I ask to speak to a manager and the young little snot grumbles and mumbles saying, OMG, these people.... The manager finally says the tires are definitely here. Now, after sitting here 2.5 hours, my car has been sitting in the garage about 10 minutes and one of the kids comes in because they dont know where the tires are. Computer says, Tires are being loaded on the truck to deliver. These people are Unreal. Said Id only wait an hour for this. The woman Ive been waiting with since the beginning of time said that last week she waited 4 everloving hours and only came back bc the tire they put on had a leak. Please. Please humans. Dont come here. THEYRE AWFUL.
I had a flat tire on the way to St. Louis . I was in and out with a new tire in less than 1 hour. The employees were great.
This location always has a 4 to 8 hour wait for tires even if you go when they open. Manager says people call off work but every time you go there it is the same excuse. Several times me or family member tried to get tires or battery and there are “call offs”. If they can’t keep employees they should not offer the service. I won’t go back again.
I waited 4 hours to get two tires changed, and I only had three people in front of me. The person who checked me in said that servicemen dont show up for work all of the time and they are short of people.
Worst Walmart auto in the history of Walmart auto. Turned away in the middle of a way with a flat tire because they dont take walk ins... all my tires are Walmart, and I have road hazard. Thats some garbage.
The service is so slow it took the worker 5 minutes to ask what services I wanted because the other workers where standing around not doing anything(he was the only one working the entire time). I have now been here for 2hours and its only 10am my tires havent been touched yet because the workers are all acting as if they are all on break. I will never come back to this location for auto work again!
You need am appointment to change a tire... Seriously? Theres two people just standing TF around... Never coming to this walmart for anything anymore.
I wish there was an option to have no stars but because this place certainly deserves no stars. As we came into the parking lot there were 3 cars ahead of us they told us to park in the aisle of the line. They said it would be 2 hours and 30 minutes of a wait. We decided to wait it. We come back 2 hours and 30 minutes later. THEY SAY ITS GOING TO BE ANOTHER HOUR AND 30 MINUTES AND OUR CAR HASNT MOVED FROM BEING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROW NOT EVEN IN A PARKING SPOT. There are cars that were not ahead of us. Completely disappointed and mad. Just came for a simple 15 minute oil change that turns out taking my entire day.
Took 10 hours to start on 4 tires, for them to tell me they are wrong ones.
I recommend avoiding this place if possible. The low prices and convenient location lured me in, but the poor customer service, ambiguous procedures, and evident dysfunction will keep me away for good.
Been here waiting on one tire for over a hr and half. Smh Now they can’t find my tire wow
Pay no attention to the one star! I had to give it at least one to write a review. If I could stand in the parking lot with a sign telling people to turn back without getting arrested, I would! I went to the store to get two front tires and left for the amount of time quoted then returned and picked up vehicle. After I left I discovered they put the tires on rear without rotating them, and because the tire and lube was closed the store manager promised me new tires to correct problem. After that I was stalled for three weeks, spent over ten hours on the phone, and was treated like a lier, I finally received my tires. After leaving store the second time I also discovered my emissions tag had been stolen by one of employees!! A couple weeks later on our other vehicle our battery died (which was purchased there and was under warranty) they pulled the battery without checking to see if they had another, killing the car, and refused to jump it, and told us to call a tow truck! Store manager Theo acted like the only thing we cared about was money, not the fact that my wife was stranded with our kids in their parking lot! Whatever you do do not go there unless you like horrible service and wasting your time and sanity!!
Sean didnt tell his worker to go get the tires o ordered from Walmart and I have been waiting an hour longer then I should have..this is rediculous.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. I just sat here for about an hour until they decided to tell me that they cant fix my tire today. Dont waste your time or spend your money here.
Something seriously wrong with this location. They ignore you, dont answer the phone, and just dont care. Once Im done with these tires and thier so-called warranty Im done with Walmart tires.
My husband and I spent OVER TWO HOURS here waiting for ONE tire. There were two cars ahead of us but I dont think it takes more than two hours for 3 cars. The others in the waiting room were here much much longer than we were. Will not return.
Terrible customer service along with ridiculous wait times. I caught a flat on the way to work and had to stop here. After waiting 4 hours for them to fix my tire I was told they wont print out the paperwork for me to pay, so that I could leave as soon as possible, until they were ready. Even though the car was no longer lifted and was pretty much done being worked on.
Arrived at 2:15 for a new battery and was told that it would be done around 3:00. Checked at 3:40 and was told that it was already done. No one informed me, wasting 40 min of my time. Complely disorganized. If you come here, block 5 hours on your schedule, bring a book and watch them closely.
Ordered tires (which were actually the cheapest price Ive seen in a while for my tires), but never got a call back and the tires never actually came in so I had to go to another shop that charged me slightly more but at least got it done. Walmart service is declining fast.
Just horrible everything was bad horrible customer service and the employees are just sad. Walmart needs to shut this Auto center down
Horrible horrible experience oil changes 2 to 3 hour wait and you can forget about getting tires you got to make appointment for days and weeks out so Save ur time and go to Autotire
Despite the bad reviews I decided to call them to make an appointment to fix a damaged tire. They hung up on me twice. The third time I managed to talk to someone who was very rude. I decided to take my business elsewhere. Stay away.
Been waiting 30 minutes already on the phone trying to see if they have my tire size not only that I was hung up on my first call I got through horrible customer service
