Entryway is soooo discussing. Not a good impression, mentioned it to employee and she said it gets cleaned every night. No!! It’s 11:00 am and it wasn’t cleaned, she could of cared less.
Today I stopped in this CVS on Whitebear Ave in Maplewood to get my Covid vaccine and was told by thr Pharmacist no I couldnt get the vaccine today because she didnt want to open a new bottle. Told me to come back tomorrow and maybe then I could get it. Really you denied me the vaccine shot because you didnt want to open a new bottle....... nice to know CVS is supporting the cause to help vaccine everyone.
Nancy, in the pharmacy helped me today. So nice, and made sure my refill issue was resolved to the end. She rocks!
Fun place to shop they always have what you need
They dont take some medical cards. Go to Walgreens. Only rich folks with bought insurance can get their meds here. CVS is a failure to the people we people on gov assisted medical.
Waited a hour and a half at the window to take my Covid test. Sat there for 90 minutes and they told me “their computer is not working sorry about that.” Cost me a trip to Hawaii. Never go to the Maplewood cvs. Ever.
Had an appointment but the kiosk would not check me in and there is no one to ask about check in.
Manager is a sweet guy. But they never have pop. They dont order enough of certain stuff.
There is always a lengthy wait for prescriptions. They are either understaffed and or poorly managed.
I always have problems here, and sometimes have to wait over 30 min in the pharmacy. Terrible place to go
Friendly staff. They are always consistent and professional... even when they are REALLY busy! Great team!
This parking lot is horrible! There is trash everywhere and the trashcans need to be emptied ASAP. The trash in the lot is so bad it smells! Ew, just not ok. Please step it up!
The only thing I dont like about this CVS is the parking lot. There is trash EVERYWHERE! and it is not a good look when you have customers coming in and out of the store constantly. Trash cans are overflowing and it doesnt look good!
They didnt care about any of the 6 patients waiting after they were all tolf there medication was ready. I had to wait 30 minutes for a prescription that was supposed to be already filled. Other people were waiting longer where they were called there because there perscription was supposed to be ready and filled for them but instead they had to wait at least 45 minutes. Nothing but trash
The staffs there were okay, no one was at the register. Customers always have to bring the bell when they need to check out. Some of the nurses there were really nice but there is that is girl nurse with short hair who was really rude to me and my mom (who doesnt speak English) we went there the first time and the nurse was great but our follow up visit we got her and she was very rude. I couldnt translate for my mom like the first visit with the other nurse. This nurse was rude to the translator too demanding him to do his job correctly and kept asking the same question over and over for him to translate. She also filled out our paper with a useless result that we cant even turn in to my moms work place.
I called ahead twice before showing up to pick up my prescriptions. On the first call, which was around 11:40 am, they said it will be ready in two hours. On the second call, around 1 pm, they said it would be ready in 25-30 minutes. I went to pick up my prescriptions after waiting in a long line only to be told to wait in the parking lot for an additional 15-20 minutes because they didn’t even know I had two prescriptions to begin with so they definetly weren’t ready. I will be coming back some other time, hopefully they’ll be ready then.
I am very disappointed in today’s cvs cashier as of May, 15, 2020Because of covid 19. I feel like I was treated differently. I am asian. The lady didn’t even bag my items for me. I had to do it myself. And she didn’t greet me. I am a local citizen from maplewood.
The Maplewood CVS location has a great selection of personal care products, and a wonderful staff of friendly people, who are quick to provide excellent service, every time I visit. Thank you for all of your efforts and hard work to create a great customer experience.
My encounters with the staff at this cvs/pharmacy were... strained. Even before light was shown on the opioid sector of the controlled substance crisis it was generally understood that all controlled substance prescriptions need be met with added scrutiny. Absolutely. 👍Couldnt agree more. However, I didnt feel like my prescription was subject to scrutiny... more like I was subject to cold hostility. Who knows, maybe they were having some bad days or something. I mean I get it... They probably deal with individuals all the time who are out to abuse what medical science has discovered and that has to be incredibly frustrating, to say the least. In any case, this was a handful of experiences and hopefully not indicative of the default atmosphere.
My 77 year old mother went to CVS in Maplewood to pick up her prescription for a previous fall and fell again in their parking lot and No One from the pharmacist to the managers in the store cared one little bit. Other than the pharmacist saying she shouldnt take the medicine prescribed in case she had a concussion! Great advice. They didnt even attempt to document what happened or file a report. Unreal
This place is great but the pharmacy people are very rude and racist. They barely wanted to help me. This is the 2nd time I come and they look at me with complete discuss. They should be more of people persons and help the customers more.
Been going here for 5 years now and even though it is a bit further than I like to go sometimes it’s worth it because the staff are amazing!
Okay, so I must apologize for some of what I wrote below. I drove to this store a few minutes ago. The front door was apparently broken into (last night? 5/28?) and the store is currently closed. However, nothing in their voice mail jail states this and their website gleefully announces theyre open now and until 9 PM tonight! Besides this theres not a soul in the place, the parking lot is completely empty and no idea when they may reopen.Um, we have medicine we need that we need to pick up.Whats going on at this place? Are they closed today? I waited on the phone more than 20 minutes for the pharmacy with nobody coming to the phone. Called the store and asked the robot for the store manager. That was the last voice I heard. Phone rang and rang for four minutes before I gave up. If youre closed, say so on your website!!
Efficient staff, knowledgeable and helpful. Drive up is convenient & expeditious. Convenient location.
The CVS person who pick up the phone is rude. I ask him question about does they have a Photo center to print pic and he hang up on me.Today is octomber 7th, 2019 and 1:17pm.
Always have great customer service and always willing to go out of the way for the customers
Long wait times on phone and in-store. Horrible customer service. Going back to Walgreens!
Love this CVS. I have no complaints. I have not had a long wait time inside.
The pharmacy filled my prescription by the time I exited the minute clinic office. Great service
Get refills here regularly and the people here are all so friendly and nice.
Terrible customer service. I called to tell them my spouse was almost at the store to pick up my prescription, asked them to please give it to him. He arrived 2 minutes after 9:00pm closing and they were just beginning to pull gates down and would not get the prescription for him stating, the register is closed. The hours are too limited. They ought to stay open later or open up earlier!
Half the stuff here is mis priced and rings up wrong.
Nice selection but very over priced
Prescriptions are never ready on time. Very slow service
The hours listed are incorrect. Call ahead.
Wait time at minute clinic went from 81 minutes to nearly 3 hours. Another family had been waiting for hours and their wait time kept increasing. Hire more staff if you need to, but stop lying about wait times. Absolutely unacceptable.
Quick, in and out
