The lady behind the desk was very nice. However, I was offered the opportunity to get my package delivered tomorrow afternoon or tomorrow morning. The difference was $20. I decided that there was no need to spend the extra money since the package actually didnt need to be there until day after tomorrow. Ultimately, in talking to the recipient of the package I found out that FedEx doesnt deliver there but once a day. The lady I was talking to further indicated that many of their clients had been conned into paying the extra $20 even though FedEx only delivers there once a day apparently.

“Attempted delivery” at 12:03. Such BS, two people were inside and the dogs didn’t bark. Why? The driver didn’t knock! How do I know this? Cameras, that’s how. The 800 number was no help, one person says we’ll send them back to your house, then oops, he’s already headed back to the warehouse. Another person says, oh it’s definitely being delivered today. Can I contact this location directly to find out for sure what’s happening? Of course not! If I could give negative stars, I would.
If you want your package to magically disappear, I highly recommend dropping it at this location. I ship an envelope 5-6 days a week. 6 packages lost in 4 months. Good job folks. FYI, they do not honor any shipment guarantee/refund regardless of how much you pay...because of Covid apparently.

I felt so goofy not knowing how to fax and the sweetest lady that works there helped me out. I was so relieved that she offered to do the whole fax and make my experience very pleasant. And I got to take the chance to learn about all the other services they do. I love FedEx.
This place is ridiculous. First they shipped my package somewhere else. They told me it was there to come get it, then when I showed up it wasnt there. They said they would give me a call to let me know what was going on and never heard back. The place is poorly ran and has zero customer service skills
In and out quickly and very knowledge staff who helped me handle a package that needed to be delivered quickly! Although watch out sending things over night can get expensive especially if its May thing other than a letter or form! All around great experience though.
I really dont do a lot of ratings but I have to give fedex a bad rating. I ordered something that didnt come and when I called it took them a very long time and I will admit the first time I called it was my fault and we got it taken care of but the next day which is to day. I get a text saying my package was delivered but when I opened the Door nothing was there so I wanted outside for a bit then I see the fedex truck come which that is weird if they already delivered why are they coming which I I still didnt get a package so I called and this time I waited for almost two hours. Then the lady said she is going to make a case for me and contact me and google who I ordered from what would be out next step so I am still waiting and my question does it take this long to find out the problem you guys know the people doing the delivery lol has human kind Fallin this low we can get problem that should be easy to solve are we not hiring right people for the job. I also heard from other people they do not follow directions so my warning to all try to get the the thing you want or need from the store especially on the holiday or around the holidays and to fedex do better background check .

The person who helped me was courteous. They were trying to deliver a package, that needed a signature, during business hours, when I was at work. I made several attempts to have the package left at the holding center but FedEx wouldnt allow it. After a week of trying to get the package I received a rude voice message that they had been trying to deliver the package for a week. It was finally left at the center. I have not used FedEx services in years. This fiasco reminded my why I havent used FedEx service for years. Although the FedEx employee was courteous, FedEx seems to have poor customer service.

They took care of my package well but the lady at front desk was not really a customer service expert. If ya know what I mean.
I did not know this place existed. It is a bit hard to find if youre going directly off of Google maps but those extra few seconds of scratching your head will all melt away soon as you meet the courteous staff and next to no lines (partially because its slightly harder to find). If youre in a hurry or dont like waiting in line head on over for all of your FedEx needs.
Very quick and helpful staff members. Its easy to get in and out quickly especially when your in a hurry. They always have shipping supplies on hand. Awesome customer service and a clean place what more can you ask for. A++ Keep it up

Absolutely the worst in doing any business with. Was lied to twice by employees. Their consistency is non existent other than non customer support and service. No issues ever with UPS or USPS. Federal Express there is always issues with simple deliveries.

Always reliable and considerate. Open until 8pm (which is nice) considering that it is a bit of a drive for me. Packages always arrive safely and non-damaged. - this is important, for me because Im shipping live insects. If it gets hurt. Ill know.
A delivery driver was captured on video camera damaging property at my home last week. While unintentional, the incident is indisputable and showed the driver getting out of the vehicle to inspect the property damage as well as the side of the FedEx box truck. After filing an initial incident claim, 5 more calls to Customer Service, and significant time invested, I have yet to receive a call back or commitment around how the incident will be resolved.

Shipped a package. Very expensive. Package was damaged and returned to me (not shipped). FedEx now wants me to wait 5-7 business days to get in touch with the refund department and in the mean time wants me to pay AGAIN to have my package shipped.

They totally messed up on one of the shipments and was no help at all!! Had a door tag that says another attempt would be made, and then to find out that was the last attempt and the guy marked off the wrong box and it got shipped back! Offered basically no help or any compensation. Unbelievable!!
