After 25 years of spending $500 a year on calendars, the store sold to a guy in Denver. He advertises it as locally owned! NOT TRUE!!!I asked a person who didnt speak English to look up my history. I was told no, they wouldnt do it. They wouldnt contact the previous owner. And they wouldnt go in the computer to look ANYTHING up.If I could give them a ZERO review, I would. Im not going back. You shouldnt either!!!
It depends who is working. Most of the time they are great and helpful, and I was loyal to this store for a while. Some of the staff have been moody to the point that I started going to the FedEx on the other side of the highway for a couple weeks. I started coming back after FedEx tried to rip me off during a transaction ($35 to ship a paper form to an address within the same city and it would take over 4 business days as the cheapest option. I know how much this should cost, didnt pay, came back to UPS with the same package, and it was only around $10). Since then, the staff here has been better, so far.
Went there to send my package. When my person received the package that shipped it was damaged they did not take care of the package at all. I hope the next time I ship another package it better not be damaged it again like my first one. Bad delivery!
Very small office and always understaffed. Outgoing packages are piled up along the wall and on counter as the employees do their best to tend to waiting customers in line. This location needs more employees immediately.
Dev is a creepy flirty man that makes women feel really uncomfortable. He is super cringy and makes me uncomfortable just being around it.The store is also trashed with boxes and debris everywhere, but I assume thats only because they are short staffed because dev did seem really busy.
Dont ever send certified mail out of this place. They dont know how to ring it up correctly. Ask for certified mail with a copy if who signed for it and found even after I ask 3 times if everything was set up so I know who signed for the letter- it still was not done right. Call to complain and kept getting told that I wait for a callback. Very poor on the customer service. Now, I will probably have to pay again to send a time-sensitive letter and hope that I am not out the payment I was disputing.
The clerk was extremely and disgustingly rude! Even gave me the stank, side eye😕 Terrible experience. I am a nurse that just finished a 12 hour overnight shift caring for all without bias. That was completely unnecessary!
Supposed to open at 8am. Went in this morning at 8:30am. Front door was open but everything was locked down. No one would answer the phone either. I drove 20 miles out of my way to get to this one since they opened at 8 instead of 9, like the one by my house. Now I have to find a different store after work.
I love coming here — the staff recognizes me, chats with me, and is always quick to help.
This is the only UPS store I go to and I don’t see that ever changing. The staff is always helpful and easy going. The woman working this morning 3/2/21 was amazing, kind and deserves a raise. :)
Super friendly and helpful staff. I’ve been here a few times in the last few weeks to have a document notarized and ship a few packages and the staff helped me in every way they could.
They yelled at an elderly lady to move. Come on have some respect for your elders not to mention they let a employee cut in front of regular customers because we just love waiting no more going to this store and if you are reading this it’s because you’ve been in line so long you decided to give them a review. Ha!!!
Its a really great place! Its really hard and confusing to find this place. Just like others I imagine, if you are new to tamarack village. But, the employees are friendly and quick! I recommend this place to anyone!

The phone rings, goes to voicemail and automated message says voicemail full, hang up. Why not have a message with helpful info like the last pick up time? So many customers take forever to get through with multiple boxes/issues. If theres 2 workers, why not have one deal with larger orders and the other just take pre-labeled UPS boxes and issue receipts? Thatd clear up 1/2 the line quickly. Too many allowed in the lobby at once. Doesnt matter the day or time you stop, the wait is always long. Last time there were a dozen backed up. When it was my turn I told him I was returning the box back to the company on the pkg. I asked him to look over their pre-printed label to be sure it made sense and that I did it right. He obviously didnt as the same package was delivered to ME the next day. Apparently the co. made a mistake w/their pre-printed labels but UPS employee wouldve caught it had he just done what I asked him to do and review the label. Simple request. A little help would have gone a long way. Ill use USPS next time as I have a choice.

Went to return some work shoes. Walked in the lady said good morning, how can I help you? I said im here to return this she scanned the barcode and wish me a good day. Fast and friendly.
Was not greeted when I walked in. So, I said, Hi. Black girl working the counter said nothing. I asked a question about my shipping label. She did not answer me. Typical, rude attitude. Unprofessional, unpleasant and I was unappreciated as a customer. AVOID.
Stopped in to purchase their mailbox service and the lady could not open it because per the manager typically people come during the daytime to open mailbox. Then he tried to justify that shes newer and its a service that rarely happens but most their boxes are full?? Then went on to tell me the schedule for people who knows how to do this, you should update your website to state the times and hours we can come in for certain services and times we cant.

Despite having written all over the package for the handlers to handle with care and writing very fragile do not bend etc. The item still arrived in pieces and the picture was damaged! NOT happy with the way you handle your packages at all! Maybe you should have training classes on how to read packages carefully and have them learn what it means to handle with care when it comes to delicate packages!
This store is horrible. They are either poorly trained or incompetent.. I paid for overnight shipping of 32.21 and guess what??? My small envelope with extremely time sensitive documents never showed up to it’s destination. It gets better. I tried to track my package only to find out that after I left their establishment they change my tracking number for some reason without my knowledge and when I called them on it they had no idea why. But wait there’s more. I ask for the manager to call me to discuss.. 6 hours later he tells me it’s not their fault that’s it’s UPS issue.. laughable, I thought they were UPS. Silly me. So no package delivered, no apology, no money refunded and worse yet who has my important documents??? I highly recommend you stay away from this place. Like I said poorly trained and or totally incompetent from the top to the bottom. Thanks Vang and Dez. Not really !!!
Horrible Customer Service! I called a head of time to tell them about my order and shipment. The person on the phone was rude. When I walked in today the staff member Jennifer tried to answer my questions but did not go above and beyond. I asked for the office administration number they failed to give it to me and did not try to assist or solve solution. As someone who is highly educated and knows how systems work it is unfortunate that they would doubt the someones knowledge on how they can get this information which is accessible online but fail to assist customers. Another issue is the white male who was working there this morning as I was making a complaint to the staff member decides to interrupt and cut me off. When you are with a customer number one rule of business you focus on them! How ironic at this store when I called beforehand they chose to be disrespectful in person. That is not how you treat people not only rude, but zero manners. It isnt the first time where I havent been greeted at this store no thank you, how are you, zero customer curtesy and service. UPS is a JOKE! Honestly there are better shipping companies and at this point you need to retain your whole staff and actual hire administration. No one picks up the phone even the manager is unavailable I am highly disgusted and the fact that you hire illiterate employees reflects you as a business and your character! SHAME ON UPS!
This is my third visit to a UPS Store and overall have a bad impression. My dad works for UPS and when I tell him about my experiences he’s very disheartened by the service that these stores provide. 1st of all, they aren’t 100% legit or have the same capabilities. One time I went in to grab some (overpriced) boxes and schedule pick up of some furniture. “Let me grab you the phone number for that”. Really? Just ended up doing it online. The second time, I waited 15 minutes just to drop off a package and wasn’t offered a receipt. Just now, my 3rd time, the staff was VERY rude. The associate asked for my ID in an annoyed tone, and then said I needed to sign. I said okay. Then he tapped on the keypad on the other side of the counter. You don’t have to be rude about it. Maybe you needed a paper signed, how was I supposed to know?I think actual UPS does a good job, but have never been satisfied with their stores. My advice to you is avoid them completely and try to accomplish online or over the phone.
At times I get a lot of copies made. This location has been great for getting them done for me on time - plus its a lot cheaper than another UPS Store a few miles north that I had previously used. Great service from the manager at this store!
Had a package that got delivered here but the last name wasn’t on the label (shipper’s fault). One staff lady didn’t even bother to look because my last name wasn’t on and had me call corporate office which then filed an investigation. Went in two days later to check up and it was there on the shelf, the whole time. Lazy staff didn’t even bother to ask for tracking number or go beyond and just check the shelves in case. Corporate even said the package had been delivered with PROOF of delivery. It was obviously there, she didn’t bother to just take a peek even. Mind you, I was the only person that was in that morning to pick up a package. Never using UPS again.
Extreamly bad customer service here for finger print. Even you got here first you still have wait more than 10 minutes to be assisted. Not recommend this ups store for others.
The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. The store is run very efficient and wait times are usually low. Its also well kept and clean.

My experiences in the past with this store has been good. Most recently I went in to take care of business and it was on a Saturday afternoon, which was super busy. The clerk failed to give me a tracking receipt when I realized this I called back Tuesday morning and spoke with a clerk named MARY... she was not very friendly or professional from the start, she wouldnt listen to what I had to say, cutting me off and talking over me are just a few examples that demonstrate her professionalism. She continued to talk over me and tell me that there was nothing she could do for me. I understand that it is the Holiday season and people are easily frustrated and impatient, but all I wanted was some clarifications which she failed to provide me with. Her demeanor, mannerisms (lack of), respect, tone of voice and attitude towards the customers she serves is unfortunate to this particular UPS store and I can ensure that MARY will drive business away!
Manager Mary is absolutely fantastic and helpful. I go out of my way to use this location because the staff is so great.

Great store with excellent hours of the day, days of the week compared to other UPS Store locations.
Just tried to schedule an appointment with a public notary at the store and the member of staff was rude and extremely unhelpful. Im not sure if such customer service is indicative of the store as a whole (hence two stars) but buyer beware.
Called them, put on hold, 6 minutes later they lost my business.
Slow and understaffed
The website and the sign in the door say the store is open 12-4 on Sundays. Ive been sitting here since 11:50 and its 12:10 and the store isnt open. The voice mail doesnt reference store hours or that it even is a UPS Store
Its 8:25 am, posted hours are 8 am to 7 pm. Door is locked and no one is here.

This place is way overpriced on what they charge for shipping. This is an OK place if youre shipping a prepaid package. Take it to the post office.
