01/29/2021; Entirely negative experience all around; Cold Coffee, *Rude staff* Customer service and product quality abomination.*To MGMT persons: Id like to discuss my recent visit to this 7/11 with management personnel if you would be interested; I seriously hope to hear from you.

Gas prices are 50 cents a gallon more than other gas stations 9 miles east so unless your desperate for gas, this is not a good place to fill up and their staff are wierd, rude and lazy. Save yourself the headache and avoid this 7-11

Lat night 11/10/18 around 11:30 pm I went out for a milk run to this 7-11 . Purchased 1/2 gallon of milk and decided to grab an Apple fritter from the bakery case .I used a wax paper sheet ato retrieve the donut and placed this in the bag . The total of the bill was approximately 4 dollars and cents. I went home and set the donut aside and decided to eat it later. Once I decided to chew thwe baked item I bit into a hard object . It felt strange that the texture was not normal . I pulled the object out of my mouth to discover it resembled a fingernail . It was late in the morning of Sunday . So I decided to sleep and and report the incident to the store personnel the next day . I returned that evening to encounter one of the most incompetent and stupid sales person that day. As I discretely tried to explain to this Idiot, she started talking loudly across the store saying you will have to come back and bring the donut to the manager. All I wanted was to inform her . Take the donut replace it or refund me . Her response oh do you have a receipt ? I said no I paid on cash and politely declined the receipt . More over this woman kept denying that it was not their product but rather consigned from the outside. She continued to be more defensive and was dismissive of the stores responsibility to address my complaints. What a sad state of customer relations . I left with the donut and long fingernail that probably one of your workers broke and left in my donut .You lost a good customer, and for your information this is a health and safety concern that for me to be pro active.p is the rifght move to make . However, your employee pushed me away and prolonged my agony and frustration by saying it’s not my responsibility! I don’t know ? Even when I told her she should address this by taking my info and exchanging the donut or offer a refund .Now this has escalated to a public realm, I will not allow myself to be minimized despite my effort to bring attention to a potential health risk .Please take a look at the evidence, wrapped in your store labeled bag . The donut half eaten then fritter woth fingernails suddenly emerged from my mouth as I chewed on this delectable treat !I plan to add a picture as soon as I figure how .Please check your food before you eat it !I am not interested in Anything more than just to address public safety awareness in food handling.Pls take a look!

The girl working the counter could not wait until she rang up my purchase to stuff her mouth with food and then talk with a mouth full of food! Note to owner...put her in the back unloading boxes where the public does not need to be grossed out!

Great place for a snack and getting gas.

Manager/owner? is grumpy rude and doesnt know how to talk to customers avoid this 7 eleven during the day time he wont say a word to you and looks always pissed off he is indian Ive dealt with him many times same exact snotty atitude. Only indian Ive ever encountered that acts this way usual they are super nice people but this guy got something up his ass when hes working.

Dont know how anyone could give these guys a bad review. They are friendly, kind, and caring.

This store was filthy and alot of the food products are expired i would not recommend this store to anyone unless youre Looking for food poisoning.so glad that theres two other 7-11s in marina that are clean and friendly

Theres not much open after nine oclock in a small town like marina and seven eleven is just about all thats open here after nine oclock
