I was confused between the touchless and works wash. I guess the touch less doesnt use the bristles so it didnt clean my car as well and was still covered in dirt. Jessica the assistant manager was really nice about it gave me a refund. Ill definitely come again to support this shell

Went in today at 5am trying to spend money but the guy behind the register said I couldn’t buy anything for the next ten minutes because he was closing one register to open another register. Something like that. So I spent my money elsewhere. And i will continue to spend it elsewhere. Pretty stupid to turn away customers. Especially one that typically stops there at least 4 times a week. But hey, if the good lord wanted us to all be smart, he wouldn’t have put stupid people on the earth.

Some boo-sht. I paid $15 for a car wash that has brushes & those hos didn’t even move! It just soaped, rinsed, & stole my $15.

The usual gas stations, Shell is usually more expensive than Valero and other smaller brand name gas, but similar to Chevron. The car wash there is okay, does an okay job washing the car but doesnt get all the dirt or dry the car completely. Wish the car wash machine was a touch less car wash, as that would probably be more safer for the cars paint as oppose to those spinning cloth flaps.

I came here late at night and it is clean and safe. Shell Employee Max is kind and professional. The manager here is professional and kind. I will return

I just stopped for car wash around 6:15pm while I am staying at hotel near by. The car wash touch screen didn’t work, and I asked cashier lady for help. This is what I got from her. She doesn’t know how to fix the problem and she does not have authority to refund the car wash charge ($7.99) which I already paid. She asked me to come back following day! 1. Basic Trouble shooting skill should be the requirement for the store operator. What Shell company is thinking! 2. Canceling charge skill is not difficult to master. When I worked for convince store it took me only a minute. And store operator does not have authority to cancel the charge? I guess Shell company trying to make money unethical way. 3. I understand that machine can be broken and store operator can be ill trained for some reasons. But I don’t understand the indifferent attitude of store operator. It’s a service business heaven’s sake! She needs to be retrained or the company needs to change their policy to train employee better.

Basins for washing car windows were full, the station’s convenience shop was clean (and has a ton of energy drinks, as well as some kombucha (!) and a locally made soft drink) -and tidy. Clean restrooms. Best price in the area for a Shell gas station.

Just had the worst experience at a gas station ever. The woman behind the counter told me the Car Wash was out of order. I asked her where the next one was and she said she didnt know. I pulled out and right accross the street is a self serve car wash. It only takes cash so I parked and walked with my two young boys accross the street with a $20 bill. I forgot our masks and when we got to the counter she refused to break the 20 because they dont serve people without masks. She pointed to the camera above her head and said she couldnt make an exception and I told her that she could if she wanted to. I put it down on the counter but she wouldnt take it. I pleaded with her and told her I found a other car wash accross the street but before I could finish my sentence she repeated that they dont serve people without makes. I told her that I get it and asked again if she would make an exception because we were on foot and we were just there. (She did not mention the mask rule before.) She repeated herself again before I could finish my sentence and thats when I started to get a gry because she didnt let me finish. I wanted to tell her I found a car wash accross the street so that she can tell other people about it because their car wash is broken and she might get other people looking for help. Everytime I spoke, she shouted over me and asked me to leave a few times. She basically only heard me say something to the effect of Im sorry if you only let me finish Ill go.. Then she picked up the phone as if to call for help or something. I think she really didnt want me to point out that she doesnt know theres a car wash accross the street that she doesnt know about. Its a shame she couldnt just help me out instead of getting this poor review. Used to go here a couple times a week now Im never going back.

It was lousy service just got gas worth $59.10 Im pressings with car wash so I can get 10 cent off per gallons but doesnt show on the receipts so I guest Im not getting it so i went inside talk to the female cashier, she gets it but here you go Joe the manager says a big NO in order to get the discount you need to buy gas again. I already got gas and I always stop here get gas since their open 5-7 years ago so this is unacceptable, bad service all around no respect to customers. Where is good old days where customers is respected!!!!!!!!

The gas is fine, if a bit pricey, but it is Shell. Getting a car wash gets you a discount on gas. If you do get a car wash, just note that if you have a suv or van, the wash itself seems really aggressive. It feels like the car wash is trying to beat my truck up to get the dirt off. Make sure you dont have things on your car that can easily fly off.

Great price on fuel if you are getting your car washed. Place was cleaner than what it is today. Restrooms are decent.

Beware of this station pumps always seem to be down and their customer service is terrible had to wait over 5 mins to be helped in the store with three other customers behind me due to the employee being no where in the store. Last time I went they made me try my card 4 times before checking to see that their pumps were broken. Sad as this used to be my go to gas station, will no longer be using this station.

V-power is just the best gas for my car, it lasts longer than other types of gas and it gives more power to the engine.

CARWASH IS A RIPOFF. 10 SECONDS WENT BY WHILE CAR IS STILL IN WASH CYCLE AND SHUTS OFF WITH 7 SECONDS. COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS MULTIPLE TIMES OVER THE YEARS AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED. BBB NEXT👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

Great convenient location and usually the best prices in town for premium fuel but if youre trying to get a quick car wash you better have 15-30 minutes to burn.

Terrible service. Stopped in for propane and the genius cashier informed me she couldnt sell propane while her co-worker was on lunch. I returned less than an hour later and again requested propane service. After looking at me like I just took a dump in the middle of the floor they stared at each other as if to mentally flip a coin...tails, I lost. The second genius announced they dont sell propane after 7:30 pm as the other stared quizzically on. I dont believe her. Skip this place. They would rather breathe through their mouths than take my money. There are four gas stations on this street and this one consistently has has the highest prices.

We just stopped here for gas. Its a normal had station. The gas price was a little cheaper at the Exxon down the road though.

The gentleman who works there with white hair is extremely rude. I won’t be coming back to this gas station

Horrible customer service

We come out to Marina to from Pacific Grove to get gas & a car wash but lately the receipts at the pump are always out of paper. We are old timers, we dont like going in every time to get a receipt. Plus the gentleman at the counter seems to be inclined to make a person wait. Frustrating.
