I bought a 2013 Ford Edge this week Cory was very nice as expected. Love the car so far but disappointed they could of detailed it better where the spare tire is needed vacuum out I pointed that out when looking at it.. Asked them to double check the brakes didnt seem right to me but dont think he did. He did say he put brakes all around going to check to make sure if not they will hear from me. Then you think buying a car I would of got a full tank of gas not even close way below a half. You would of thought they could of filled it. Did take off 200 but have to put that right back into it to get another key made with the buttons on it. Thats 190.00 so know deal at all and only found out I had one key after signing the papers.

Cory is going to tell you that whatever car you are interested in is being sold to or looked at by another customer...then sell it to who ever has the most money. They claim they inspect all their cars...I changed the air filter in my wife’s new flex bought from here...it was factory even though the vehicle had almost 100k on it.It’s a good thing we got an extended warranty through another company...a 4700$ repair less than a month after we bought the vehicle.Rear steering linkage broke while driving sending my 8 month pregnant wife uncontrollably into the opposing lane of traffic. Come to find out the part was under recall while still sitting on the lot. During the course of all this, of course, my wife called in several times for different issues like the sunroof being stuck open...the dealership actually blocked her phone calls or at the very least purposely ignored them.They put on a good customer service front but when it comes down to it they really don’t care about anything but the sell. After all the issues we brought to their attention they repeatedly told us their was nothing wrong with the vehicle. We took it to a Ford dealer and they were able to diagnose and fix it in less than a week, to the tune of almost 5G.They have nice stock and they did order us a part...but their are better places to take your business. It’s now time for myself to shop for a new vehicle and I’ll not be taking my business there.My reply:We were NEVER told that you don’t service your own vehicles. In fact when we bought it we told you one of the reasons we did so was to buy local and service local. Only after we had problems were we informed that you don’t service vehicles. And our problems started WEEKS after purchase, not 8 months. We paid for the one part you ordered us and you did replace the rear view camera free of charge...since we brought that to your attention before the sale. And unless you count poorly covering the stuck sunroof with plastic or charging us your cost for an already recalled part customer care I’ve no idea what you’re talking about. Let’s not forget the passenger door ajar light constantly being on, the missing key fob, or the water damage after the sunroof being stuck open the very first time we used it. We didn’t want anything free (of course you’d say that). We just wanted you to at least pretend like you cared and maybe inspect your vehicles like you tell your customers you do. But hey, it’s your story now...you tell it how you want.

Corey sold the car we wanted to someone else while we were waiting for their call back, the same day! They are only about the sale and not the customer. This was my daughters first experience trying to buy a car on her own. If you want your heart broken go here to buy a car. We even called and left a message a couple hours after we were there to see what he found out if they could come down at all in price. They never called back so we called again and they sold the car we wanted to someone else the very same day. TERRIBLE customer service! :(Your response to this review unfortunately proves the 1 star rating. I never even said what you quoted I said. We clearly left there stating we wanted confirmation you could go down to what you said you thought you could or if you could do any more and you said you’d see what you could do and call us back. We actually wondered why you couldn’t just check while we were there. You should have had the decency to do what you said you would do before selling it to the next customer. We dont know what it takes to hold it so we went off your word you’d actually call back. It’s a done deal now and unfortunately a lot of heartache caused to us which won’t be forgotten. I bought a 2010 Ford Flex and they were able to work within my budget. I had a tie rod break. They got the car towed back to the dealership and right away Monday morning they had the part in and replaced very quickly. I was able to get back to work with minimal delay. They really do try to give you the best quality vehicle. When I took the car into get an oil change I had seen that they replaced a lot of control and suspension parts. They really have earned your business.

They knew we were driving from out of town to look at a specific vehicle. When we arrived the vehicle had been freshly washed, which immediately raised a flag. Before the test drive i looked under the car for any signs of oil or leaks. Of course it was super clean...hmmmm...After the test drive we asked the dealer to give us a few mins in private. I immediately looked under the car and saw a lot of dripping. Stuck my hand on it and came back with a handful of oil. Very disappointing that they misrepresented the condition of this vehicle. We purchased a 2011 Outback and love it so far! Interior was professionally cleaned so it looked great. Another reason we purchased our Outback here was because of extensive service that was completed that none of the other dealers had completed, yes they were a little cheaper at other dealers but once you add in the service they were way more $$$! My advise is to do your homework and shop here and you will be happy!

Sold me a car with warped rotors, terrible break pads, a shotty engine that I’ve tried repairing twice to no avail. Constant engine lights coming on even after repairs and replacements. Upsold me on a $2000 extended warranty that doesn’t cover most of the issues, so a massive waste of money. Don’t feel safe at all driving my car I bought here. Total negligence. Will not shop here again. Buy a CERTIFIED vehicle elsewhere and thank me later.

I rarely give negative posts. We found a car my wife loved. We test drove it. All 4 cars we looked at leaked oil. We did like one. We went inside. His asking price is it nothing below. He wanted to tack on $95 for plates to be delivered to my house. I can walk those to the county to free and that was separate of tax and registration. He used the NADA for the price I said others are lower for the vehicle and he said this is the price. If you dont want to pay this I dont care about your money. Well in two days we are driving 2 hours to pick up the same car as long as it is in good shape.

We purchased an 07 Chevy Trail Blazer from Rudy Rodriguez. Rudy was very friendly and I couldnt ask for a better sales person. We never felt pressured. Rudy was knowledgeable about the vehicles. Nightmare! Dont buy from this clown.. Were from Wisconsin and drove 3.5 hours to buy a car that was told was in great shape. Got there w intentions to buy it. Had dents,chips. Rust. Seat controls fell off when I adjusted seat. Car was filthy dirty! Junk junk junk! Do not buy from this place! We found a nice car next day in great shape! May be it was a God sent!

Im a first time car buyer and was looking to get a reliable commuter car for school and work. They had a 2007 Chevy cobalt for a very fair price. I went to look at it and they were very helpful in letting me know what I needed to know about the car. I got to test drive it and took it to a mechanic who said it was in excellent condition. I decided to purchase it and the process was very quick and simple, even for a first time buyer like myself. The car is running perfectly and I have absolutely no complaints. Quality vehicles and no pressure sales staff. The truck I purchased came with a limited dealer warranty which was cheerfully honored when a couple things needed repaired. Repairs were made in a timely manner, and they even provided a loaner vehicle while making the repairs. I spoke with the mechanic afterwards and he explained in detail what was done.Im very happy with my purchase and would recommend Houdek to others.

I went up to look at a car with my boyfriend because we needed a 4 door car for our newborn child. We ended up looking at a car that we didnt intend on or go up to look at specifically but we ended up liking it. We felt bad for being there past closing but said we would come back the next weekend (this last weekend) to make a deal and trade his car in. He called the salesman we delt with the previous weekend to tell him we were on our way to see the vehicle. Thinking the salesman would get it ready for us to look at again and make a deal. When we got there he let another couple test drive it and gave them all his attention. Completely blew us off when we got there. We waited for the car to come back from the test drive and the salesman didnt give us the time of day. He talked with the people who just test drove it and took them inside to make a deal with them even though we came up with family to look at the car and possibly purchase it that day. We waited 15 to 20 min. and then just left, after we told him we were coming and said we were interested. Ended up going to another dealership to find the same car and they were even willing to hold it till Monday because we needed to get our trade in ready. Thought it was rude and unprofessional for the salesman to not only let someone else test drive the car knowing we were coming up to buy after being there the previous weekend but also ignored us after telling us it was on a test drive. Wont be looking at a car at this dealership AGAIN after that experience.
