Salesperson Karen is very poor at her job tells you one thing and is complete opposite.I visited store knowing which recliner I was interested in, she stated had 26 in stock, told her I would take she said didn’t have meant to say was in stock at the warehouse that I could pick up on Thursday told her I would call next day asked for her card said would email it to meNext day called the store she answered told her I never received card but wanted to order chair she said I could get curbside delivery for free an 12 months sac, (I have text messages to verify all this) was told corporate would send me a link so I could pay, no link sent fri sat or Sunday, called to speak with manager Zach Monday he was in training and called me back later in the day, said it was the weekend normally get within hours, very rude and dismissiveWhen I got the link I only got 6 month sac and had to pay $49 for curb side delivery. Messaged Karen and she said her mistake

My husband Rex and I had a wonderful experience shopping for a new bed, dishwasher and a couple other items. Our sales person Danielle, went above & beyond to help us purchase everything we were looking to buy. She even found us the adjustable base for our tempurpedic when there is a wait list due to the shortages in our Country. I will definitely recommend this store to our friends and family.

To many papers to sign for a $230 card sale. Had to pick up item at shipping dock and sign more papers and your employeeshad me show my drivers license and wright down my numbers and also license plate and model of car. You should change your policy on such a small purchase. Remember not everyone is a thief. PS l owned my own retail clothing store for 38 years and never needed that amount of information.

Visited the store to look at a new mattress and to get information on a platform bed. Met James. He was very knowledgeable and spent time explaining about the Purple mattress. I was not ready to buy the mattress yet. Came back the next day with my husband so he could take a look. We selected the appropriate one for us. James presented various options for us with regard to the platform, mattress cover, sheets and pillows etc.There was never any pressure to buy anything. It was a very comfortable setting. I hope to come back when I have more time and look at some other furniture. I have not received my delivery yet so I cant speak to the delivery experience or my opinion about the mattress. I would recommend James if you are shopping for a mattress.

On August 19th, we received a text message saying our recliner should he here shortly. We were told that we would receive our recliner by late August. This time frame has since come and gone. My husband called and was told there was no purchase order. But the lady he was speaking with said she would look into it and he would receive a call back. Of course, no call back. He called back and was told that another store had cancelled our order and taken the recliner. Now, the factory has shut down and we have been given and expected date of March 2022. My husband said that was in acceptable and wanted to know what they are going to do about this. The solution was to cancel the order, return the furniture that has been in our home for 2 months and get NONE of the money back that we have paid. Are you kidding me? This is the solution? None of this has been our fault and yet we are being punished. I will be getting to speak to a manager and then will speak to corporate. How dare this be a solution for a company mistake.

My experience was very positive. Nice salesman and very informative. The only thing u should consider is removing old appliances 4 free. 4 the amount I spent I think u should consider that. Otherwise I would good back 2 this store.

Purchased a mattress and I went to exchange it because it was to hard.( Super Sandy has a one time exchange for equal or greater price.). However, there are no mattresses available at the SAME price. When I first went to purchase a mattress the gentleman stated that all the mattresses come in 3 different firmness. (He is no longer employed at the store.). I found out that that information was wrong. The mattress I purchased comes in only 2 firmness and NOT in the firmness I need. So in order to exchange the mattress I have to spend an ADDITIONAL $400. So very disappointed.

We purchased a washer/dryer combo & shiatsu massage chair on Monday and anxiously are awaiting delivery this morning I told salesman our purpose was to establish credit for my daughter, but it was put in my name. Possibly for her lack of credit after divorce. But anyway, ask for Dave, an extremely personable gentleman, who gave us a great deal. I can think of nowhere else that has better prices. Thanks for the call Dave, to clear up my questions. Well be back soon...p.s.The delivery personnel, Chris & Josh, were professional, friendly, & courteous. They did their job expeditiously.

Jonathan was very helpful, and patient as we tried to make our decision. Once we made our decision we got everything done quickly and we’re out the door. We have several other things we need to purchase, and will be returning when we are ready to make those purchases.

We went in to purchase a bed, got all the details including prices. We decided to go home and discuss what we wanted.When I went back, the first salesman is no longer with us, is what I was told. No one currently there had a clue. I had to spend $1000. More than what I was quoted the first time, to get the same products. I was told “if you want any other brand on these items it will be a minimum of 2 months wait.” I do not recommend this chain, they advertise products they do not carry in stock, and they arrange their prices to suit themselves! No happy!!!!

The potential selection is great and the salespeople are friendly and knowledgeable. However, I went in looking for a dining room set and almost everything has a wait time til end of December or January!

Service was excellent! Someone came and greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. We told him what we wanted and found it within a minute or two. The dining room table we wanted had 2 fully cushioned chairs which is what we wanted. The other 4 just had cushioned seats. We asked if we could get all 6 fully cushioned chairs. He checked and said that we could. We answered some basic info, went up front to pay and were done in about 20 minutes from the time we walked in to the time we walked out. Well go again.

First time there and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We needed a dresser for our son and found exactly what we wanted. They even knock off a little $$for the floor model! I will definitely be back again. I would highly recommend them to anyone

Was a good experience over all... a few things to pay attention to. They have rotating sales ALL the time so dont be too quick to purchase something. Also sales people are paid based off of commission so expect a bit of high sales pressure but they overall werent too bad. Will I go there again? Yes I will.

Do not buy from this store. After buying and paying for the extended warranty we were told that they could not deliver for almost 3 weeks. Really?? My refrigerator had stopped working.. so we opt to pick it up in when it arrived at the store...but only one person to lift a refrigerator!! are you kidding? My husband is not medically supposed to lift over 50 # .. I called corporate and have not yet received any response. They take your money and offer nothing after that. I was so hoping to finally get a great service appliance store, But would not recomment this store to anyone. If this store wants to succeed they need to think about the consumers...

Went in to look for ancouch and love seat. Employees where hopefully and very nice. Got a really good deal on our order and love that they can deliver to where we live at. Compared to a competitor that we had went to. Plan on coming back

We had a great experience with Big Sandy Superstore in Marion, Ohio. The sales associates were pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and willing to help us find the right package for us and our home. We never felt pressured into anything, and ordered our appliance package easily with a pretty great delivery timeframe. Shout out to Danielle, who was fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and completely satisfied before she left for vacation!

If everything turns out the way it is supposed to it will be one of the best appliance shopping experiences I have ever had.UPDATE. We received everything exactly like it was promised.We HIGHLY recommend Big Sandy!!!David was great to work with. You do not see this level customer service anymore.We went to Lowes first, the guy told us that it could be a couple months to get our appliances and nobody else had a better inventory.We had our order in a week from Big Sandy.

Good selection. Most items need to be ordered and will take 4-12 weeks or more to be shipped. Bummer since I found a rocker recliner for my daughter that needs it asap! 🙁

Would rate zero stars but have to rate a star to leave a review. Had many issues with these people, including broken furniture when they actually did deliver the furniture I bought (scratched scuffed up wood) the first time they were supposed to deliver my furniture they broke my headboard and said they couldn’t deliver it that day. Then when they had a new headboard and delivered it the guys that brought the stuff in left dents in my door frame and scratched my freshly painted room, and damaged drywall and I was missing the hardware that was supposed to be sent out with said furniture. One of the bunkey boards were broke so we called to have it replaced. Today when the guys came out with the new bunkey board they flipped over my bed and broke my glass light fixture and smashed my nightstand against my wall causing more damage. And still no hardware. The customer service these guys give is horrendous and one of the managers wouldn’t even talk to us about these problems we are having. Please avoid buying any furniture from these guys and if you must DONT get it delivered.

Not very happy with the service at Big Sandy, Marion right now. I had some issues with the delivery team and addressed them with my salesman Evan. He offered to refund some of the delivery fees which I agreed to. About 3-4 weeks later I was contacted by another salesman from Big Sandy stating Evan was no longer with Big Sandy and that he had left a note that I was to call when I wanted them to come back to finish delivery. I advised this salesman that there was to a be refund issued and he apologized and said he would process the refund. It has been about 5 weeks now and still no refund. At 4 weeks I emailed the store asking about the refund and have not gotten a response to that email.

Walked in hoping to get a dryer. Was not met with a single hello until I was halfway through the store trying to find the appliances. Then the man just asked what I was looking for and said yeah theyre in the back corner. Get to the appliances and several employees standing around. I get to the back corner before I was even spoke to. The sales rep asked a few questions and told me they only had one in stock. After speaking i decided to keep looking then when leaving there were several employees just sitting on the couches and chairs playing on their phones not even trying to acknowledge me. Made all the way to the front door and not a single thank you for coming in or anything. It was a very poor experience and I definitely wont be going back.

My husband and I had a really good experience there we kinda of wanted to just look around and not be bothered and they let us do that then after awhile they’d check in with us! Mia was one of the amazing lady’s that helped us out between her and Bailey they where both amazing!! Loved working with these girls and the whole crew on Saturday honestly!

Love the staff and the overall merchandise...I just wish this pandemic hadnt made appliance availability so sparse on some things. We would have loved to get pedestals with our washer and dryer but they are backordered and we couldnt order them. Jonathan was trying to get us what we wanted but we had to make some sacrifices due to availability.

No wait at all for help. And very pleased with our purchase. Knew what I wanted. And she did not try to talk me into what I didn’t want or something more higher priced.The review I sent was prior to this last purchase of my new table and chairs. The statement I left before is still true. But I have been waiting for my chairs since FEBRUARY. I paid for it all to be delivered. I was sent a text message and told they had ONE of my seven chairs and I could come pick it up. I reminded that I was to have them delivered. So was told they will have them the middle of June. As of right now they have stopped answering my text. And I’m still on hold. In my opinion, having to wait ( as of now) 5 months for my chairs for a family table is unexceptionable. I did I also say I paid 100% in full, in cash, when I went in to buy in February?

Since I have problems walking around, I sent my handyman in to inquire to see if you carried a Lift Recliner. I was worried I wouldnt find one before I had food surgery. The store didnt look large enough to carry such a variety of items, but all the stores in Ohio share the same warehouse, So they only have show items on the floor. I think I counted 10 lift chairs. I checked out all that were small enough for me, and found one that would work well. The best I could do before was order a chair on line and it would take 4 months to build it, and deliver it. That wasnt acceptable, since I needed it within a week. Big Sandy said they could have it by then.
