My car had problem on its ABS system.I went to the local mechanic shop to get it fixed. He changed wheel bearings and Abs system. Still didn’t solve the problem. I went to Toyota dealer and they gave me $2500+ To fix my problem. When I googled Expert Auto Repair came up with good reviews so I decided to give shot so I went. They took me in without an appointment. But explained me what is the work order and price will look like. Once I confirmed repair they started to work on it. They also waived diagnostic feesThey took care of my car with in 3hours for reasonable price and my car is running great no noise no Abs lights on. Expert Auto RepairJunior provides the most outstanding customer service I have ever experienced with a mechanic and I am so glad I found this car repair shop. I drive a 180k miles 2007 Volvo which still runs great but I do not want to put so much money into such an old car and was looking for someone who is not just selling you something in order to make money. Junior, the owner of the shop went above and beyond with his service, explaining every detail of the necessary repair, showing me pictures, explaining on the qualities of gas to use in the future and being just super honest with what’s going on with my car and how to fix it without spending so much money. He fixed my brakes, even painted them and fixed my muffler without exchanging the entire thing and cleaned the glass of my head lights and left me with a wonderful running car. This guy has probably the best customer service you can get from a repair shop. He wants to make sure you have the best experience possible. He took a lot of time to explain and show me the work that was done and to discuss some other problems I was having with my car. I was quoted $540 at another shop. Here I was charged $300 and they went way beyond the call of duty by reconnecting some broken bits of my bumper and cleaning my headlights and tires.I am definitely going here for all my future maintenance. Glad I could find a good local mechanic. Ive had some bad luck in the past. Cool guy, great prices, and A+ service.

They took care my SUV seriously. My engine cap says SAE 0w-20, they changed with exactly the same type of oil, even they have alternatives. I will do my car caring here again.

Before I tell my story I highly recommend this repair shop. 10 of 10. I had my car at a nearby tire shop. They were not able to get one of the lug nuts off. I know tire place that cant get off a lug nut. I searched for nearby repair shops and Expert Auto Repair showed up. I explained the situation to them and then they put their manager Junior on the phone. He said no problem he would go look at it and let me know. He called back later and said he could not do it there and I would need to get it to his shop to fix it (had two flats). I had it towed there just before the close of the day. The next morning Junior called me and said he had it off, but since he had the car, he had the mechanics look it over. He sent me pictures of the oil and the rear brake pads and recommended I replace the pads and change the oil. I agreed, because he did me a favor by looking at it, I thought it would be good to give him the business for something I was going to have to do anyways. We never once discussed price. Remember I have never even been to this repair shop, so you can understand at this point I am concerned I have going to have this costly repair. I went over to pick up the car. Junior was working with 2 other customers and on the phone with another. He took the time to explain what he did and his team even cleaned the rims. Ok, time for the bomb. With the brake pad replacement, oil change and lug removal, I was expecting the worse, but I was wrong. The price was very reasonable. Great customer service!!!! I will be taking all my vehicles there from now on.

I have been coming to Expert Auto Repair for years. First under the first owner and now the 2nd owner. Junior (current owner) always takes care of me and my 2012 5 series BMW. I brought my car in for an oil change and a rear tire with a slow leak. He said that the car would be done by 4pm today and true to his word, the car was ready by 3:30. I like the special attention to detail. My tires were Armoralled and there was a new air-freshener on the rear-view mirror. He is always conscientious of what he is doing. I will continue to come to Expert Auto Repair.

I was recommended to come and see Junior ! he was completely honest and gave me a diagnostic right away, once he figured out the issue with my sons car, he took the initiative and was able to fix the day the same day. Honest quote and 3 hours later the repairs were fixed. Its hard to find honest mechanics now a days. If you need General repairs, please consider coming here! You wont be disappointed !

My lady and I had just purchased a 2007 BMW X5 4.8i from another place and like any used car there were issues, but Expert Auto was right on top of the problem. We were given a rental no charge to us while they worked on the car and kept us updated on the progress every step of the way. What we liked most of all was the communication between Expert Auto and us. Nothing was a surprise and he even helped us with the back brakes even though we asked for the front brakes with no charge to us. I brought my SUV here abut 2 weeks ago for replacing the thrust arms. They gave me clear pictures of what needs to be done and the anticipated time to do it while I wait. They get the job done On time. The owner of the establishment is very keen on pleasing his customers and is upfront on the scope of work needed and costs.I am here again today to get the tie rods replaced on my vehicle replaced. The mechanic inspected the vehicle and instructed me that replacement is not critical. They explained why the recommendations for replacement was given by the garage that did the wheel alignment. We discussed the issue and agreed to a limited replacement than what I had come in for. They are fair in their assessment and I feel they do not do un-necessary work. I will be back here for future work.

Where many other auto repair shops would just offer to replace a broken or malfunctioning part at a high cost, Expert Auto managed to fix the issue without needing to replace anything. This might be the first review I have took the time to write but it was well deserved. I had a bad Oxygen sensor and I tried to fix it myself but I really needed to get the car under a lift. I was referred to Junior at Expert Auto and this was by far the best interaction I have had with a mechanic. If anyone knows about getting an oxygen sensor fixed then they would know most mechanics will suggest replacing all 4 oxygen sensors or the Catalytic converter which can be very expensive. I knew only B2S2 needed to be replaced and not only did Junior fix it the next day but it was done earlier than estimated and the cost was on the lower side of the range he provided. I honestly cant remember a time a mechanic gave me a range for a repair and it ALWAYS ended up at the top of the range, maybe a couple dollars less. This was a job well done and I recommend Expert Auto Repair to anyone who is nervous they will be over charged or the mechanic will look for additional repairs to get more business. Thank you for everything Junior! I will certainly be returning for the next repair I cant do myself.

Just bought a car from American Eagle Auto Sales (Great Place) and there were a couple of things that needed fixing before getting it inspected. I live over an hour and a half away and needed to make an appointment and wait while it was fixed. The manager and staff were all respectful, friendly and efficient (Irfan and Jr. were especially gracious and professional). Repairs were done promptly. After the work was done I brought it to an inspection station and got a pass on everything. This place was a blessing to me.

I had a flat tire that town fair refused to work on due to the stripped lug nuts. I had no where else to go as I live a few towns over and I was driving on a spare with two very loose lug nuts. I managed to get over to Expert Auto Repair and they ended up fixing the issue and swapping all four tires in my car in about an hour and a half without an appointment for a very reasonable price. The owner was very friendly and courteous. I would definitely go here again.

I own a BMW 5 series that needed new breaks. Owning a BMW can be quite pricey to maintain. I decided to take my car to Expert Auto Repair quite frankly because of the nice reviews that Ive seen for this company. Not to mention that they are right across the street from where I live! Which for me, was very convenient.I met Lincoln there and he did a once over of my car even putting it up on a lift to inspect the brakes. He also discovered that the car needed new rear tires and a rear-wheel alignment.We discussed priced- which was as expected- very pricey. I realize it wasnt his fault as his rates are quite reasonable its just that owning a BMW can be expensive.He offered to throw in a free oil change too. We agreed on a time to do the repair (which was the next day). The turn around was very quick. Less than a few hours.I will definitely be bringing my car back here again should the need arise. I highly recommend Lincoln and Expert Auto Repair.

Lincoln was quick and thorough with his diagnostic and made all repairs in one day. The price quoted was much better than my previous auto body shop who would have charged many more hours of labor. In addition, fluids were “topped off,” air in the tires was filled to appropriate levels and the entire engine was cleaned in a complimentary fashion. Hes been my mechanic for at least 4 years.Hes great : friendly, good service, good prices. Easily, the best mechanic Ive ever had. Hes a bit hard to understand (for me), over the phone. But, outside of that one thing, this guy is fantastic!

On the way out of town after visiting relatives, our car started shaking. These guys saved the day! Quickly and competently. Sure, it wasnt free. But it was reasonable. I dont live in or near Marlboro, but if I did Id go back any time.

Worse service possible, called in & was told they can fix my car and their labor charge would be $70 an hour. First work wasnt done properly & instead of charging $70, I was billed $90 an hour, when I discussed about it the person on phone said he never said $70 an hour. Never going again & dont recommended at all.

If I could give this place NO stars I would, I was there SOMETIME ago, spoke with the owner Lincoln Rabelo, told him the Ideas Of what I wanted to do to my vehicle, he sounded very trustworthy and professional but end up being very disappointed, I spend money towing my car there, told him that I wasnt ina rush and that money wasnt an issue, time went by a month later he calls me very disrespectful, telling me to move my car away from his crappy shop because it was taking space, I was in vacation so I had to make arrangements for someone to towe my vehicle away from there, in top of that, all the snow they had plowed on their lot was all over my vehicle.If you need some work done, go to a real certified shop, not this parts changing individuals who dont have the right experienced.

You could not ask for a better mechanic than Lincoln Rebelo and his shop at Expert Auto Repair and Electronics. I have just taken my car for another repair after a local Cadillac dealership while working on my Saab under a recall screwed up my air-conditioning and then wanted to charge me for a diagnosis and repair. Lincoln has taken care of this plus a problem with my convertible top (unrelated) for less than the cost of the diagnosis the dealership wanted to charge me. Res Ipsa Locquitor as they say in the legal community, the thing speaks for itself. In 9 years and many repairs Lincoln Rebelo and his crew have stood be hind, guaranteed and warranted their work not just for 30 day but usually for at least a year!I am closing in on 70 and I can tell for a certainty that Lincoln Rebelo and his shop have ushered back in an age of responsibility, care, and pride of work that has been missing and which I havent seen since childhood! His costs are more than fair and reasonable and if times are tough he will work with you! I have NEVER seen a person in need of a good mechanic where I have hesitated for a moment to recommended Lincoln Rebelo and Expert Auto Repair and Electronics!
