Today I went here to switch over my phone line from Verizon and I am extremely unsatisfied with the female manager who was working today. She had decided to completely reset my phone without telling me (I would of told her no and not switched over to ATT knowing this prior) and never asked if I knew my apple ID prior to resetting my phone, which I would of had access to if she would of told me what she was about to do. I called Apple to get some sort of help and told me that resetting my phone was completely incorrect and it could of been done another way. Now I am paying for a phone line that the apple worker told me I could potentially not have access to for weeks. So, if you want things worse than what you came in with, I advise you go somewhere else.

Store manager Damon is awesome. I went in today with an issue of some urgency regarding calls made in May of 2020. He walked me through what I needed to do and was very patient with this not so tech savvy customer. Thanks Damon!

They can handle most things. We had a phone which would not work next year due to 3g towers gone. ATT sent a free phone. Not at all a brand i recognized and smaller. We took sim card out of new phone and put it in existing phone. They couldnt get his phone to work. I contacted ATT support and they were finally able after 1/2 hour to get his original phone working with new sim card. When all else fails, contact ATT support on your phone. Lots of people waiting at door to help.

Excellent service as we were in a crisis situation and ATT really came through. They got us a phone at a discounted rate and helped us transfer everything over. Further more ATT has amazing service in the UP. Id recommend them if you live in the U.P. Everyone who has cell phones love ATT up here and this store is first class!

Dont trade in your phone thats paid for they dont give you the s21 for free like they say. You have to keep their service no matter what until youre plan is up or pay full price for the new phone. The price for your plan coast more than the phone so you get nothing for free. Keep your old phone and sell it!

I LOVE dealing with real humans when I need help or information. The technician that assisted me was very knowledgeable AND helpful. He solved the problem that brought me in and directed me to making some beneficial changes to my account. This is what keeps me coming back as your customer. I rate this a 10+ service, this person, Mike (working at you AT&T store in Marquette Mi), is excellent, reward him!!

Be careful!!!!!I went there several months ago to get a lower plan. They instructed me to go to the website. I did and was all set for a couple of months. I then returned to buy a new phone, in doing so I somehow was deceived and ended up with a plan that costs me double. When I have tried to fix this, I was basically told I must have agreed to it and am stuck with it!!! Now checking on switching companies after being with ATT /Alltell 20 years. Im so angry!!!!!!!!

The gentleman was very professional and nice but the gal was plain rude. My girlfriends phone literally died wouldnt turn on had absolutely nothing. Unable to use her phone period so we had went into the Marquette store to purchase another phone or get one thru them seeing as she had brought her phone with her almost two years ago from Verizon, the guy came and told us that she didnt pass their credit check. I asked if I could get her phone out right for her and the gal laughed at us and said that the only way we could do that was to go on line and buy one and then wait for it in the mail. After all was said and done the gal started to get really rude and snooty, at that point with not be able to get a phone as we were going out the door the gal in a very unprofessional and snooty manner said BYE!! Well needless to say we went up the road and changed her over to VERIZON and their customer service was bar none they even stayed till ten to ten to complete the sale. We will never go back to AT&T again our lesson was learned that they just dont care about their customers

I spent 3 and a half hours in AT&T today (I had to make two trips because they made switching service providers incredibly difficult) after having stopped in twice before. Im incredibly disappointed in the service and help I received. The person who helped me and my family was incredibly unprofessional - he was rude, got easily distracted talking to his co-workers, was unclear about rates and $$, said one thing one minute and went back on it the next, answered a personal phone call while helping us [albeit after-hours - but because HE dragged out the whole experience], and tried to send me home with half the job done. Also, they either need to get better equipment or a better server - they restarted my application quite a few times and were unable to proceed all the way through whatever they filled out. Also, I was never informed what had happened when they were saying uh-oh behind the counter - I always had to ask about what was going on.Again, I cannot stress this enough - this was the absolute worst customer service of my life.I would not be switching to AT&T after this experience if I didnt think it was my best option, but if things continue like this I will rethink service providers.

Poor service. You go in there and there is always 1 person working and of course he cant say I will be with you in a second. Nope. If you like to wait for an hour or longer for service then have fun waiting and going there. Glad I switched from that place. They need more workers to help as people cant stand and wait for hours until hes done helping people with there phones.

Shady Business Practices: My son upgraded a phone on our account in this location. He was forced to add insurance, its a requirement. It took me 20 minutes on the phone to undo this fraud. Buyer beware!

Worked here. The local staff is great. Reps in the store are treated terribly. Management is atrocious and the district manager bullies and attempts to intimidate employees, but really just drives them out of the store, and calls that managing and motivating.Be nice to the staff in the store, whoever is there that day, as they have to tolerate a lot at this job, and they arent the ones that mess things up.

I always feel so bad for the wonderful employees. each time I come in they are getting screamed at. Much love to all the great sales associates. The most recent was on 2/21/17 some crazy man was yelling at some poor kid. I offered to buy them lunch but they declined respectfully. Keep up the good work!

When I went it the MQT branch they were not helpful at all and did not seem like they wanted to sell service or phones. They told us some random numbers then acted like we were dumb when we questioned. Come to find out the numbers were not correct at all and we got an even better deal through verizon.

The gentleman who waited on us was à Veteran. He and the manager verified the terms and conditions required in order for my mother to receive the 25% Veteŕan(under surviving spouse)and/or active duty miĺitary discount available with unlimited àccounts. Glad to be back with AT & T and to shed myself of straight talk and or Trac phone!Note: PRIMARY Account holder must be qualifying service member or veteran using auto pay plus paperless billing - additionàl family members lines are permitted 25% discount TOO!

I called to have my cell phone disconnected. Told Bob my problem with their 661 service. The operators need to learn how to speak better ENGLISH. I spent 1/2 hour with 2 different people and never did the phone disconnected. Besides, BOB hung up on me, because he did NOT like my comment. Sorry BOB, but you and your service SUCK. When they noticed I was going over my data plan of 2gb they told me they would switch me to a 6gb plan for the same price. I gave them all the information and they told me it was taken care of. A few months later I find out they never changed it at all and Ive been racking up my bills this whole time.

If there was no star option I would select that. Very rude over the phone. I will be switching our business account back to verizon. I simply called to see if they had the new Samsung Note 8 and he said that he couldnt tell me over the phone and that I had to come in. Me being baffled by this said are you serious? He replied yeah sorry dude and hung up. Very rude. Why would I drive 30mins for the phne not to be there. I was in there last week and there didnt have it.

We switched our cell phone from post paid to pre paid. We paid $145 for 3 phones. Come to find out you cant use wifi calling with pre paid. (Which I need due to poor signal at my home). We werent told about any of the features you lose with pre paid accounts. We went back to the store and the employees told us to purchase a micro cell for $150. They did not have one in stock until the next day. Im glad I had time to do research since a micro cell cannot be used with pre paid either. We switched our account back to post paid. We were told at midnight that night our account would be credited since we had pre paid for 4 days. This did not happen. We spent hours on the phone with customer service and in store trying to get some sort of compensation. At&t did absolutely nothing for us. We are out $145 and Ive been an At&t customer since the bag phone days. Store employees are not knowledgeable about plans nor products.

We went in Friday night my phone was shattered. I knew I needed a new one but was not looking forward to going in. The store has not been the best as far as customer service for us in the past. Our sales rep was Damon R, he was wonderful. We got all our issues fixed. I am loving my new phone.
