If you have searched long and hard for a mobile device carrier in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, Verizon is what you are looking for. Conveniently located on US-41 their staff can answer all of your questions, replace or repair your gadgets, supply you with your accessory needs and keep you and your family up to date on a worldwide network. Dylan is especially helpful. He has a great personality, has extensive knowledge about products, and patience for those that are less tech savvy. Sometimes there is a line, but its worth the wait (or a trip back) because these folks have it dialed in.

ALEX WHO WAS OUR Sales representative did an outstanding job he was very understanding as far as what we needed made very practical suggestions as far as plans also I wanted certain phone and he was very honest about the changes they made to rectify the issues that I knew of and assisted me to make an informed purchase. When we arrived it was quite busy and he made me feel like I was the first and only customer. I cant say enough about Alex thank you so much Ill be back for all my wireless needs.

Dreading & procrastinating going to the Verizon store to return a new phone, I was very pleased with the entire interaction.  First, it was 7pm at night so being so near closing time I wasnt sure what attitude the representative would have.  From the first sentence, Layne was pleasant & was focused on how to move forward to get what I wanted.Exchanging the S21 Plus for the S21 Ultra was basically seamless.  He knew the administrative process, was familiar with the phone I choose & added just enough personal  commentary so this did not feel like robotic transaction.Normally working out of the Munising office he was filling in for staff support in Marquette - not once did I feel the value & quality of service was hindered with him being in a different location.  The store doors were locked at 8pm & we finished up at 10 minutes after the hour. Again, not once did he try to rush the exchange but remained efficient & pleasant.  I believe this is important because not only did he sell a product - he sold an experience.  One of which was well received and will be shared with others.

I had a very excellent service rep named Dylan who was very personable and knowledgeable. He was able to take of three separate issues in a professional and timely manner. Verizon said they would give me a five dollar coupon to leave feedback but I was going to before I knew that. Im not one to give idle compliments but I fealt this young man deserved credit.

Randi did an outstanding job of helping us work through two phone upgrades. She was professional in all aspects. With a brief, cordial phone conversation, she set up an appointment for us to visit the retail outlet, She had listened carefully and anticipated our needs, including appropriate accessories. She carefully explained our options, gave us the reasons for her recommendations, and let us make informed decisions. She also handled the transfer of content expertly and quickly. She did this so well that we avoided a ny sense of pressure or salestalk. Throughout this she was friendly and courteous. Randi is an outstanding customer oriented professional.

Eli met us with a smile and was helpful and friendly. He very quickly assessed our problem and had us on our way in no time.

Shelly & Eli both provided excellent customer service during my last few visits to team wireless in Marquette. Although they were very busy they greeted everyone as well as managed everything in a professional & timely manner. They made the transition to a new phone very enjoyable and took the confusion out of the process. They are both perfect for their positions at this location.

I went in to upgrade my phone today and Nicholas was the most helpful!! He helped explain all my options and different pricing so I knew exactly what I was getting. Super friendly and super awesome. 110% recommend him if you need help with anything! Also Josh helped answer a few questions about a broken screen we had that needed fixing. He was amazing too!

She had to do 5 Phones! 2 phones were keeping the same number and switching from straight talk and we were trading in our two old phones as well as my sons phone inactivated. On top of that we had to do data transfer to all but one of the 5 and our 2 kids have shared iCloud accounts. And we could not have asked for it to go better. She did an excellent job from start to finish and she very educated and informed on everything. Best service I’ve ever had from any business. You should promote this girl!

Hard to imagine a worse customer experience. Feels like youve stepped into someones basement uninvited. 45 minutes and no employee acknowledged we were there. Slow moving associates looking like they were going to nap on the comfortable furniture. Appears to be designed to push people to online shopping.

We were taken care of so quickly and so well by Randi, we not only got new phones, we felt we gained a new advocate and friend! She was very knowledgeable, honest, efficient, and fun. It couldnt have been a better experience!

I had to wait over an hour today as they were super busy and obviously understaffed. However, once I was able to sit down with Dylan it was an extremely pleasant experience upgrading two new iPhones!

The Verizon store in ashwabenon was seamless and efficient and customer driven. You walk in and they take your information and they seek you out when its your turn. The woman was very informative, as we had upgraded my partners phone in orlando and we were working on upgrading mine closer to home she advised I just stop in to the store in marquettr and it would be super easy. The marquette michigan store was absolutely no help and basically said to call Verizon customer service to see if we both were eligible for the same promotion otherwise we would have to travel back out of state, return his phone and re purchase a phone through the for us to get it. So then I went to the store In person. I waited well over 45 minutes and finally walked out because no one even greeted me or had anyway of knowing who was up next. Just hollering out next!. Leaving it up to a free for all for the customer to be responsible for knowing who is up next, which no one has any clue.I decided i would try phone call tonverizon ordering my phone through the mail. I get my phone and I call the marqutte store again. They tell me that they will take my name down and number and have someone call me right back. No call back. I have been a Verizon customer for just shy of 20 years. If it wasnt for the customer service on the phone who handled everything beautifully I would have changed providers in that instant and I still may.

Best experience ever from the Marquette, Mi Verizon store team of the sales rep Dylan and Josh the repair man. We are from out of town and desperately needed phone numbers from our broken phone for a medical emergency. This team worked together to help us recover our information and purchase a new phone in a very professional and efficient manner. Shelley is probably the best Verizon customer service rep there is!!! I had problems paying my bill and getting my phone turned back on and she handled it so fast. She even went out of her own way trying to help me find ways to save money, giving me tips on what to keep and what to do, promos etc. she deserves a raise that’s for sure!!!!!!!

Waited in line for over an hour to have my screen protector replaced for the third time in a month. The manager was a jerk and didnt listen to any of my complaints. I bought my phone less than a month ago and have cracked two screen protectors and never had this happen before. I am not hard on my phones at all. He was very condescending and basically didnt care that I was dissatisfied.

The consultant that helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was also well-dressed and the tractor. I ended up buying more than I knew that I needed and will go back soon to be serviced by him more.

Literally my worst experience at a Verizon store to date. Skip this store and go to the Munising one if you can, the service is faster, and they are more attentive. I waited to see a customer associate for an hour, and during the time at least 10 people walked in saw the wait and walked out. It was ridiculous, I understand its clear they need more staff. No one greeted us, nor were we able to sign in. The only person who said anything, was who I can only assume was a manager who after half an hour of waiting came out and said well get to you when you can. It did not seem that most employees working on the floor were working quickly, and not one of them was multitasking to even acknowledge other customers, and the person who Im assuming was the manager just sat in his office the entire time except to grab a change drawer to count and later return. When we finally were helped, we were told the phone I wanted was at the Munising store. So we headed there, only to find they had none in stock and both stores had every color of the larger model. Very frustrating and a truly a terrible experience. Skip is possible!
