I need to talk to a human voice at my local store abot my phone. Because I am a Cricket customer my phone wont allow me. Was always happy with cricket, now I might be going back to a different company where im not FORCED to talk to a machine.

Excellent service and plan. Although I despise the LG stylus 6 I recently bought there, the techs there advanced my skills to where I can use it. When a phone disappears the dial display in the middle of simple bank app transactions, that sucks. Ill have to go back so they can further educate this elderly warrior.

Just tried calling there. First time someone picked up, hot a few buttons then hung up. Called 2 more times and they didnt even answer. Bad customer service

The Best thing you can do is to switch to Cricket. Friendly Staff, Great place to get cell phone service and a Great Price with the bundle lines. I love to be able to have internet taking the back way to Escanaba. No more high prices with Verizon & AT&T. And dont bother the prepaid Trac Phones they suck.
