My recent experience was excellent. I had a young man, optician help me with car problem. He was so nice and helpful. Eye exam was also thorough and excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been a repeat customer for several years because the level of service is absolutely the best. Even when things are crazy busy, the staff take their time, and make sure everything is perfect for you. If there was a 6-star rating, they would have earned it.

Great selection of frames at a variety of prices. Unfortunately I wasnt aware that my insurance would be billed as out of network until I was at my appointment, even though I received a flyer in the mail saying they accepted VSP. $700 later I have new progressives and contacts. Oh well, at least I can see again. Staff was great.

I have to say I am extremely impressed with not only the doctors but the entire staff. The doctor who gave me the eye exam was very thorough. When I got my glasses I was absolutely impressed with the quality and the exactness of my prescription. I took the glasses in when I received them, for adjustment. Quinn did an amazing job adjusting my glasses. He gave me some thicker nose pads and wow! These are the best glasses Ive gotten in Marquette. The prices are competitive but the value of the product is amazing! I highly recommend them! Their professionalism and knowledge is exceptional!!

I was treated poorly and had the wrong prescription entered into my file. I ordered my script refill on my contacts and they were wrong. It took days to figure out and then I was treated like it was my fault.I will never go back and it’s sad. I have been coming here for 24 years.

I think Shopko vision center is amazing! I was able to purchase my glasses for less then half of what I would have paid for the very same thing, including extras! I say KUDOS to their staff and will plan on returning and telling everyone to go there!

Shopko Optical Center is fantastic! They are all very nice, and optometrist Sandy is excellent. The four prescriptions and the care I received were great, and the cost was low.
