Easily the most rude and least knowledgeable employees I’ve ever met. They were super rude and entirely unwilling to help find anything. The girl was sitting at the counter mouthing and playing on her phone and the other employee didn’t say much but also was unwilling to help. Won’t be going back ever.

This Auto Zone in Marshall TX was so helpful. The employee actually came outside and helped to install new windshield wipers on 2 cars...while it was raining! (Cant remember his name...maybe Anthony) We didnt even ask for help...he just appeared! Auto Zone will always have my familys business with service like this. 5 stars!!

Forgot to put my oil cap back on in Houston TX and discovered it in Marshall TX on our way to Arkansas about 8:30 pm Friday night....they didnt have the cap for my car, but worked with us to jerry-rig a gasket in the opening and got us back on the road. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This could have been a disaster but they saved the day!

AutoZone usually has what you need for the DIY, shade tree mechanic. I usually shop on the website, add items to my cart and them print it and bring it in the store in case I have any questions on correct fit.

This place is a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I will NEVER go back to this place. The service absolutely sucks!It seems, ever time I went in there a sales rep would NOT know enough to help me solve my vehicle issues and would wind up costing me more in damages than I already had before I pulled into the parking lot.The last time I was in there, I had a MAJOR issue with one of the young reps. While having this issue, with plenty of witnesses, there were 5 other men in the store trying to change one (1) lightbulb in the exit sign above the front door. Most of them looked and were dressed like managers. Yet, no one in that store helped me in this situation. Even the manager of the store. OReilly saved my day and fixed everything I needed help with and did it without hesitation and did it within a tiny fraction of the time it took AUTOZONE to screw ever thing up.

The customer service sucks. When I asked to speak with someone who could answer my question the guy got smart and hung up the phone. When I called back to speak with someone else he answered and hung up again. The third try with another employee wasnt the best.

No help! I did get some help from a young man who came out and told me how to read my Odometer. He said it would be on bhai ot if something was wrong. He showed me the different reading for what I was concerned about like my oil and other things so it helped me very much. Have new Nissan so being a widow it really helped.
