My family and I were traveling from dallas to Florida and ended up with car trouble In an area we had never been to and everything looked closed. We were lucky enough to be able to drive the car from the side of the dark road to a nearby gas station in Marshall tx. It’s was past 1am on a weekend before the holidays so everything seemed to be closed until Monday. I am not going to lie, we were in a panic. Three kids in the car in a unfamiliar area and no car trying to get home for the holidays..I googled anything I can think of to find some assistance and found the one 24 hour tow company action tow in Marshall, TX. We spoke to Bubba and after we explained our situation he sent over a tow truck who helped us get to a hotel while he hauled the truck to his shop which happened to be close to the gas station we were at. We got to his location at 9am and were greeted by jerry who was the person who picked us up in the tow truck. He let us in to a room where they had a tv so the kids can watch cartoons as the mechanic checked our car out. It turns out our repairs were more than we anticipated so the panic of not getting to our family in Florida for the holidays and the expenses set in. We didn’t know what to do to get home and just needed to figure out what to do. Bubba was patient and understanding and helped us out tremendously. Jerry was kind and even bought my kids snacks while I was stressing over the vehicle and getting home. The hospitality they showed us was beyond anything we have experienced. They didn’t have to help us but they did. This just goes to show that there are still people out there who are willing to extend a hand. If you ever need help with your vehicle in Marshall, tx this is where you need to go. They explained everything that the car needed and were honest about what it would take to repair. They extended their shop to a family of 5 for the day and helped us out tremendously until we got everything figured out.
