We were very pleased with our bill and appreciative of our service. Despite being booked solid, they still managed to squeeze our handicap accessible van in for badly needed AC repair (I need to use a power wheelchair, so we could ill afford being stranded on the side of the road.). Mark and his staff do a great job. He works to get you the best price he can and just doesn’t charge random service charges that I feel other shops do. I recently had my car in for tires, full brakes and an oil change. There were hiccups along the way with the car because of my upkeep, but he stuck to the quote as close as he could and even gave me the best rate on his labor even though I know it might have taken longer.One thing I like is that when a big thing does pop up with a price tag, he wants to show you on the car or shows you the faulty part so you actually can see there is a problem that needs fixed rather than just taking their “word” for it like I’ve experienced at other place.A+ Plus is a trust-worthy shop that I have sent my wife and my mother to because I know it will be done right.

I had an appointment for my mom’s car at 8:00am. When I arrive and speak with them, they say oh you can drop it off for 3-4 hours because nothing will be ready before then. I said that is not what we discussed on the phone the day prior so I would like to set up an appointment where I can bring it in and get it immediately worked on. Not only did they deny setting up an appointment, they also told me to take my business elsewhere. These old men were not professional, out of line, and definitely lost our business. They need some customer service classes to better fulfill their position. Also, the owners response is not accurate as to how they responded to the situation. I asked to set an appointment for a different day to better fit my schedule and that’s when he refused service all together. I was direct with him and they weren’t nice at all.

Highly recommend. My daughter is at UTM and has had tire trouble twice and theyve gotten her in quickly and taken care of her problem. We arent local so its nice to know there is a shop close by for to call that is friendly and great to work with.

Really loved getting my car fixed here. Walking In you feel at home and comfortable. Is more than willing to help and explain what is wrong with the vehicle. The owner is really nice and can tell he loves what he does. Took really good care of my car and went above and beyond my expectations. I spend a lot of time on the road in a Jeep Grand Cherokee that is old enough to vote. One night, a policeman pulled me over to tell me I had no brake lights, after getting my brakes worked in at another repair place back where I used to live. The professionals at A+ Auto Repair took me through exactly what was going on with my Jeep so that I had all the information to decide if I wanted the repair, and precisely what it would cost. He did a fantastic job, explaining that he wants lifelong customer relationships.This company is fantastic! I have told everyone I know about how kind, courteous, and professional they are. I drove away feeling completely safe, knowing they had checked over my vehicle while they took care of the main issue. I would (and do) recommend them to anyone.

This is the only place Ill bring a vehicle to be worked on in the West TN area. I brought in my truck and he had it for about week trying to figure out what was wrong with it. Turns out the codes needed to be reset and that fixed it. He did not charge me a dime. He has also worked on my sons truck and it has worked fine ever since. I trust him to be honest and fair. Thats a rarity these days.

First off, for any review that doesnt tell you why they rated it what they did, dont trust it. Ever. Secondly, this is easily one of the best auto repair shops within 100 miles of Martin. They know their stuff, and make problems easy to understand for even someone who knows nothing about cars. They dont charge a penny until they find the problem, and theyre straightforward on what that problem is, no gimmicks. They truly care about customer service, not trying to gouge you for every dollar you have. If its expensive to fix, theyll tell you. If youre like me, I walked out with only $6 less in my pocket when I expected $100. Ill never go anywhere else.

My daughter recently moved to Martin and needed a thermostat put in her car. Our mechanic in Erie, PA told her to go to A+ Auto Repair and they did exactly what was needed for a reasonable cost. Its nice to know there are knowledgeable and reputable mechanics who dont try to take advantage of someone from out of town.
