This dealership is the worst at doing as they promise. The first time was with a brand new terrain. They promised to pay the first month payment. They didnt!!! And the salesman said, Well, its too late to bring it back. The second time we tried with a different sales person, who promised wed get our second key fob with our used jeep soon. Its been 3 months and one day later and several emails and phone calls later and we just now got the second fob. Their customer service is terrible in all the departments.

I bought a vehicle from their sister location in Union City. My keyless entry did not work with the factory code. In order for them to help me figure out some of the technological features in the vehicle (including keyless entry and sync features) they want to charge me $45 to explain the technology features. Like seriously they are trying to charge me $45 on top of the tens and thousands of dollars Ive already spent to purchase the vehicle to instruct me on how things work. I do not recommend this dealership. All theyre about is $$$...the customer service sucks!!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. My brother ordered a truck on a fleet program. He tried to lock in price and put down payment on truck when it was ordered. Dealership said dont worry about it, we will take care of paperwork when the truck come in. They never would return his calls when he tried to check in on status of his truck. Finally found out Ram is no longer honoring fleet deals but if he had locked in everything at the time he ordered truck they would have had to honor it.Now to my story. I was able to buy a 2021 Chevy LTZ at another dealership for the same money that they wanted for a freaking work truck edition.

I highly recommend visiting Taylor Automotive. I worked with Preston McClain and he was AWESOME! Very friendly, informative, and patient. My mother ultimately preferred a vehicle at a different dealership so we did not buy, but I would definitely come here again due to the great service and great pricing.

I stopped and looked at a jeep. They knew I was coming home to get my car and talk about a trade. They had already gave me a price on their jeep. The sales department sold the jeep I was looking at befor I got back. I told them when I would get back.The sale person stopped me before I got to the door.. That is right they sold it out from under me. The word of sales department means nothing in my opinion. Then he texted me saying he tried to call me. I guess to was my fault having a gentleman agreement.

BUYER beware! If you give them a deposit on a vehicle, they won’t tell you but the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE!! As a struggling mom and business owner during these challenging times, they sold a truck I put a deposit on and refused to refund my deposit. WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!!!!

Our experience with Taylor Automotive was exceptional. If you need your car serviced they are the only ones I would consider in all of NW Tennessee. Kevin & Bud are great guys and took care of us; even giving us a loaner car while ours was being repaired!~ I look forward to going back and buying a truck from them....

Taylor automotive sold me a vehicle and within 3 days of having it I became aware of a computer problem that would come and go they deny any knowledge of this issue prior to our buying the vehicle and suggested it may be an issue with the battery after I replaced the battery the issue still persist. They refuse to even discount repair of the vehicle they sold me. I do not believe they were unaware of this issue and I would not ever recommend anyone to do business with them they do not stand behind their vehicles and will do nothing to make this right.

This has got to be the worst dealership I have ever seen. The morons dont know how to do a tire alignment correctly. Put my family in danger. Got them to do a tire alignment on a brand new Ram 1500 because it needed a repair back in April of this year 6 months later my tires are bald with metal hanging out the tires with only 13000 miles on the truck. Went back to the dealership and asked to see proof of the alignment, they would not provide any and said alignments dont last forever. I told them I know alignments dont last forever, was not getting anywhere with them. Took it to a reputable tire and alignment shop and they told me that the alignment was so bad that they told me this wasnt from hitting a pot hole or even running over something. My drivers side tire was at -0.40 and My passenger side tire was -0.50 way beyond what is normal out of alignment. Both my front tires were bald four inches across on the inside were my wife and I could not see it, that is why we didnt call them out sooner. The only reason it was discovered was because a member at our church saw it because our tires were turned out instead of straight. This place has really went down hill. If you are reading this look else where to get your vehicle worked on. If I could give a zero on this review I would.

Well, my experience with Taylor Automotive started off as a pretty positive one. After searching online out in Colorado I found the vehicle I was looking for at a reasonable price. I flew to Tennessee and purchase the vehicle and drove it back to Colorado. Once I received my title from Taylor Automotive it took me about a week to get around 2 trying to get registration processed and I come to find out that Colorado will not accept the title the way it was presented to me. Okay, I accept that some states have different rules. So I send back the title with a letter explaining what needs to happen and for some reason, it didnt get sent back to me in a timely fashion.There was 6 days till my title expired when they got it. I try to get in touch with the salesman that sold me the vehicle and I come to find out he no longer works there and was given to another associate. I explained the situation and he said for some reason there was a mess up in mailing and my address wasnt correct so they were mailing it out again. I explained it was a time-sensitive matter as my temporary tag is expiring. Now, today I sit at the post office with expired tags on a Friday with a holiday coming up on Monday so no DMV and Ive just found out that they sent my title 2-day priority. Well, good thing they saved a few bucks on mailing but bad for me. My Title is sitting in Denver, and wont get here till tomorrow. Saturday. No DMV, Monday is a holiday and Im without registration.Thanks Taylor Automotive.

He said he had a carpet man that he would talk to about it but, He never bothered make contact with me in any form.

We highly recommend this family owned business!! We were looking for a new car and I searched online and contacted this dealership to inquire that the Tahoe was indeed still available. I received a phone call within minutes from Shannon. He was such a pleasure to deal with on the phone that we decided we would drive to Martin, TN from Cape Girardeau, MO. We are so glad we did. We drove down on a very cold day - when we arrived the new Tahoe was at the front door running and warm waiting for our test drive. I dont like shopping for cars but this experience was as pleasant as it could possibly have been. Everyone that we came into contact with could not have been more professional or friendly. It was obvious that they appreciated our business. We decided that day that the next time we need a new car we will just drive back to Taylor in Martin, TN. Give them the opportunity to earn your business before you buy and I think you too will return to Taylor in Martin, TN.

I am extremely disappointed with the service here given that this is supposed to be a Chevrolet and GMC certified service center! I live nearly 2000 miles away, so was hoping I could trust this place to repair my Moms GMC Jimmy. After over an $1100 repair bill that included a new starter, the truck would not turn over the very next morning. She was told by their mechanic (I use this term very loosely) that the starter has to break in.... No, starters do not have a break-in period. It was found that the battery cable was about to fall off. Apparently, paying $1100 does not entitle you to the extra effort required to re-tighten a battery cable that the shop left loosened to begin with...it also does not entitle you to be treated respectfully when you return and report problems with the vehicle they recently repaired. I am very upset with the manner in which my Mom was treated upon her return to the shop this morning!So, after literally 5 years we finally get a response. This pretty much sums up the customer service at this place. Nearly all so-called repairs by this shop failed less than a year after paying $1100. This left my 70 year old Mom stranded in the middle of nowhere. Folks, there are many other places you can go and they wont cheat you out of money and ignore you when their work fails.

Very disappointing, we had an appointment to get tires replaced & alignment done. We dropped vehicle off the day before & called the next day to see if it was ready & didnt even have the tires in yet. That was 2 days ago, still havent heard back from them. Do they not even want our business? This is a 600 plus dollar job.
