I was having a nice conversation with one of the employees until I had brought up that I was having trouble getting booked at other mechanics in town do to their busy hours. Verbatim the employee said Oh, so youve been to other mechanics and we were your last choice? Nah, I think Ill pass on that. Granite Im a 21 year old in desperate need of car repair and then he hastily rushed me off the phone. I hung up and immediately called back and spoke to the owner and appologized for possibly offending the worker that I had spoken too (even though I had no prior knowledge about the existence of this mechanic and I was extremely polite) and the owner said he would promise to call me back later that afternoon and try and see about a date about bringing my car in and never called back. Id just avoid the shop if youre a young person honestly, because theyre rude in a kind way. Ive had issues booking the other places in town... and some have forgotten my information even after repeated rescheduling. But they were all genuine and kind and I ended up finding someone who would help me. Id just look for one of the other mechanics

These are some great people. Their work is outstanding. They work hard to get to the actual issues with you vehicle. Bringing another car next for a tune up.

PJ, was very professional and did a good job at going the extra mile following up and making sure his service met my level. Not only his follow up made good for me but I am sure he uses this as a way to improve his business. GREAT JOB!!

I have an older truck, with older truck problems. PJ is always professional and always willing to check out whatever my issues are. I have used them three different times in the last year or so, I bring all my business to them.

Keep away! Over charges and keeps you there all day to do a 30 minute job. The owner n his side kick are rude and unprofessional. Then accuses us of doing/saying things that were NOT true. Sickest bunch of people we ever met.

Always accommodating, came and got me when my car was ready, recommend their services to all.

Has the car for 3 days, and cant find anything wrong. But charges $40 in labor all the same. Wish I could give 0 stars. Getting paid for your work is justified only if you do quality work -- I had the alternator replaced by another shop and the problem was fixed, so they couldnt have tried very hard.

Great place to take your car. Prices are the best and most reasonable in town and they dont try to scam you.

Charlie and crew always take excellent care of their customers. You keep us informed of the problem, how to fix it and always asks the customer if it okay to proceed with repairs/work.

Gf went here for an oil change and tire alignment. They charger 232$. Crooks, all because she had no clue what stuff should cost, they charged 180$ for labor. I got ahold of the recite and they charged for fixing the camber of the wheels. It’s a 2011 car with stock wheels, suspension and proper sized tires (meaning the camber of the wheels were not messed up and I doubt they even worked on it). I drove her car over 4 hours the day before and the alignment was not bad and honestly had no reason to be aligned. If you aren’t someone who can hold them accountable for the work they do to your vehicle and call them out on their BS do not go here. These are the type of people that give mechanics a bad name.
