I chose to change cell phone carriers ...so I thought Id take ATT/Cricket up on their promotion.Yet the Free Phone to port over your number ended up costing me $118.00!They were not considerate and as with most Sales Positions only sought to get as much money from me as possible.My interest were ignored -09-29-2021 I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE GA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISIION AND CRICKET WIRELESS STILL WILL NOT CALL AND DISCUSS MY COMPLAINT WITH ME THEY SEND AN EMIL! THEY STILL HAVE NOT HONORED THE PROMISE /DEAL OF A SAMS 1-YEAR MEMBERSHIP? THEY STILL HAVENT ADDRESSED THE OVERCHARGING AT THE PURCHASE DAY - I WAS ORIGINALLY TOLD NO ACTIVATION FEE YET ONCE THE PROCESS BEGIN I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO ORDER IT ON LINE TO ABVOID THE FEE? THIS WAS WRONG! I SIMPLY WANT MY NUMBER AND I WILL GO BACK TO METRO CRICKET WILL NOT EVEN TALK TO ME ABOPUT THIS - WRONG!

Shay was friendly and most capable. She helped me pick out the right phone and then helped me set it up as I needed. I think I got a great deal on the phone. And I know that I got great service.

Need a new Reginal mgr district mgr.bad business practices dont take care of your employees...go to Verizon before you do cricket wireless....

I had an awesome experience at the store. This is the first time in along time that I have experienced such excellent customer service. The manager Marcy Fort is awesome. She took her time with us and the other customers that were before us. I loved the way she interacted with an elderly gentleman. She reminded me of how I talk with my grandfather. He loved her and you could tell with the big smile on his face. It was beautiful and he mentioned that she is always patient with him and I could tell that by the interaction. I would recommend this store for all of my wireless needs.

I had a problem with my phone and I took it into a local store the gentleman was so nice he helped me in no time even customer service over the phone was very respectful and helpful Im glad I changed to cricket wireless

They refused to sell a 10$ sim card. You can get them at walmart when they are in stock. She was trying to get more money for activation. Which was not needed

Normally it would be a five star. Its a 3 star because I pay way to much for my phone. I been with them alotttt of years but now they slack on looking out. Going to change to someone else.

I wish I could give this store a negative. The women that was working was wonderful to the person she was helping nefore us. We waited patiently while she finished with her then she was very rude couldnt have been any less helpful basically gave us a number to call 611 which was correct then told us to google information without even looking at the phone. She then got on the phone ( it was obviously a personal phone call ) since she wasnt helpful anyway we just left she didnt say a word thoigh it was obvious we were waiting she just kept on with her phone call. Please go to the cricket in Grovetown they are awesome we just happened to be closer to this store.

Went in and bought a phone from them because my phone was acting up from them and been having trouble out of this phone ever since and cant get in touch with nobody to fix my problem so I wouldnt advise nobody to go to cricket and if you do I hope you have better luck than Im having my mother to church is having the same problem and we have the same kind of phone she went and got a new phone and her new phone is not working also whats going on cricket

So far, the best wireless store in Augusta because they would have helped me if they could have, they just didnt have any hotspots, they sold out. I appreciate that they at least tried to help me, which is more than any other wireless store has done so far.

I always get what I came in for and everyone is always friendly but I think the junior employees could use more training and that is not a knock on them at all. Its probable that the slow drip of customers who come to the brick and mortars isnt conducive to learning what needs learning.

The health inspection is good but the food was not good. I ordered fish tacos and its mostly breading and have a weird taste. Theyre enchiladas ground beef taste frozen and rice has after taste. I will not recommend it.

I only come to this location when I absolutely have to and every time it’s a problem ! First I was trying to get my girlfriends phone turned back on . I called cricket and said it would be like 15 or 20 bucks. I get to the store and one of the girls informed me it was 40 bucks . So I end up paying for that and I look at my receipt and it says i paid my bill . Not to get her phone turned back on . I never said anything about paying my bill . So now I go back inside and tell the lady that just cashed me out about what happened and she looked at me like I was stupid and goes “oh you didn’t want to pay your bill” I NEVER mentioned anything about my bill, just getting her phone turned on . So after about two hours and having to call cricket customer service while at the store they finally figured it out . These people obviously have NO idea what they’re doing . Second time I just wanted to pay my bill and it was 20 dollars more in the store than it said on my phone app and she COULDNT explain to me why it was 20 dollars more . This store is NOT 5 star quality and the people working here obviously don’t know what the heck they’re doing . I’ll make the drive to Grovetown from now on . It seems like they are the only folks that know what they’re doing . Save your money and peace of mind and go to a different store!
