Very rude staff. Every time Ive come here theyve never been helpful and they always act like youre wasting their time and irritating them.Today was really bad. I came in with my friend to ask about their tempered glass screen protectors because she and I have the same phones, bought at different times, but were given different screen protectors upon purchase. I got the tempered glass and my friend got the generic cheap screen protector, so we wanted to get her the tempered glass.First off, we walk into the store, no greeting, not busy, they (three employees) just stare at us. Other than the staff, me, and my friend, theres one family in there, off to the side not being helped, and THEY had to be the ones to tell us Oh you can go ahead. So we ask the girl in front Youre available to help us? and shes unresponsive, so we approach her and explain our situation. Her story changes more than once. First, she tells us that she doesnt know if they have them. Then she goes to look and tells us theyre out of stock. So we ask Do you know when theyll be back in stock? and she turns to look at her coworkers who just stare at us with annoyed expressions and turns to tell us now that they dont sell them anymore. Thats it. End of story. No asking if we need anything else, no apology for the inconvenience, just more staring. So we tell them thank you and have a nice day on our way out and they just stare more.The best part? We checked the metro site to make sure; they DO sell that screen protector still.Uncaring, lying, rude employees. If you can go to a different store, you should.UPDATE: Went to the T-Mobile on Contra Costa Blvd and they kindly explained that the screen protector actually Isnt sold anymore because the phone I have isnt sold anymore. For some reason it still appears to be available on the Metro website which is....pretty broken, but I see now that I was incorrectly accusing the workers at Metro of lying.If you live closer to the Metro store in Martinez its still worth going to the T Mobile on Contra Costa Blvd, much nicer staff, very helpful.
Been to other stores to pay my phone bill. Customer service not to good.I was helped with my phone bill. that was way over due. A very nice young woman helped me i believe her name was Elenna very helpful.best service.Be back soon.
Went there to get a new sim card for my girlfriends phone and Staff was really friendly and helpful it took us like 20 yo get everything done and activate the new sim card.
Does not employ employees that actually care about you or anything you care to know more about. From this theywill not mention free services you were entitled to receive. I chose to go with there service, but to be honest, just go to a team mobile store. Save your time from going to this ghetto phone store.
