Everytime I walk in Jack greets me. If he’s not here someone else will. I’ve also seen him cleaning.

The staff were really nice here! They just made my drink incorrectly when I ordered from the drive-thru. I got a honey citrus mint tea. I think they made it with water instead of steamed lemonade… that’s okay though I’m still drinking it.

I still enjoy walking in and interacting with people, for others there is a drive through option at this location.Keep up the good work

I went to Starbucks this morning and asked a question regarding a food item and I was told they discontinued it 6 months ago; great, not a big deal. Once I finished placing my order, I was informing my sister that they no longer had what she wanted and I heard the lady that took my order say: oh, my god; in a very annoyed matter. It seemed that she was annoyed with my conversation and I thought that was really rude. I almost drove off without getting my order, but decided not to do so because that would be rude.At least when I got to the window, I was greeted by a gentlemen by the name of Jack. He was so sweet. I wish I could give this review a 5, but I was not impressed with the young lady that took my order. I hope next time she makes comments, she keeps them to herself.I used to work for Starbucks a few years ago and was employed with them for 7 years, so I know what type of customer service should be given to customers.I was disappointed with my breakfast this morning. :(

Not sure why the drive-thru always lags so hard. Too many people trying to argue about gluten-free coffee I suppose?

People who ordered after us got their stuff first. All we had were to coffees! They didn’t even call out the name of our order to notify us.

This location partners were not friendly or even did they act lime they like their jobs or want customers in the drive thru. I would pick a different location. For a drive thru next time rather them going to this location.

Busy day, needed coffee, saw Starbucks and had the best Carmel frappuccino that Ive had in months, not to mention great customer service. The young lady working the drive-thru was very friendly and upbeat. Just the kind of pick me up I needed that night!

This place is disgusting! No one in the drive-thru, no one in line in the shop, there are 6 people behind the counter but not 1 of them can come clean?! Even the walls have coffee stains running down them! Been here 40min but all 6 workers just stand behind the counter chatting and one of them is the manager! I had to wet some napkins in the bathroom (also foul and disgusting) to wipe off a chair myself just to sit! I wont be back to this crappy dive thats for damn sure!

Love that they have a drive through. They seem pretty efficient and the beverages are good!

I love starbucks for their consistency in product and good experiences with the staff, but this one has a small parking space, crowded drive through, and it’s usually quite busy. I still go there though since it has a drive through.

Place is great... sometimes it takes a while through the drive thru but the ONLY reason I’m giving 3 stars IS EVERY SINGLE TIME I ask to use 25 stars they aALWAYS redeem a whole 150 stars... when I’m literally trying to save them. Super annoying

I went to this location 6/7 at 5:30 pm. There were two ladies being difficult and trying to make the staff flustered over a drink order. I was so impressed by their composure and how professional the staff remained to get these customers helped. Just wanted to give a shout out because I work in customer service too and I definitely know it’s hard to remain kind in these situations. Good job!

They were very slow in the drive thru. I watched through the window as I waited. The 2 baristas were moving around like they had all the time in the world. I know they start early and are busy but we go through the drive thru because were in a hurry and have to be at work on time

I would leave a positive review for the Starbucks but they’re having a hard time getting their exposure to Covid under control.

Someone needs to take charge of these people to clean up! The drinks are good but inside the store is gross. I wish my phone was able to take better pictures. It has obviously been a long time since the tables and floors were cleaned. There are coffee spills, wrappers and food all over the floor and tables. There are several people working right now to fill one drink order instead of sending one or two people to at least wipe off the tables so customers can get a table. Even the seats are sticky from spilled drinks and dont get me started on the stench of the bathrooms. Of course, one can only wonder what lurks behind the counter of this fine establishment. I will not come here again and I advise anyone conscious of their health to do the same.

They have had a lot of COVID 19 issues here. I would not go to this store. They are having people who have had exposure going back to work before they get test results

The lady at the window was polite and efficient. But I am giving you only one star because I waited in the drive thru line 32 minutes. Granted it was a bit of a long line, 15 minutes is about I would have been expected, even 20 minutes would have been to long of a wait.

Coffee always tastes signature Starbucks, thats worth at least 2 stars.Ive come here 3 times now and the service is exceedingly slow, especially through drive thru.You can get faster service walking up and ordering a steak dinner at Yardhouse than you can get a cold brew poured at this location.

We had a concern when o over 500 Starbucks stars just disappeared from our account. The baristas Analiese R. & Lorelei F. Listened to us & calmly explained points program recently changed to a 3 month expiration from 6 months. They offered a credit & we purchased a Carmel frappaccino. Everyone was very pleasant, they kept calm & understanding our confusion.

Usually a nice place to hang out, come and do homework, I have not seen the usual employees... giving 3 star because I have encounter two employees who WASTED a perfectly good cup just so they were 100% I would get the right amount of coffee while using my own cup.... so.... what is the purpose of bringing my own cup?... is an extra ounce or two going to brake your chain/franchise?

This is a medium-sized Starbucks in a long, thin shape, which limits the seating options Its a little stark looking, but quiet enough to study. It has a long row of round bistro tables along the long wall opposite from the service counter, and in the front area 2 regular rectangular tables good for laptops, and one large conference table. Enough outlets. No soft chairs or patio. Seems clean enough. Good service. Has a drive-through. The front windows face south, which makes it a bit warm during the day.

Always staffed for quick service. Only complaint is the cream and sugar kiosk is never stocked properly or cleaned regularly.

Horrible at making drinksI hate to ask for remakes and Im always nice when I do, but even then it is still not done well at all. I order the same drink at many other locations that have no issues but this one always tastes like warm milk. I nicely ask for a remake and explain reasons but doesnt make a difference

The baristas change just when your coffee right! Then you have to find a new bestie all over again! You know the one that makes your morning because there pretty much the first conversation of the day! Beware there are a couple rotten apples in this bunch that havent moved on . i prefer to mobile order they are quick and efficient at this location. If dining in . they have plenty open tables.

This location has a drive-thru, but very little parking in a difficult to maneuver parking lot. The staff are nice and the store is reasonably clean. I prefer the Starbucks near Target on Contra Costa Blvd.

The Starbucks on Arnold Drive had a barista that made awful caramel crunch frappuccinos. They had no crunch toppings, barely any caramel syrup. They tasted like a vanilla shake. Will never order these again from this location.

This isnt the friendliness location but its convenient. They got a 4 star rating because they didnt note that they were out of certain sandwiches, which I ordered and they didnt have. I mobile ordered because I was in a hurry but then ended up waiting for a different sandwich.

Ordered my drink drove about 1 mile away to find I was a different drink. I checked the cup it was correct the barista paid no attention or didnt clarify the writing. She needs to be retrained. I will avoid this store if I see her

Starbucks has but been my favorite for a while now but when Im in a rush its okay. The espresso here is rarely expired or tastes bitter thankfully. Just wish they were faster or were on top about calling out the mobile orders.

Awesome customer service, one drink was great the other either the lid didnt fit. The cup. Or. Vise versa but I ended up. With a lap Of iced coffee... Not thrilled....

Not only are they the absolute slowest Starbucks that Ive ever been to, the person working the drive thru window has bad customer service skills. Plus they messed up my order, probably because they ask what you want then dont listen to your response because theyre too busy messing around and laughing at someone in the background.

Of the many (many) Starbucks in the area, this one on Arnold has among the most upbeat and positive staff that Ive experienced in my many Starbucks adventures. Here everyone is always friendly, expect service with a smile when visiting this location!Its a tight parking lot shared with a Chipotle, Dollar Tree and Cellular store - but Ive always found parking (theres a convenient drive through too)...

Starbucks as a whole is always a winner for me, but my experience in the drive through at this location lacked the usual engagement that the company works so hard to build...

Theyre kind of slow here. Came here on my break one time. No people in line before me, but still took awhile to get my tall cappuccino, which shouldnt take too long to make. Otherwise its fine.

This is the worst Starbucks in the Bay Area. Always a huge line, always super slow, always rude.

Standard Starbucks but with horrible parking. There is almost never parking but luckily they have a drive through do you can still get your coffee or snack fix. Baristas are very nice and the bathroom is always clean per usual Starbucks.

I keep getting disappointed with this Starbucks. Last time, my sister who is handicapped, asked to use the bathroom and if they can clean it up because it had no toilet paper, the floor was wet and it was pretty disgusting. They told her to go use the bathroom at the chipotle restaurant next door or the dollar tree next door to use the bathroom. How can you tell an actual customer who came to buy coffee and pastries at your location Starbucks and is disabled using a walker and tell them, a paying customer, to go somewhere else to go to the bathroom just because you dont want to clean up the bathrooms. Very disappointed and only when I said something about how ridiculous it was to send a disabled person to a different store to go to the bathroom, is when they sort of cleaned up the bathroom.

Love starbucks always on point, however it was the first time they gave me someone elses order and didnt notice it took i got home.

Whenever I crave a cold sweet drink I would like to have a chocolate milkshake but other than that a frappuccino is the way to go for convenience (since they are everywhere you go like other fast foods). I would like to order myself a vanilla bean creme frappuccino with one pump of hazelnut. I reccomend trying it if you guys grew up eating Duvalin (a hazelnut and vanilla spread treat) it taste goooood it brings back childhood memory. Im sure you guys might like it! The best part about Starbucks is that you can create any flavors you desire whatever you order to adjust to your liking. ❤😋

WORST STARBUCKS. They DO NOT know how to make the drinks. This is my second time coming here and the last. The first time I ordered a green tea frap and it tasted heavily like strawberries (dont think they washed the blender properly). Today I got a java chip FRAP and it was like an iced drink, pretty much melted and it tasted NOTHING like a java chip. Also I was also told there was no more cheese danishes AFTER I had paid for it. Never coming back. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION, GO DOWN THE STREET BY TARGET.They are also EXTREMELY SLOWWW! Took over 20 minutes to get 2 drinks.

We went there this morning and received great service. coffee was well made, and the cashier was friendly and polite.

So I did a mobil order of dark rust about 5:35. At 6 I asked the gentlemen about my order and confirmed it with my phone. He told we dont do dark roast after 11am. Do you want a pike, yes. After he served me my pike, I asked him if you do pour overs, he said yes do you want me to do that? Im thinking dum@$$ Ive been waiting over 20 minutes already you couldnt have done that in the first place? Bad services Starbucks.

Horrible experience today, took 25 minutes to get 2 drinks. They messed up 2 people in front of me orderes... when I asked how long my sencond drink was going to take the girl basically yelled at me and had a break down about how they are busy and doing the best they can and if i didnt want to wait any longer then to get a return. So rude and unprofessional. Definitely will not be back to that location.
