I purchased a Fenix 5 and it was a great watch just wasnt the right one for me and after a couple weeks of having it I emailed GPS nation hoping to get a return. It was no questions asked easy return. Every time I would reply with an email I would get a reply within 30 minutes. They earn my business right there!!

I wanted to update my older garmin gps. Gps Nation has a trade in program. I filled out the form, send in my old gps, and in a few days had a credit on their web site. Applied it to a New Garmin Zumo Xt. So easy. Ive installed the new gps on my motorcycle and couldnt be happier. I will shop at GPS Nation again. Thanks guys!

Ordered a GPS accessory. It arrived quickly. However, when it arrived, the manufacturer had not included a key component. I contacted GPS Nation through the website. I received a call back within minutes. We talked through the issue. Even though it was a manufacturer issue and not a GPS Nation issue, they immediately made it right and shipped out a replacement product promptly.... at no charge. This is the kind of service that makes for a successful business. Well done.

I was looking for a particular accessory for my Nuvi GPS and it was unavailable at both Frys and Radio Shack, so I Googled other places that could possibly carry this product. I found their website and sure enough they had it! I saw that their store was relatively close to me, so instead of buying online I went in and talked to the owner, Brandon, about what I wanted and he grabbed it for me and I was on my way. They have a great selection of products and great service! I will definitely keep this company in mind next time I need a GPS unit.
