The store itself is great and the staff are all pleasant and very helpful. The exterior is in rough shape, as is the parking lot. They could spend some money and make their parking lot kandscaping as nice looking as others in surrounding towns and cities. Plus they could use the occasional security guard to keep stuff like this attached photo from happening.

Though not perfect,the staff here are great workers. Theyre capable and are willing to help the population of older patients. They accomodate to take care of the rougher edges of our population. They work with difficult people with grace and humor. This is a smaller Safeway but its generally well maintained.

Safeway, like most Albertson stores, is a great place to shop for groceries. This Safeway was very organized, and provided with a variety of products all around. The fresh bakery products where always fresh and stocked. Without a club card, prices may be a bit high, but getting one is free and you get plenty of deals. You can also download Safeway mobile app and find even better deals youll find no where else. Would give this location 9/10. It could have a bit more variety of drinks.

On the smaller side but still have a lot of good product and produce is usually good

This Safeway has always been bad, but now that school is back in session the lines get unbearable and its nothing but chaos. There are only three checkstands open currently and the lines zig-zag everywhere. The cashiers are doing the best they can...management needs to get their act together and try just a LITTLE harder to schedule appropriately.

My favorite store for groceries. Staff was kind helpful and smiling. We enjoyed our shopping experience here.

This is an older Safeway. But tbat just means the people that work there take more pride. More friendly ..and tne deli is fresh and yummy..bakery too. Clean and very well stocked.

Awesome smaller Safeway know a few employees and they are super nice lines get long certain times of course.

Too long of a wait to get out of the store after shopping. I think it took me longer at checkout than it did me shopping. That was the only thing that I see that was wrong. Everything else was good.

Theres a great selection of foods crammed into this small store. It was extremely clean and the meats were very fresh. I live equidistant from 3 major chains and this one is by far the most economical, especially if you watch the specials and coupons. Nice!! I have been shopping in this store for years. I am always disappointed how understaffed they are. Hardly ever do they have any other check stands open other than 15 items or less. Everytime I have shopped there, I have a few things, yet I am behind someone who is buying 3 weeks worth of groceries. They call for back up, no other employees respond, and what should have been a quick trip ends up being a 30 minute ordeal which is why I avoid going here. They have been the same way for years. This place needs help.

The staff do not care about customer service in the slightest. Time and time again, Im practically ignored when Im in line to pay. The cashier and courtesy clerk will carry on their own, private conversation as if Im not even there and Im barely acknowledged, even as items are rung up, I pay, etc.

They have a clean store and a good layout. It is a smaller footprint store, so there is a bit less variety than other locations.

New building and tons of frozen food but produce is wilted and expensive.

The customer service was excellent. The only downside was that they were out of a few things that I wanted. However this is toi be expected with what we are dealing with at the moment.

This Safeway is small compared to the giant ones they build now but I find everything I need. It has a wonderful deli and a bakery plus the people working there are nice and helpful.

This Safeway is relatively well stocked, but also pretty small. My only real complaint is that they often get backed up at check out during peak times because they dont open all of their check lanes. I dont tend to buy specialty did so cant speak to their variety.

This Safeway feels like your typical, slightly outdated, medium-sized Safeway. It isnt dirty, but it isnt exceptionally clean. It isnt run-down, but it definitely hasnt been updated.The reason this Safeway gets two stars is because it is ALWAYS under staffed. If you ever go here before 10 at night, you will nearly ALWAYS find around ten people in line, and ALWAYS with only ONE of the six check stands open. Even when the line grows upwards of fifteen or even twenty people, they will NOT open more than two check stands. On these occasions, I put my basket down and walk right out and go up to Nob Hill instead.When I went to the deli the other day, there were five people waiting and one person working. The poor employee was thanking everyone for their patience, as she was the only person on duty. It shouldnt take fifteen minutes to get a sandwich at Safeway. If wasnt the poor employees fault, but the fact that the store is ALWAYS under staffed. That being said, the deli worker was exceptionally friendly and made me this awesome Thanksgiving sandwich that she came up with herself.The only time I visit this Safeway is after 10:00pm; other than that, I have switched all of my business over to Nob Hill, even though it is more expensive and twice as far from my house, because the service at this location is so ridiculously bad that it is more convenient to drive an extra two miles and spend more on groceries than visit this place.
