I had a great experience yesterday with David’s customer service. He was very busy assisting plenty of customers throughout the morning all on his own, but he still managed to help me with my complicated and lengthy process with my phones (yes there were three phones involved). I hope Verizon recognizes David as a valuable asset to the company. He was multitasking and he greeted every customer as he acknowledged them walking in the store. I am very happy with the service since other stores in the past did want to assist as well. David was great!

My husband and I bought new phones recently at the Stanwood Go Wireless store. Samuel H. was our consultant (he said he was filling in at this store). He was the only employee working that day and did a fantastic job!!! I would like to commend him on his excellent customer service. Sam greeted each person immediately as they entered the store. He was able to multi task and handled all of his customers needs with patience and a positive attitude. He took the time to answer all of our questions...and there were a lot. Thank you, Sam, for making our cell phone buying experience a positive one!

Went in to finally switch to Verizon. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The manager Jessica came out and helped us when the rest of the employees were with other customers, she was great and made the process of switching to Verizon with all new phones very fast and easy. A++

Went in to help my mother try to find a cheaper phone plan then her current one. Unfortunately they were not very helpful. The employee that was helping us came off rude and uninterested. My mother didnt know her pin code for her account and they told us they couldnt change anything on her account if she didnt know it, which wouldnt have been a big deal if they werent so rude about it. Since we couldnt change it at the time I figured I could at least see what other plans were available so if we did manage to figure out her code for her account then we would know a cheaper plan to go with, but they told us she had the cheapest plan they had so there was nothing we could so. Well I checked on it after we left and it turns out there were a few plans that were cheaper and would have been a much better plan for my mother. But instead we just switched her to another provider. If they would have actually helped us at all we would have just switched plans but they didnt seem to care about helping us out and just seemed to want to hurry us along so wed leave. And this seems to be a common thing at this location, as Ive had similar issues over the years with my dad as well as my own phone plan. Id recommend avoiding this location of you need help with your account at all, other locations are more helpful

Had to wait for a long time before I was helped, and was there probably a half an hour before anyone asked what I needed. Once they got done helping others got my new phone and all my stuff transferred. This store does seem a little over priced.

I had a horrible experience. I went to the store and a guy did a bunch of stuff to my account to make a promotion work 2 months later I get a $90 bill for something the agent did. Today 1/16/20 I go to the store and the agent inside she tells me that there is nothing she can do about. She was extremely rude and did not care about me as a concerned customer or a long time verizon customer. She sent me to go to some corporate location in twin lakes. I don’t wanna spend my off day running around to different locations, when this is the one that did it. I am very appalled and will never come back. She is not a good customer service person and I hope she is not a manager. Disgusted!

If it were possible to give a 10 star rating I would. Chelsea and Corey were awesome. Chelsea was helping me with a phone that was a bit outdated and essentially was able to get me the phone of my dreams while keeping my payment at a minimum increase. She was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. She knew exactly what she was doing. Corey was a great help as always.I truly appreciate the one on one spectacular service Chelsea gives. She is what customer service is all about. From great humor to that personal touch, she is honest and goes above and beyond in service. I have been a long time customer with Verizon, for many reasons, and now I can add Chelsea as part of that equation.

Big selection, great service. Better than Verizon deals, plus trade ins. If you need expert help, come here. They are in Albertsons parking lot. The staff is very friendly, and helps you get everything setup, including data transfer, contacts, and shortcuts.

The difference between a 4 star and a no-star for this store is one thing - the manager, Jesse. We had to go in today to return an iPhone 6 Plus that had an issue with the audio system. Several calls to tech support prior to today found the best bet was to go back to the store and exchange the iPhone. But one of the guys at this store felt empowerment and importance and wasnt about to let that happen, regardless of policy. Never, in his 20+ years, had he ever heard of such a problem, and proceeded to throw his arrogance around. Calmly did Jesse resolve the issue. His low-key professionalism not only defused the situation, but restored our confidence in the product, and future dealing with this store - as well as save face for this blow-hard employee in front of other staff and customers.Id give them a 5 star for Jesse alone, but this one employee is just horrible, and must be a pain to work with, as he did his best to berate a fellow co-worker in front of us when he asked him to take over our issue. Step in Jesse again to make it all ok.Thank you, Jesse, for your professionalism and kindness on both fronts.

Im leaving this message for any management to know that I came in tonight with a real problem my phone died I couldnt get it on in Jalisa help me and got my phone working her customer service skills are Beyond I wish everybody was like her.not to mention I will continue to refer people into the store to see her and the store manager is the customer service was well beyond anything I would have ever imagined thank you so very much and give to us a big atta-boy for everybody shes an asset to your company.I also have a background in sales when I walked in it was a very warm and inviting environment I felt comfortable and didnt even have to wait more than 2 minutes Jalisa multitask and took care of me and another customer at the same time solving all my problems I wish the rest of the retail World behaved and acted like she did with such skill and professionalism thank you again everybody at the store.

I purchased a phone and tablet here. Phone wasnt even five months old and one of the sales kid was replacing the protector and clean my speaker out. He was using a paperclip. I asked him what the hell you doing. He replied that this is the way we clean them. (Ok)? Well I get home and a friend calls. I cant even hear him somethings wrong with my speaker. I am usually called the guy at the counter and told him you f***** up my phone. He said come on in. I showed up there 30 minutes later. The managers like we wouldnt have done that and called me a liar. the kid came out from back and said yeah he did that but he didnt mean to. The manager still didnt believe the me They wouldnt give me a new phone because they said it was over $750 and there is nothing else they could do except go under warranty. So thats what we did. Then come to find out these are remanufactured phones. What a crock of s*** dont buy from these people. Also the guy that sold me a screen protector. He said anytime it breaks just bring it in and it is 100% free replacement for the life of your phone and tablet. Well my phone is not even years old. I went in to replace the screen and the lady said we dont carry that one because it is a old and out dated and if you had your phone for more than 2 years we dont offer replacement anymore. I said how is that? It is not even a year in a half old and the salesman said lifetime replacement? If thats true she said then we will place you on a list and call you when some come in. Well it has been 5 months and I havent herd back. So I just bought some on Amazon and the company that make them has no problem honor in their lifetime warranty. Just a word of advice dont buy any extra stuff from that store especially if it says warranty. Save your money buy directly from the manufacturers or Amazon they back you up.

Yeah, definitely NOT coming back to this location! My Bf and I came in today for an upgrade, stood around and waited for a while. While we were waiting and looking around 2 other people came in and were seen before us. Dude looked right at us knowing we were there first and still took the other people that came in after us. They all seemed extremely disorganized. Plus they didnt even seem to have any cases out for the phones we were wanting to get upgraded to.

It was time to get a new phone so I went here and they dont have all their phones on display. The guy helping me was nice but didnt seem knowledgeable about the products. When I asked questions he didnt know or had to ask several times. He seemed awkward and stiff. I like the phone I got but wasnt thrilled with my service.

Damon stayed until 10pm to help me get a phone. A hour after closing! Customer service is a skill that he doesnt lack. Ask other people walk in the store he could have ignore them and continue with the sale but he mutli-task and help everyone and resolve everyones issues. He was a one man show and he needs to be recognized for his hard work for Friday night!

These folks are CROOKS, was toldonly way to get a discount was to buy their insurance that I could Cancel after 3 months to get discount from $149.99 to $49.99 which is what Verizon customer sevice quoted, they then told me i needed to have my credit pulled in order to get the 2 year Contract in which the Girl Rep completely ignored my request to have this done i merly asked what a minimum score might be as i have a $450,000 mortage, again ignored. When i shared with them that trying to make people purchase insurance to get a discount was illegal they became defiant and would Not give Owner info for me to contact and register my complaint. I will gi out of my way to share my experience with this store as often as possible,

Samuel assisted me in setting up my new Verizon iPhoneX, and I commend him on his excellent customer service and patience. I purchased my new phone the day before at The Bellevue Collection in Bellevue WA., and they said that it would take over one hour (which is ridiculous) to transfer the data from my old phone to my new one.I cannot believe with the amount I paid for this new phone that they could not be bothered to help me with this next step.It took Samuel 15 minutes. Based on the reviews I was hoping for a great experience. Needed a new phone so I went to look at what they had and hoped to walk out with a new phone. The sales person didnt know much (though she had only been there 2 weeks). There were no prices listed. She couldnt tell me how much stuff was and couldnt explain the benefits to verizon edge (new way to pay). the other person continually took over the computer even though my person was using it. My sales person then just switched and started helping someone else without giving me any information - such as prices. So I just walked out. Not sure ill ever go back...going to Costco this afternoon.

Nick at 221 State Ave in Marysville WA helped me when I awoke one recent day to find that my phone was not taking a battery charge. I find mobiles frustrating but Nick was fun to be around, personable, helpful, and offered open insurance enrollment as an option. He got the iphone charged again, backed-up my icloud info, and gave me the technical support telephone number. Good thing--because the next day the iphone started reverse-charging (!! Draining battery when connected to chargers!!) and actually died completely in middle of my call with the technician. Whew -- got a new phone mailed out. Thanks Nick and Tech Team Antonio!
