The self help machines rarely work and the employees can no longer make normal prints behind the counter when they dont. Its an office supply store and yall cant even print documents. I went to Fed Ex office enstead and got help in like 2 seconds and was done. Go to FE office!

Kimmy who helped me with my purchase, was quick, friendly and answered all of my questions. She offered me multiple things that would enable me to protect myself and I ended up getting the 3 year warranty!She will definitely be the reason Ill be coming back to marysville for my future office needs!

Erik the yech supervisor with tech services was hands down awesome with helping me get everything I needed . Hard to find customer service like this... I really appreciate it Erik. Thank you very much sir.

The Service was amazing, I was greeted right when I came in the door and was helped by Brooklynn. She did a wonderful job of helping me find the ink I was looking for. And her people skills are unbelievable!!

I went in to simply drop off a package for their USPS drop off center and was yelled at by an employee who was very clearly super overwhelmed and treating customers horribly. I just walked out and will not give them my business again.

I honestly will never go here again. I was looking to get a brand new desk and a chair for my son for his room and expecting to spend a lot of money.Being a single Mom, I brought my two sons with me, of course being safe and wearing masks.We were not greeted as we walked in at all. We brought our cart to the back where the desks were and waited for about 20 mins and no one had offered any help nor said anything to us. At that point I just looked at the desks in boxes stacked next to each other like files and picked it out and lifted a boxed desk into our cart by myself. We got to the check out and I paid for the desk we got plus other items, and I was not offered any help to my car. I actually struggled to get the boxed desk into my car which was not fun.Staples it would be much appreciated if you taught your employees common knowledge and courtesy.Even your neighbors Albertsons knows how to ask their customers if they need help with their groceries.Such a horrible experience here.

Went in ready to spend a few hundred on a couple of basic computers. When I asked for help (not that it was offered) the two tech guys lied to me about what I needed and how much it would cost. When I pointed out they were wrong they just spoke over me and ignored what I said. Guess Ill be spending my money else where from now on.

Great Customer service from the Marysville Staples crew.They were quick to process my Print order, they gave me a call to let me know it was ready for pickup. When I went to pick it up, Jake had it ready to go - Perfect!

Went in to look at a 14 laptop. Ryan was so helpful and answered my questions. He provided great friendly customer service. I got a laptop, printer, antivirus service and a 2 year service plan for under $500. I didnt know about the printer for $20 with a PC purchase so that was a great deal. Thanks Ryan!

Service was great and for the most part the selection was good. Computer software was skimpy and prices were a little high.... BUT they price match so that was great.

Alex assisted me & helped make it so easy! What a blessing & great employee he is! He goes the extra to generate additional sales & helped me load my car 🤗

In years past I would give this store a 5 star. Lyn was always had great customer service. She is no longer there. The replacement a man with a long mustache was so rude to me, I almost cried. I would recommend you save yourself trouble and go to the one in Everett. The man behind the photo counter is just plain mean, rude and unprofessional.

Service was great and for the most part the selection was good.

Fast and friendly service. Clean and organized store. Often have good clearance deals on various brands of coffee. They stayed late to make sure we got everything we needed.

The store had the look of a close out. Not enjoyable to walk through. Checkout support was pleasant.

Did not find staff to be helpful or friendly at all. Went in looking for a specific item and was told they would have to look it up, kind of making it sound like it would be inconvenient. They never did help me.Update: Went in again today and every staff member I talked to was SO sweet and friendly. I must have just gone in on a bad day last time.

When I go to Staples I am given excellent service. They always answer any question I ask with a smile.

Nicely staffed and theyre pretty knowledgeable too. Store is always clean and they have a great tier of choices.

Not enough help up front.Tech Support person has no clue about multi-tasking. Waited at his desk over 5 minutes with NO recognition. (he was assisting another customer and ignored everyone else.Not the first time this has focused.Products are good. Customer Service, especially at the online pick-up/tech support desk SUCKS!

All associates standing at register talkingNo greeting. Had product on shelf we thought. When they went to stockroom to retrieve it they we out. Bad service. Mismanaged. One star for being open.

They do have a good variety of overpriced items. Staff is friendly. Checkout lines are very slow.

Friendly service but there is only one person on the floor to help probably half a dozen customers. You have to be patient.

The print staff is redicluas, the lady who older runs it is rude and unhelpful. I will not use this print center I will go to UPS for my printing and faxing needs. What a joke!!
