Slim selection since the new ownership. Noticed a few expired items that should be taken off the shelf or deeper discounted then. One product expired 05/21 we are in October 2021 now and its still sitting in freezer isle. Hit and miss with bargains at this store. Used to be better in my opinion.

Super helpful staff. Really went out of his way to try to help me find the monkfruit sugar that I needed. I havent had an employee try that much to assist me in the longest time. Ill definitely return because of the amazing employees at this location!

I wont be back. I called in after my receipt showed a higher price than the sign below the item (150% higher) to find out the options for returns and got the new Owner. As soon as I said what happened he started a lecture on who was to blame - me because I didnt look carefully enough or an employee for not doing their job correctly, and that the final arbiter is the register so I had paid the correct price. Wow, ok. Then he said he didnt know what theyd do if I brought the item back, but it would be fair. Surprised, I asked politely, do you not know the store policy? (I mean, all stores have a return policy.) That made him angry, and he raised his voice at me saying yes he knew the policy but he had other customers who got there first he was trying to help. Ok, got it.All I wanted was to know my options. Everywhere else I shop theyre so nice when I call with a question. If he treats his customers this way I hate to think how treats his employees.I was spending $80-100 there every week for a while, but Ill gladly shop at the Everett Mall location from now on.Added 8/28: This call occurred on Monday, 8/23/21 at about 6:45pm at the Marysville store. I recognized Jeffs voice, he was often in the store when Id been shopping.

There are new owners. And they are making nice changes. I like Grocery Outlet. I go there for certain foods.

Store was great...Checker was not friendly to me..I normally wouldnt say so but, she was super nice to the couple in front of me..she didnt even say hello, boo, goodbye, nothing as I was checking out. Fyi, they spent $44 bucks and I spent $130! I ended up thanking her for handing me my receipt..only thing she said was YEP! Bad customer service.

There was people in the store not masked and not one employee addressed it from the time they entered, shopped, and checked out. Is profits more important than keeping all of us safe? It sure seems so in this store in Marysville Washington on State street. Very sad.

I errored when answering a question about this place..they did NOT have any waiting lines to enter the store. They have a great selection of products but they do vary in how much and what they get. If you see something you like, pick up a few of them as they may not have it again. Great store and good customer service.

Great place for discount shopping. Its never crowded so covid risk is pretty low. I prefer shopping here for basic foods and ingredients and I occasionally find great treats at ridiculously low prices.

I do not like how you have to watch for the dates of things being most things expire in just a few months. They do have some nice deals if you are going to be eating something up right away.

The staff are all very friendly. Im greeted at the door almost every visit unless its swamped. The product selection varies greatly between visits. If you find what youre looking for, youll probably find the price to be competitive and in some cases a very good value. The only reason I cant give them a full five star review is that the on occasion theyve been out of a commodity type item that IMHO should always be in-stock...this had happened a few times even pre-covid. In post-covid times this happens everywhere and should be expected. Overall, its a great place to shop if youre not following a list.

The staff is amazing. The boss lady is NOT. My coworker and I go there nearly everyday for lunch and goodies. Today, I bought a creamer, forgot to check the date and it had gone sour. Returned it less than 2 hours later, I did not get a receipt the first time. The boss lady was rude and did not want to exchange it, I was even paying the difference. We have spent hundreds of dollars there and never had a problem from any employee, except from the boss. She need a lesson on how to treat the public and courtesy. We will take our business elsewhere from now on.

Really good deals on certain items. The stock changes pretty much from week to week they have the same basics but sale items randomly change. Great place to get a lot of bang got your buck I shop here regularly cant beat the prices anywhere wish they had these on the east coast of the country.

I come here all the time but will be going elsewhere from now on. I carry my sons diaper bag with me at all times because he has medical supplies in there I may need(small backpack). I started shopping and a lady covered in tattoos said that I could not have my bag in the store. I have NEVER been told this at this location before. There are ladies walking around with large purses, why would I not be able to have a child’s diaper bag?

The prices are reasonable, but customer service could use some work.

Prices are fair, and sometimes very cheap. Quality is always good and the staff are friendly. They dont carry everything but normal food stuffs are abundant. We love shopping there whenever possible.

Sometimes it has everything I need and sometimes it has none of what I need. Just make sure to check dates on perishables.

Planned two meals on the fly there, but they carry less than a fraction of the Clean, Green/Certified Organic things I use and trust, most of the organic produce was absolutely rotten! So soft I couldnt pick up a bag without it oozing out all over everything. The savings for the tiny bit I did purchase was not significant enough to lower my standards to such a degree. Staff was pleasant, store was clean and busily being stocked, doubt however that I will become a 5 star patron.

I love the selection of organic and gluten-free products when needed. The produce is good the prices cant be beat and the people that work there are great! The only thing I really watch out for is expiration dates and decide if its a product that I can use before the expiration date I buy it. sometimes expiration dates arent even a problem as theyre the same as regular grocery stores

A nice place to get a wide variety of things for around the house and kitchen. We like the health supplements, personal care products, and organic produce. They also have an extensive selection of craft beer and an interesting wine section.

Grocery Outlet is my favorite supermarket. I have been buying my groceries from GO ever since I moved to WA 11yrs ago. The selection at GO is on par with that of many of the top Supermarkets in WA, but what sets GO apart are their prices. Depending on the product the prices can sometimes be 50% less than others. For example during Christmas season where eggnog is popular I was able to get 1 gallon of egg nog for half the price of the .5 gallon size of the same thing when I compared the prices to Supermarkets in the surrounding area. I also started purchasing my protein shakes from GO because once again their prices are unbeatable and their selection is good. These prices can be found throughout their selection without coupons or any sort of membership. Nothing beats getting the products you want at a low price. From time to time they will also have special products that are available for a short time at great prices. Grocery Outlet is awesome.

Great deals!! On a budget? This place has great prices. I must say majority of the items expire within a week or two maybe three (maybe thats why the prices are great?) But its still edible lol Their big Plus besides the deals is how super friendly the staff is.

You get.... awesome prices on stuff thats usually really expensive in the other stores. When youre like me and have to eat only certain foods because of a strict diet for medical reasons, Grocery Outlet is the place to go to find the organic items and specialty items (such as gluten free and dairy free) for quite a bit cheaper than the other stores. This saves me money even with a finicky diet. 💰🌟
