I have been in the US for quite some time in the south but when I got introduced to kroger it has been the only place when we shop often everything here is good from fresh veggies locally grown. The seafood section and the meat is fresh too and most off all the employees who work there to make sure the customer what they get makes this place even more great. Highly recommended 😊

I have been shopping at Kroger for years even before the built the larger current location and I’ve always had a pleasant experience. I like that I see the same smiling faces there that I have seen for years. The larger location has a salad bar that has been stocked with fresh food every time I’ve gone and the salads are tasty. I recommend this store to anyone who likes shopping in a clean, safe and friendly environment!

Great Kroger. The employees are always super nice and they have just about everything youd need. Boars Head meat at deli, but I think the Kroger Privateer selection is just as good, for much cheaper. Click list staff does great work. We were running late, called ahead to apologize and let them know, and the staff was super chill about it. Great work Kroger!

Usually clean. Some products scarce or very limited quantities or not available at all. Typically well staffed.

Mike in the liquor area could use some additional training surrounding customer service. As the entry alarm keeps going off he continued to ignore me presence. After a few minutes I had to walk over to him to ask to ring my out. After rolling his eyes and and shuffling over to the register he then stated he couldn’t ring me out for my 1 pop but only my alcohol. I’ve never had a single liquid item be such a burden to any Kroger or store I’ve been to.

Sad to see people without masks tonight. Please make sure it is being enforced. I want to continue to shop there but will have to change stores if I see it again. Many people are still not vaccinated, and vaccinated individuals can still pass the virus around.

Pretty nice store. Great selection of fresh food and prepared food.

Great selection, however my biggest issue is the lack to enforce wearing masks. Often I see 5-10 customers with out masks at all and countless others wearing them improperaly. Ive even noticed a couple employees wearing the masks under their chin. Regardless of your thoghts about COVID, please wear a mask to minimize the risks to elderly and otherwise compromised customers.

The Kroger its self is very nice and well organized. However, I have continued to try and use the Kroger clicklist at this site and have had multiple issues. Today, I arrived to pick up my groceries at 12. 45 p.m. (12-1pm time slot) and all of the parking spots were full, as well as having six cars waiting in a line to park in one of the parking spots. After waiting 15 minutes in the line, I called the Clicklist line because groceries had only been brought out to four cars and I had two kids under two in my car upset that it was taking so long. The Kroger employee told me it would take at least a half an hour after I got into a parking spot before they could bring out my groceries, so I ended up just canceling the order instead. This is one of many issues that I have had with the clicklist at this Kroger. We love Kroger overall, but very disappointed with the clicklist option and will probably start using different grocery stores because of it.

Great store and location. I live across the street from a Kroger store near my home. This store location has more of a gourmet feel and more gourmet food items. Sales and products are always great. Managers are nice. Love the plus card savings. Will always be back and thank you!

Wide, clean aisles, good prices, ample variety, friendly staff, PLENTY of electric carts!

Around 11pm, had to go to the bathroom. First bathroom, toilet is covered in feces. Second bathroom, more feces and urine everywhere. Third bathroom, out of order. Fourth bathroom, urine all over toilet lid and floor. Fifth bathroom was finally suitable for use. Almost all toilet paper holders are broken. Toilet paper all over all the floors. Nobody is cleaning bathrooms at this place and its disgusting. Store is also hot, ac needs to be turned down. Other than that, great selection and a few friendly people.

Hands down the best sandwiches in town at the counter. Pizza is pretty good too. Would not be surprised if the Chinese place is gone in a few as it is bland. It is a bit weird to see people walking around with alcohol while shopping due to the in house bar, but to each their own. Havent had any issues getting in and out of this place. Meat counter has a decent selection of chicken and red meat. Watch the sales so you arent over paying. Has pretty much everything you need (so far).

My children and I love this Kroger! It has everything you need, best place to catch a sale, clean, and someone is always available to help you out. I dont think I have ever been here and not been addressed by someone in every department asking if I need help or just saying hello. My minis love the bakery department and I feel like they love the bakers more than me. It could be the free cookies! Also they have started free fruit for children which is awesome! A healthy alternative and keeps them busy for a minute or two. At the end of the day Kroger will always be my go to store, pharmacy, and gas station. Keep up the great work guys! Oh, and get the app!!!!! I love it!

Very nice store, wide range of merchandise. One of my favorites is there peanut butter machine. You can crush and make your own peanut butter. Its excellent and doesnt have added sugar. Which is very nice, my son is diabetic and doesnt need added sugar.I also really like Starbucks being there also.

Everything you could need for the kitchen or pantry. Good international sections. Good beer selection. Kept very clean. Very friendly staff. Good prices, especially if you keep an eye on sales. Good rewards program. Click list is very convenient

I was thrilled when they built the Meijer store, but even happier when they completed the Kroger Marketplace. The store is always clean, and the associates - all the way up to management - are always friendly and helpful. It is a bonus, too, that they hire persons with disabilities. I can find everything that I want here, and when I load digital coupons on to my loyalty card, the prices on the items I need are comparable (or sometimes even less) than at other local grocery stores.

Improved customer service with a few exceptions. They only offer Kroger’s brands which they sell for more than the better brands they used to offer. Moved from 1-3 stars. Location is good. Corporate strategy is bad.

The clicklist at the marysville store is the worst. They didnt have enough employees to cover the previous spots yet added 8 more with no additional staffing. I literally ran inside just now and did a half grocery run while my wife waited and I still had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Normal wait is 30 min+. They just apologize over and over but never improve and never work with a sense of urgency and refuse to refund the fee. How long does it take to load groceries already paid for into a car?

Always a quick stop. Never long lines wrapped into aisles. Always clean and organized. Well stocked at all hours. Friendly staff. Lots of options.

Left my K card in the vehicle. The computer pad & the cash register could not locate my phone number. I would have saved about $11.00.The card worked fine a few days ago. I suppose that was my penalty.

Great customer service, if something is unpleasant or not to your standards they are more than willing to make it right. Employees are very attentive to you and the family members you bring in, its a large store with many items and workers but still has that small town feel. We always are welcomed with smiling faces. I love my kroger store!

Great store. Can almost always find what I need here, which makes it convenient to go to rather than having to visit two or three different stores to find everything.

3 years ago: Very clean. Lots of fresh foods. Staff was friendly7/4/2021: wanted to update my review. Kroger is still my go to. Stand by everything I said before but this store has only gotten better. A bagger(Maggie I believe) was so helpful. She helped load my bag into my car. The Lunch/prepared food area has mostly processed, gmo, non-organic, animal based slop. every dish in the deli window always seems to look a week old. Although the sushi is wonderful. I wish there was a whole foods instead of Kroger at this location with some healthy, fresh, organic options.

Only had one non self check out open. It would be nice if we got a weekly add in the local paper. We shop on Monday and try to remember to pick one up in the store before we leave, and they dont always have them.

Clean well stocked store with plenty of registers for checkout. The pharmacy was also pleasant and fast to use. Id give 4 and a half stars. If I could.

I like Kroger, they have a great selection considering where we live. Since service is their main draw over other supermarkets in the area, Im confused by their new emphasis on do-it-yourself checkouts and personal scanners. Not a plus for me.

The store itself is fine...click list is a hot mess and understaffed. Ive been waiting 40 mins and they are still shopping for my order, which was ordered 9 hours ago. Ill have to try something else that is more convenient for this single momma.

By far the largest Kroger marketplace I have ever been to. Starbucks and their own cafe are nice additions that differ from other Krogers. They even have a bar next to the liquor store with friendly bartenders and a TV. Very good selection of local brews. Extensive seafood and meat department. Overall, one of my favorite grocery stores!

Items are pretty easy to find. Some good deals. Usually plenty of check out lines open. Two bathrooms and always clean.

One of the new Marketplace locations. Offers wider varieties across the usual Kroger grocery items and introduces household, clothing and other items to provide convenience and competition to other chains. Best produce in the town and the Boars Head dedicated section of meats and chesses is excellent. The beer, wine and cheese centers are fantastic way to learn, try and purchase items not found in most large chains.

I work second shift and find it alot more easier to get my stuff here less people. The employees will always help you find whatever your looking for. Always treat you with respect and will always lend a hand.

Great Kroger, easy access from the highway. Its a super Kroger they sell cloths and small house wares. There is a full pharmacy, it wasnt very busy. The have a lottery machine and other money services.

Terrible clicklist experience! Showed up and was told it would take an additional hour and then waited that plus another half hour and still nothing! Multiple cars pulled in and got their groceries right away. What gives?

Love shopping here! My youngest son loves the shopping carts that have cars attached! Near the entrance is a small shopping cart full of fruit for kids to munch on while shopping!

I went for a specific item and ask an employee where I can locate it and they took me directly to it. The employees here are very nice and do not seem to mind taking you to the items that you are looking for. That is a very nice experience as I have been to some stores to where they say oh I think its on all whatever our whatever and do not seem to want to take and show you where its at. I have to use an electric cart and so sometimes its hard to maneuver in stores but not at Krogers they have very large wide isles that makes it easy to maneuver the cart. They have many carts available and I have never had to wait to get into one unlike Walmart who has about 14 and normally the majority of those are out of service. Thank you for having multiple carts and fantastic employees.

Do not use click list. Youll wait 30 minutes for a pick up only for them to call you and tell you they cant get your order finished tonight.Terrible service, you should have called sooner or let me know when I first parked that it wouldnt be ready tonight instead of having me wait 30 minutes in my car.Will not use service again.

Pros: Store is clean and the employees are friendly. The selection is very good on most things. Fairly easy to get in and out of if they arent very busy.Cons: I dont know who designed the layout of the store but its very hard to find certain things. Ex: yogurt is in the juice aisle but Greek yogurt is with the dairy??? Also, maybe its a personal thing, but I dont care for people wandering the store with beers from the in-store bar. If you want to do that fine but shop afterwards.

This place is great they got some good deals atmosphere is very nice close to home and at least I can find some Red Dot powder and there other places are all out. But all in all its a good all-around fishing and hunting little market

Its not our Publix yet it seems as though its pretty much a higher class walmarx. A catchall of sorts a little bit of everything from convenience food to dollar store stuff. Selection is OK customer service is good nice bar inside.

Disappointed today when I went in specifically for the salad bar. Lettuce was dried up and almost gone. Nothing on the bar looked fresh, appeared dried up, brown or gooey. Not a big selection of things to choose from, multiples of same item.

I love shopping at the Marysville Kroger Marketplace! The store is always clean and the shelves are well stocked. Using weekly sales, special in-store sales and savings on my Kroger Plus Card, I save a lit of money.

Great new location. Much better than the old location. There is a great beer selection now.

Always busy, but a great place to shop. Learned that shopping there on a Monday means a lot of things are still not restocked from the weekend. Plenty of friendly folks working there and rarely have to wait for a checkout lane.

Cut my hand on one of their small carts. Took the cart to device desk after checking out. They didnt seem to interested. I said if a kid had cut his hand parents might use. Then he said lets empty my cart and would take it back to the rear. Should have bee n first thing he did.

We just moved here and this unfortunately I do not like this Kroger. I always get half of what I came for because they dont carry half the things I used to buy from the Grove City Kroger, and it wasnt even a mega store. Its a shame considering the size of this store. I always have to make a separate stop every single time I come here, even for bandaids. I just came in for butterfly bandaids for my son and now Im going to Meijer for them. After four failed attempts for a one stop shop I give up. I just wont come back here and waste my time anymore.

We have a Kroger two miles from our door, but I prefer to drive the 20+ miles to shop at the Marysville store. Not all Kroger stores are the same, in fact, some of them arent even similar.

This store offers all that you could desire. It was well lit, well stocked, and well managed. It will serve as my go to when in the area.

Everything was getting stocked so there was some clutter as expected. Had some amazing sales on alot of items!

Spilled a hot chocolate we got at star bucks and the lady at the register of the self check out nearly had an aneurism because she actually had to do something. When we let her know there was a spill (because no one came with anything to clean it, or acknowledge that there was a spill) she rudely replied I can see that and then continued to ignore us. Instead of attempting to clean it up, or get someone to clean it up, she tried to scan our water for us that we had already scanned. Gee thanks lady.
