Went into the T-Mobile store at Kings Mills, Jamie Greene Was the manager that assisted us she was so friendly and so knowledgeable she was honest and told us about the phones being on back order she explained all of the plans and all of our options very thoroughly That we didn’t even care to wait for the phones. It was a great experience from start to finish that I will definitely continue To bring my business to this store as long as she is here!!! Thank you so much Jamie for all of your help you’re so amazing!

Stopped here after seeing so many good reviews on this particular location. Ported 3 lines in to their Magenta plan. Kimberly was super friendly and helped us get our lines ported in, and also threw in a TMobile bag with some cool goodies from past TMobile Tuesdays giveaways. Store itself appeared very clean and had all the high end devices you would expect to see, but also some budget conscious devices in stock as well. Will definitely be back whenever we upgrade devices or need any help with our current service. Kimberly was awesome! 😎

Great customer service, stopped in to see if someone could help me re-sync my phone to my cars bluetooth. Ron was extremely helpful and was able to fix it. If I have anymore issues with my phone I will most definitely be back.

This store is absolutely the best everyone here is willing to save you money, the customer interaction is on another level, I especially love the manager Zack you can tell that he loves what he does and is so enthusiastic about everything love it! Not only that I love the other two workers Jeffrey and Bridgette, Jeffrey in particular is awkward but you can tell that he is trying his best, always answers you with a smile on his face. Bridgette in particular is extremely friendly she gets the job done no matter how hard it is.

Just got my phone turned on at Sprint Mason where Fred loaned me his own personal phone when my wife washed mine. this man went beyond the call of duty I recommend him for anybody out there that has a cellular telephone thanks Fred!!

Would like to thank manager Zack Johnston for a wonderful job he did the other day when I was in his store. Ive been with AT&T for twenty years now. I always felt I was being overcharged but AT&T wouldnt work with me. Zack helped me save over $180 per month with my new Sprint bill compared to my monthly AT&T bill. The crazy thing about all of this to me is, I received 6 new smart phones and they were nicer than what I had with AT&T and Im saving $180 a month. How can you explain that AT&T? Thanks Zack!

If I could give this place 50 stars, I would. Zack is an incredible store manager and treated myself and my family with the utmost respect. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you will leave the store with a smile on your face. This store was hands down the best sprint store and the best customer service my family and I have ever received and its all thanks to Zack.

Fred was a true gentleman and educator. I never thought someone my age would be able to keep up this easily, would not have been possible without his help, patience and understanding.

This was one of the best sprint experiences I’ve had! Had some difficulties with upgrading my phone, to no fault of the store, but the manager Zack was very helpful and patient through the whole process! Definitely knew I was leaving without having to worry about any future problems, or hidden charges with my new device.

By far the best Sprint store Ive been in. Came here directly from another Sprint store that didnt have the phone I wanted in stock and was amazed at the difference between this store and others. Store Manager Zach and his staff were friendly and you can tell they take pride in their store. Very easy going and they knew their facts. Wont be going to any other Sprint store besides this location.

I stopped in at Zacks store on a visit from Indiana and was treated with the utmost respect and hospitality you could ever get from a stranger. He will bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied. If you are ever in the area of Mason Ohio or just passing through check him out you can’t go wrong.

I just recently have been helped at the sprint store by Mr zach and had a really great experience. He was really funny and kept saying he is the king of the castle over and over. i am really excited about being with sprint and home i get the same customer service as i did from the king of the castle. I dont know what Q one means but you deserve it!!!

I walked into this location aggrivated and fed up with my experience with other providers until I met, Zackary Johnston. He was beyond helpful and informative, which left me leaving with peace-of-mind and not a single unanswered question. After leaving with a great phone, at a great price, the whole process left me thinking........ this gentlemen is overqualified and Sprint will remain my carrier from this moment on.
