The employees at this place are always so friendly. Service is super quick. We have returned Amazon items here as well as mailed other items here and the experience is always smooth and fast.

Staff is prompt in helping customers. However, nearly every time Ive been to this location, the staff is not wearing masks, in particular an older man with short white hair and a white beard who leaves his mask dangling off one ear. I wish they showed more courtesy for their customers and one another by following basic health and safety guidance.

Tim was so helpful for my last couple of trips that I was in this store. He was proud to be working there and always eager to go the extra mile for customers.

Needed a document notarized.rather urgently, so called a nearby UPS store and was told the Notary leaves at 6.30 PM . Reached there around 6.15 pm to be told the Notary left for the day. I had called to confirm the time so I was visibly upset. Googled nearby UPS stores and called this location. Tim the owner answered the phone, and after hearing my debacle at the other location, reassured me that he will be available till the store closes at 7PM. Drove there, Tim the owner greeted us and got our document notarized. He was nice enough not to charge us a fee ( since we had a bad experience recently at another UPS franchise). Have been to his store a few more times and will never go anywhere else from here on. Honest, professional and courteous. THIS IS HOW YOU ACQUIRE CUSTOMERS FOR THE LONG HAUL !
