As a dealership, Im sure theyre good for getting you the vehicle you want. But, the service department is lacking and the employees and salesmen are overworked, overwhelmed, and obviously not treated well. Did not get a good vibe from this place.

If I could rate this place any lower than a one, I would. I brought my vehicle in for a grinding noise while breaking or stopping. They replaced the brakes and rotors. After getting the vehicle back, the noise was still there. I brought it back and they told me that the calipers were bad and needed to be replaced. When I got the vehicle back, the noise was still there. I then brought it back and they told me that the axle had an issue. I had that fixed, after getting it back, the noise was still there. $1200 later, the issue was not resolved. To add to that, the service manager Scott was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with and treated me like I was stupid. Enjoy the $1200…..I’ll never make the mistake of going there again!

ABSOLUTEY THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT! Brought in my Ram truck for a recall on the tailgate latch. After the repair the handle was very hard to pull on. Went in to tell the service manager. He said the latch need replacing that it was rusted. WhenI told him it worked just fine beepair he literally YELLED at me saying they were not replacing the latch. Very disrespectful to me. Wouldnt even listen to what I was saying. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

Just bought a 2019 Ram 2500 from Cody. 3/4 and 1 ton trucks are hard to come by with Covid going on. Cody communicated with me that the truck I was initially interested in was sold, but found another one at their sister store and had it ready for me to pick up within a few days. Keith also hooked me up with financing at a great rate and terms that worked for me.After not getting service at several other dealerships I would recommend Blevin’s to anyone!

One of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with. This dealership brags about being the home of the lifetime power train warranty but tries to do everything they can to get your warranty voided.

Wouldnt go back there .... I seriously thought the salesman was glued to the chair.... He didnt greet ...looked like he was being bothered by questions ... Many other dealerships

I just had some recalls that needed to be done on my jeep Cherokee... they said it would take three hours ... it is now seven hours and still not done... I called and asked service if it was done and if not how much longer... I didn’t even get a chance... the man in service whom answered my call said “ I said we would call you when it was done “ and hung up on me .... some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with ... I will never deal with them again

Brought my Caliber, under warranty, to Blevins for the required inspection. It required other work that was under warranty, but since they wouldnt get paid for the work, they delayed until the lifetime warranty was voided by Chrysler because the work wasnt done within the warranty grace period. Ill NEVER go to any Blevins location for anything, and would suggest the same to you.

I have found Scott, Kennedy, the service Manager at Blevins in Massena to be the rudest mechanic/service manager I have ever dealt with in my life. I get nauseous just driving by that place.

Scott from the service dept. does an excellent job when it comes to having repairs done to my vehicle. He explains things out and gave me a choice of what work I wanted him to go ahead with. Blevins has taken very good care of me since the first time I went there. I am sorry that I trusted any other car dealer. Thank you to the Blevins team.

Service team is great....ownership well if you purchased your vehicle somewhere else dont bother going there for warranty work you will be told to go back to where you bought the vehicle even if it is 2hrs away

A very nice gentleman that had gone in to work early came out and looked at my truck. Looked up the part number and luckily they had the part in stock. I was on my way home in no time. Very poor customer service. I wish I could lock - unlock or even start my truck with out being 1 foot from my truck. i was in the shop over 10 times for the same problem to this day it still does not work. All I want is to be able to lock my doors to my tuck. Is that to much to ask?Respond to your response.... My truck has been there many times to fix this. It has never worked. Why would I have to be 1 foot away to lock my doors. Your team has lied to me saying they will order a booster for it. I was told there is no such thing in my next visit. I was sold a lemon 🍋

Went in today for a recall repair. I got he added bonus of a car wash and they cleaned the inside. Best car dealership I have ever worked with. I have bought 3 vehicles with them and I have never had a problem.

So....3 weeks ago a recall on my truck caused the tailgate to drop while I was towing a trailer. My tailgate was damaged. I contacted RAM and was told take it to a dealer with a body shop and have them submit pictures to have the tailgate repaired. I decided to give a local dealer the business and went to Blevins Body Shop in Potsdam. They took pictures and said they would speak to John Blevins and get his OK to take care of this issue. During this time I had service work done at Blevins and I stopped in the body shop to ask the status of my tailgate claim. The woman in the shop said that John Blevins said they would do the work and she would let me know the status from RAM. I waited and over the course of the past 3 weeks they kept telling me that they were busy and didn’t have time to contact RAM to get the work approved. They said that they would call RAM multiple times and let me know the outcome but never did.This morning I called Blevins and asked what was happening since nobody called me last Friday like they said they would. The woman I spoke with said she was too busy but would call RAM and call me back.I just got a call from Blevins and they said they would not do the work on my tailgate. I asked if RAM denied the claim and the man I spoke with said no, we just don’t choose to do the work. He said we can refuse your business if we want to and we won’t do the failed recall work on your truck.While I understand I did not buy my truck from them I have made many purchases from the Blevins group and was trying to bring my business back to them. I had a bad experience previously buying a camper from them and had avoided them due to that experience.I do not appreciate being lied to and it has become obvious that customer service is not the business they are interested in. I was certainly looking at returning my business to Blevins but this experience has definitely made my decision for me.This afternoon I called Chrusler Customer Support and they told me that Blevins had not submitted a claim for my tailgate as they had told me they did. Another lie.

This dealership is horrible. Tried to screw my husband on a trade because his exhaust was bad. Ended up going to try and fix it to trade, found out that the exhaust was under warranty. Went back, told them the exhaust was under warranty then they fixed it but acted like they didnt know. They also wouldnt honor the fact that they HAVE to fix my under warranty vehicle. Stating that I have to take it to the dealership that I bought it from. Its actually illegal. Legally, they have to fix it. Service Dept. told me to call Chrysler and complain. We try to shop local whenever we can but they make it so hard. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Biggest RIP off around avoid at all cost !! Ordered a part realized it was the wrong Part and they charged us 30 percent restocking fee ...it was a matter of hours of ordering. It could have been a simple phone call to cancel because the part had not even shipped yet !!!

More than a great place. Super, curious, always putting the customer first going above and beyond to help. They will always be my go to for my RAMS.

Blevins is a place were you can make new friends helpful staff good prices really good service department I bought a Dodge journey with low mileage off the front lot at a near whosale price.the general manager Tony got it ready for me thanks guys 😁

I got my car with them and it’s still kicking. I usually only take my vehicle into them for oil changes or tire changes. A little more pricey but I at least trust them.However, they won’t usually use parts you bring in or anything. They only use parts they get that are from the original factory which makes them more costly.

Went into the shop for an oil change on Monday. They did the oil change and did a quick look over of the rest of the car (or so they said). They said there was a noise coming from the front of the vehicle that was probably a strut. I have yet observe said noise. I did however have my car die on the side of the road on Friday (4 days later) in cold weather and upon popping the hood there was so much corrosion on the battery terminals you could barely see the terminals, something no one mentioned to me but was very obvious. My family has used this particular location for several generations now and have had great service but ever since they went from being Massena Chrysler Dodge and Jeep under Al McGrath to management under Blevins, the prices seem to be going up and they ALWAYS manage to find something further wrong with your vehicle than what you came into the shop for. No longer impressed.

Said our car needed new brakes all around and the front made it dangerous to drive. Independent mechanic said front looked new and only rear needed replacement.
