Its been a couple years since Ive been into this World Market. It seems to be slowly on its way out.... there is a LOT less stuff. The wine and beer section is about a third of what it use to be. International food selections are far less. Likely wont be back as they didnt read have anything not available elsewhere.

The cashier was super sweet and made sure that I got my 15% off. Its not very often you get such great customer service 🙂

Love coming here always! Had the nicest girl check me out afterwards, Kaitlyn. She made my day by just chatting with us and being so kind. As a cashier, I know its hard to keep that “customer service” face up, but she exuded such natural charisma and charm that was so lovely and really tied the World Market experience up in a nice little bow! I placed an order for an item for curbside pickup but had to leave town for an emergency. I called the store to let them know and I was told it was fine. When I returned home I traveled 30 minutes to the store for the item after receiving a text stating it was available for pick up only to arrive at the store to be told that they canceled the order and they don’t know why I got that text. They stated I could come in and REPURCHASE the item. But it’s just not realistically in my budget to purchase again and wait DAYS for a refund. Save yourself the headache go to another location. This is the second issue I’ve had with this location. I won’t leave a chance for a 3rd.

Due to Pandemic I had no been out, this is one of my favorite places! Always manage to find unique items here! Hence my love for this place! Of course we enjoyed our shopping experience! Just wished it was longer! Lol... always, clean and friendly employees making sure you find what you need!

I have loved World Market for many years. They always have an amazing collection of furniture and decorations for your home. They also carry food from around the world.

Love this place, love their imported food options. They always have great toys and gifts for all occasions. They are a bit overpriced on a lot of items but they make up for it with other items like with the rewards program, the clearance items the holiday sales.

Unexpected, worldly, and full of really cool things! This store has everything imaginable from kitchen tables to clothing to bath products, toys, international foods and more!! If you want to create a gift that’s fun and different, you can find everything you need here! Make sure you have plenty of time to browse, because there’s so much packed into one store. Wonderful for making a gourmet basket, or finding special kitchen ware. One word though, a lot of the items have come from China, so if you’re an American made only buyer, you may want to skip this place.

Always a very neat place to browse. A bit on the pricey side, however a good place to get food, candy, sauces that you would not get in your regular supermarket. Also has a wide variety of furniture, wines, coffees, and nifty things to put around your home or office.

I love shopping the sale and clearance foods. Since I had a 15% discount for curbside pickup, I started my shopping online. However, most of my desired items were only available in store. With the help of one employee, I was able to find one item in an area I had difficulty locating. With the assistance of the manager and the cashier, all the online sale prices were matched when the rung up at the original price. The cashier, Jennifer, was outgoing and personable.

Plenty of gormet foods and spices along with home furnishings and more. Good prices and friendly staff.

It is a a fun place to go to find interesting items from around the world. I know that sounds simple but it was fun to see foods, beers and unusual gift that you cant pick up at the corner walmart. Ginger beer from japan, jelly babies from england (shout out to the whovians). I found some chocolates from Australia which honey combs in the center. So in short i found the store to be fun and the staff to happy plus helpful.

Such a great selection of items

Its one of Gods little tests, this place. Once entered, youre transported to a different realm, one youre not sure is entirely human, but nevertheless draws you in like some Eldritch beast. The prices are odd, yet not egregious; the decor is predictable, yet unconventional in the hardest to explain ways. It appears as if the building is bigger on the inside, but shrinks as you peruse the vast quantities of rugs and carpets they possess. Only for the brave, both in mind and wallet, but be warned, it takes a toll. Be prepared to experience existential cultural agony. Would visit again.

Absolutely LOVE this store. I use to come all of the time and walk down all of the aisles looking at the beautiful things they sold. They have such unique products.The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful

Ive been shopping at World Market for around twelve years, and I still always find good things. Every year I buy chocolate oranges for our Christmas stockings, and its impossible to walk in there this time of year without finding other great stocking stuffers. I dont buy much home decor there, but lots of kitchen supplies, greeting cards, food, and random things I didnt know I needed.

I love this chain. They always have interesting, fun and {sometimes} useful items for your home.The staff at this location are always helpful and have been patient with me when I was a terrible customer and didnt realize they were closed. 🤦🏼‍♀️Thankfully I was only a few minutes past their time...Im sorry guys, thank you for being wonderful!

We visited earlier today and I needed to say that Mariah (sp?) was simply AMAZING today! She was very personable, and helped us make some selections today! She went above and beyond and made our experience today a memorable one :) Cant wait for the seasonal coffees and teas!

This World Market is always well stocked and very clean! They have the newest and greatest things. You can spend so much time just browsing through the store. The lay out is nice and easy to navigate (and find things if you’re just running in and out). I always love visiting this particular store when I’m in town. I always find something that I just can’t walk away from!

So many items to choose from, it can be a little overwhelming!

They seem to be focusing more on furniture lately. Less international stuff. I would go there all the time for the international foods I cant find in the regular grocery stores. Now they have furniture and tons of snacks. They still have a decent selection of kitchenware as in glasses and cups etc. They are mostly heading mainstream.

This is a very nice store because of this everything sells out very quickly! if youre planning on shopping here make sure you go as soon as you hear about a deal. You should just shop online and have it delivered to the store because they really run out of things fast here!

AKA World Market, as everyone actually knows it as. Great store. albeit on the pricier side. But great selection of some international foods and drinks. Great for those seeking their national food or looking to try out some things from another country. Also good furniture styles and often times actually amazing deals if you sign up for their emails. We got our dining room table here for 50% off of 700+!!!! Enjoy this true little gem of a store that every pintrest wife would love to go to. Also makes for good gifts for those into office decor or kitchen type items.

Different items not available at other stores

Ive been here a couple of times, and its always fun to see what unique items they carry. I purchased a discounted chair here from the floor, and they always seem to get new items in. (Some fixtures I have found to be staples of the store, like the small secretary desk and some food items). Good for eclectic finds especially in regards to home decor.

They have lots of household items and a lot of gourmet food items too. Things that you cant really find anywhere else. I love to go in there and just browse sometimes. Great Place!

In my opinion this World Market is the best. I also go to the Cotswold one frequently but the Matthews one has far more things in stock. The staff are really friendly and theyre always changing out the merchandise.

Great sale on wine before Christmas. Got lots of yummy snacks. They have a really good brand of mochi. Cashier was very helpful.

I love the layout and the staff personnel, they were very helpful in bringing items of interest to cash register as I continued to shop and two other members were throwing out ideas for me when I could not choose one of two items. Great experience will be back again.

Horrible staff service.I had purchased multiple items on sale for Christmas and noticed that they hadnt taken off the full price of the sale. I came back the next day to return some items and request a price change with the receipt in hand.The lady I spoke to at the cash register was utterly rude!She made me feel like I was such a hassle from the beginning, never apologizing for the issue.She told me that only an employee with a badge (which I assume is the manager) could complete the price change for me, and then just paused. As if she was waiting for me to say ok, bye!I literally had to ask her to please CALL the manager over the intercom because she wasnt going to do it. After a few minutes of no response from the badge lady she told me that she didnt know where she and to just come back another time and to bring the merchandise I bought with me because I could do a price change without it.I knew this wasnt true and that she just wanted me to leave, so I asked her to just get the manager, again.While we were waiting she finished my return and mumbled that this was the second time she had to do this today.At this point I was just stunned at how unprofessional this employee was treating me, but I was not leaving.Finally the manager showed up and wasnt rude but still made me feel like a hassle. She didnt talk much and had me show her which items I wanted to do a price change on in the store. She finally did it for me and I left.This just took SO much longer than it should of and I will not shop at this World Market again. It was a horrible experience which is unfortunate because I enjoy shopping at the World Market.Employees should treat their customers with respect even if a stressful Holiday season.Take your business elsewhere!

Expensive!!! Twinings tea bags I usually get at Ollies for a couple of dollars (just across the street) are $9.99 here...crazy. Too many other examples of overpricing to list too....I wont be back.
