Very bad experience overall. I called the number on google map for a moving job and talked with a lady at call center. After explaining their rate I want to confirm the schedule so she connected me with the local office to talk to the mover directly. The mover had a different rate and counted in extra transportation cost. I said its different from what I was told before, then he got impatient and mad and hung up on me directly. Truly a huge disappointment!

All My Sons was a nightmare to deal with. We were moving from South Carolina to North Carolina. They were very quick to make sure they were paid however the service we received was poor at best and trying to get money back from them is nearly impossible. There is too much to list but I will say they ran over a tree when backing into the drive way after I offered to spot them. They damaged our couches and chairs, they damaged our dining room table. It looked as if they threw the chairs into the moving truck, they weren’t packed appropriately. Our end tables were damaged because they placed my saw horses against them. The moving blankets they had on the truck stayed secured and were never used. The dropped our couch and table because one person was trying to lift it. They were exceptionally unprofessional. So when we asked for money back on the damaged items they offered $200 which the tree alone was $1500 to replace. When I asked to speak with a supervisor they stated they do not have a company directory to give me a number. I got the run around for about a month. Literally a month. Then when I looked at the final bill they charged us for materials they never used such as large clothes boxes, packaging materials etc around $150. Any way if you have no other option I guess then you have to do what you have to do but I would never recommend them nor will I ever use them again.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. My fiancé scheduled a move with this company for first thing this morning. They called a couple days ago to let us know we were moved to 1pm, which I was not happy with, but whatever. Now, at 3:25pm on moving day, I’m sitting here on the way to get a uhaul and move everything ourselves because All My Sons no-showed us and after all 3 times we called, they said “they should be calling you shortly to let you know they are on the way”. We have to be out of our house TODAY. I am livid and have never had this terrible of an experience in my life. We have no way to get our washer/dryer and refrigerator out of the house on our own. I have called probably 10+ moving companies to try and schedule something last minute but this late in the day, it’s impossible. Thanks for royally screwing us. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

My quote was for $188 an hour. Cool. No problem. They were supposed to call twice before the appointment. My moving day was on Monday and as of Saturday afternoon I havent received any calls. So I call them and they confirm my appointment time between 8-10am on Monday. I drive from SC to NC to be there by 8am. They finally showed up at 12:30pm. When I get my receipt via email there were charges that I was not told about, even a mattress bag charge even though I had no mattress, and $140 for driving charges and no discount for me missing 2.5 hours of work sitting there past their 2 hour window. I called multiple times about these charges and was told I would get a call back because the manager was tied up with a customer but I never did. Lastly my leather ottomans were badly damaged during the move and I emailed them photos of the damage and still no response. Tried calling again during business hours but got no answer. I would never recommend this company and for the first time in my life I am disputing the charges with my credit card company otherwise they will continue to do business this way!!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about All My Sons. My family has moved many times and this was our best move ever. Bud and Harris took great care with our items, were very friendly, and exceptionally thorough. Customer service is also fantastic. Darrel and the entire staff were so helpful. I highly recommend All My Sons!

The guys that did the actual moving were great. They were quick, polite, and professional. My issue is with the dispatcher, I believe its Dan. Dan argued with me about the start time that had already been agreed upon. I had no control over the time because closing was same day and I wouldnt have keys until a certain time. Dan then ended the call with a sarcastic.. good luck on closing AND moving in the same day. I didnt ask for Dans opinion. After the move, I noticed we never got the keys to our storage units back. I called Dan and he will not return my calls or even answer when I call. I had to call another office for someone to get a hold of him and I still have no resolution.*UPDATE* called back after not having my calls retuned... Person on the phone said I would get them at some point. I asked if I needed to get the authorities involved to get my items back and was told go ahead and call the police. Do not use this business

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY-I moved in July and I talked with their customer service to get a quote and do a virtual tour of my place prior and it was very professional. They also talked about the bad reviews and said it was because it is not their elite crew. I paid more and get the certified crew and felt good about the move before. When the day came the crew showed up on time and worked fast but they broke my 65 year old record player (I do believe this was an accident). The issue came when we got to my new house and the first thing the movers were going to unload was my bike... the worker decided to ride it down the ramp from the truck but instead fell off the top. He flew over the handle bars and was laying on my driveway for a few minutes. When I looked at the bike the tire had popped, handlebar is all messed up and the whole side was scratched!! The was just being reckless because he could have just walked it down.The biggest issue came when I tried to file a claim for the bike- I was told because I did not purchase insurance they would not cover it! This issue did not have to deal with an accident and more recklessness! No one at the company or HQ could help and they never paid for all the damages that would have been so easy to avoid.They are a really poor company if anything goes wrong and do not train their employees properly- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I set our move up and paid deposit a month in advance. Prepared and expected you for over 8 hours after repeatedly being told you were coming. The filling day your crew was two hours late and began charging prior to arrival. Thanks for nothing.So after the initial no show the following day three guys came not four as promised. When they came it took them 5 hours instead of the typical 3-4. The time we would have saved was lost waiting on guys to come help move a piano that initially Mike said would not be moved. I have never had such a negative customer service experience and after years of using all my son’s can safely say not only will I never use your services again but I will take the time to fill out Yelp reviews, online feedback and ensure none of my 1500 contacts ever use you either. Completely unprofessional and left on hold or not communicated with at all. It wasn’t just the lack of care and attention but the indifference to still feel as though the rate was worthy of what should be changed despite the poor showing and the damaged furniture it by far was the absolute worst experience I have ever had and the insult on top of it all was to pay for the poor service.

As my wife and I were looking to move back into our house after 11 months, we chose All My Sons. What a disappointing decision this came to be. We completed our move in August, however we are still in dispute for items they damaged and one toolbox the moving manager stole. Completely disappointing result and their inability to rectify the stolen goods matter shows they are a business that does not fully care for the customers contents and or personal property. I would not recommend anyone using their service. Uhaul would be better.

My family used this morning company six months ago and the gentleman were very friendly and fast. Needless, to say I wanted to use them again. However this time the supervisor rude Mel was extremely disrespectful and condescending. My husband and I were quote $145 after we explained in detail the type of services we needed . We paid the deposit then we received a call with a different hourly rate. I asked for the manager to see if they would honor the original quote we ended up with rude Mel and his disdainful attitude. When he asked what I wanted him to do I said I wanted him to honor the quote we were given instead he said that he will refund the deposit and hung up the phone. MelI am extremely disappointed in their treatment of repeat customer service. I feel extremely foolish recommending them to other people. Mel is a very rud person.

Absolutely the worst moving experience I ever had. Charged me more than a 1000 dollars for almost a bed room apt ( more like a studio) for moving in a 3 miles distance. Do not trust these 5 stars. This company lies, overcharges, and threaten you to cancel your appointment on your moving day.

We expected them to arrive for our move between 8-10 am. We had booked them well over a month ago. At 9 am on arrival morning, they called to cancel due to covid. Ok ok, that’s fine. Then we find out they have done this to a minimum of 4 other families moving in the last 2 weeks. If they truly had covid, they could’ve given more notice. I will not recommend to family or friends ever again.

The guys that actually came to my house did a great job but I was quoted $752.00 and it ended up costing me 1480.00 and I even helped moved the furniture. The guys took a lunch which wasn’t even taken out of the hours worked. They also did say if they take long enough then they wouldn’t have to go to the second job so they were going to take their time. Which I ended up paying for. There were 3 guys and then I helped moved nightstands and end tables. They did a good job with the actual moving part they just took advantage of the time by taking many breaks and also taking a lunch that I had to pay for. I would never use them again.

The drivers can’t drive at all. Literally cut across lanes almost hitting people just to get onto the highway and honked back like other people were in the wrong. Beware if you have them move your stuff, your items may be damaged due to their lack of driving skills.

Not a great experience with All My Sons! Booked my move, paid the deposit, and the morning of they cancelled 20-30 minutes after their estimated arrival time. They did suggest other movers to contact and their customer service was fair up until then. Just sucks to be cancelled on with such short notice!

After scheduling a move a month in advance and doing the virtual walk through the house, they showed up and said there was too much stuff in the way to move the furniture and they left. We had already closed on the new house and had to make other arrangements. FYI, one of the movers showed up smoking a cigar. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

We used these guys to unload two Upack trailers that came from out of state. A Four gentleman crew came on time. They had brought equipment to cover and protect things for the move. There was four of them but three of them worked super hard as we had a lot of large, heavy stuff which made it very difficult at times. They worked in a timely fashion and took breaks when it was truly needed. They took care of our stuff and other than one small spot, there was no damage to the walls or the floors. Very professional and worth every penny. Amir Johnson was in charge of the group and did a great job from the minute they got here. He made sure everything was going smooth and as fast as possible. I dont know how they do this, but I should mention that since we did not have a set delivery date for the trailers but wanted them unloaded as soon as they got here, they offered to give us a time slot and if the trailers had not come or there was a problem, they would just reschedule. What a peace of mind that was. We appreciated that. Would recommend them and use them again.

Save yourself the headache-and hire someone else *especially if you’re on a budget. This place is a joke. We moved in March and I’m still livid about my experience with these people. I was given a great quote(should have known it was too good to be true) and was charged $450 more than quoted. I was very clear in telling the person on the phone that even though I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment- I had a ton of stuff ( and heavy/ solid furniture). They said okay we will send two guys between 10 and 2 to get me moved. I asked if they were sure the men would be able to handle the furniture and was told yes, they will be fine. The day of, I got a call around 12 that they would be at my apartment in 20 minutes. Ten minutes later-I get a call telling me they “forgot” they had another job-they were going to do that “quick”. At 730 pm after several phone calls checking to see if I still wanted to be moved-someone arrived. Two boys who had already worked all day and clearly weren’t planning on moving a third house, arrived. They had great attitudes but moved slow-to the point where my husband I knew if we didn’t help-we would be there until 230. I had all boxes ready in the main living space and all furniture taken apart in advance. A job that was quoted to take maybe three hours took almost 6. Not to mention the 20 minute detour the boys took after midnight to grab a drink from the gas station. Beware of hidden fees as well. I called the office a few days later to express how displeased I was with my experience and the person that took my call could have cared less and offered a credit for the next time.....there certainly WILL NOT be a next time.

The moving crew was efficient and professional. All My Sons Moving did a great job from initial quote to final move. They stayed in touch to make sure everything went as planned. Would definitely recommend them.

Preston, Brad, Damien, and Leo made move in day the best day we could have asked for. Not only were they efficient, and cautious with every box and piece of furniture they were also extremely polite! They made sure to check that everything was exactly where we wanted it to be.Overall they were extremely conscientious and we are beyond happy with our decision to choose All My Sons moving and storage.

Pretty good experience overall. The guys they sent were friendly and worked hard and my stuff was handled with care. Unlike a few other companies I had issues with, the booking process here was quick and easy. My only complaint is they were pretty off with the estimate. I had to pay more than I expected because the person I spoke with on the phone and the estimator they sent out were pretty off what the final total was. I still paid of course because they did a good job, but if you are on a strict budget I would be aware of this.

These are the worst movers I have ever had an experience with. They put lots of scratches in my new home, did not even reassembled my dinning table properly. They did not even bothered to return my table and couple of other stuff. When I am calling the company they are not responding.Initially they told me there won’t be any hidden fees, but when it was time to unload my stuff at destination, they asked to me to over pay then only they would unload. Worst movers I have ever dealt with.

Simon, AJ, and James helped my grandma into her new apt! They did a great job! And made her feel like at the end if it all they were all friends! She felt well taken care of even with her heavy stuff!

Cameron, AJ, and Malcolm were very friendly and courteous. They were fast and efficient. If you ever need someone to help you move I recommend this three men. You will not be disappointed.

Was quoted $1800 for the move final bill was $3000 after talking with the manager was adjusted to $2700. I feel they are a bate and switch company. Under estimating to get the job then giving the actual bill when they are done. Oh by the way they require full payment at delivery of your stuff so you get your hands tied with the bogus quote. This is suppose to be a professional company able to give an estimate with in a few $100. The movers didnt want to be there and it showed. they damage the furniture as well as my hardwood floor. The only reason i gave them a 1 star is the manager was very responsive when i called. Dont use this company you will regret it.

I was impressed by the team work the guys had. They definitely had a system down. I watched as the truck was packed so professionally. The crew I had went above and beyond what I expected. I couldnt have done the hard work they did. Im so grateful. Thank you

So far not so good! The crew of three men arrived on time at 8:30. Two of the men were hard workers and the third was substandard. He was slow, avoided the harder jobs, spent a lot of time in our bathroom and purposely left items in the wrong rooms because it appeared he did not want to move anything to the second floor. The crew estimated the move to be done by 4:30 PM and informed the boss of same. That was what I was charged. At 4:30 PM the job was incomplete and when I asked the crew if there was not a provision to extend the time (at our expense of course) I was told no. I tried calling the office and guess what - the office closed at 4:30 PM. Items disassembled by them were left unassembled. The dining room hutch top was placed on top of the bottom and not attached. Thankfully I noticed it and attached it myself before adding the glassware and china. The electric bed wires were not functioning, the electric reclining sofa transformer was broken and an electric recliner cord was missing. The third piece was perfect and had been properly shrink-wrapped to safely contain the electric cord and transformer. The sofa and other recliner were not so lucky which accounted for the damage to the electric components. Other furniture and boxes were placed inside the wrong rooms. The chest of drawers has a 2 x 6 whole in it and a nightstand has a large chunk out of the leg. A seam strip on a desk is completely missing. I have filed a claim and time will tell if that is handled appropriately and timely.This is Covid-19 pandemic time and absolutely no precautions were maintained - no gloves, masks or social distancing. I began to worry that the one worker that was much slower than the other two was sick - he spend multiple and long times in our bathroom, asked for water, sugared soda or drink and Tylenol.There is no inventory control numbers and sheets to track your items so I have no way of knowing if we got everything we moved. Toward the end of the loading the crew chief said his truck was too small and we could just put the smaller things in our car. No help to do so and not all the items left in the old house were small enough for our car.Since they closed the office at 4:30 PM I called the supervisor the next morning and was told he was in a meeting and would return my call. Later that afternoon I called again after getting no return call and conveyed my issues. He appeared less than concerned about my issues. He did say that yes there is the ability to extend the time and that the team should not have left with the job incomplete. He made no effort to correct the issue related to unassembled items which is in the contract. He wanted to know what my primary issue was and I said that I wanted to know if the one worker was sick and that I wanted a call back. One week later still no call back. I did receive a claims packet which I have forwarded to Customer Care (or not-care from the face of it). We have struggled to get the bed and recliners working with an addition of a new transformer and lots of effort on our 70+ year old bodies. Boxes and furniture pieces are still being moved to the correct rooms little by little as we are able.I told my husband that I felt like the supervisor was blowing me off and after no response for 8 days I am convinced of it. We have moved multiple times and this is not the norm for local, in-state or national moves by far. I recommend that you avoid All My Sons completely.

The whole experience from the first phone call to All My Sons till when they finished was very professional and very friendly. Thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful moving day experience! Amir and his crew were prompt and professional. After packing up eight years of accumulation it was like a miracle watching it all move, with their help, from our apartment to our new home. They wrapped every piece of furniture before putting it on the truck. Everything arrived in great condition. Price is reasonable for the high level of service, care and communication.

Zero Stars! Horrible experience for my entire family, including my 1yr old. Where’s the crib? Too many details to even spend time on and explain. Anthony Nitti is a crook and knows it. This company represented poor values and a lack of care for families and people in general. Strongly recommend you give your money to someone else. I was lied to, taken advantage of, and told to file in small claims court or move on. There are some families that wouldn’t be able to recover from the damage this company did to my furniture and my bank account. Hope this was helpful to someone out there.

James and his crew, Chris & Devin, were a blessing. They arrived on time, were very professional and polite. The worked very quickly, but extremely careful with our furniture and equipment. They put everything back where it belonged in our new home and accommodated any changes. If we could, we would give them a rating over 5.

I do NOT recommend All My Sons Movers. If I could give 0 stars, I would.They showed up at 9:05 but didnt actually start working until 9:30 - 9:45.Two of the guys had earbuds in their ears so you couldnt even talk to them.One guy kept messing with his phone even though I told him not to do that.One guy was wearing flip-flops. They were very slow moving things out.One guy was in the bathroom for 20 minutes and clogged my toilet.They left two of my computer chairs behind at the old house sitting on the porch. I thought they had put them in the truck and didnt notice until we got to the new house. They damaged a few of my things. The corners of my bed and the bottom of one dresser and the side of another dresser. Pictures enclosed.

The BEST move I have ever had! The staff was so friendly and available to answer all my questions and concerns. The young men who came to move my furniture were excellent! They treated it like it was their own. I will definitely be using All My Sons again in the future! They really treat you like you are part of the family.

Had an awesome experience with this company. It was almost so easy it was too good to be true. They showed up on time moved everything out carefully. All of the movers were very nice and worked hard the entire time. We definitely felt like it was worth every penny. There were NO hidden fees and extra charges! I had the worst experience with the movers from Matthews. They picked up my furniture from the 2 bedroom 2 bath home i was leaving and took it to a storage unit. A month later i had another moving company move me from the storage unit to an apartment and most of my furniture had been badly damaged. They completely ripped the one side of my computer desk off and it was not fixable. Banged and badly scratched my dresser mirror, took a big chunk off of my one night stand. Ruined my new storage bench by ripping the leg off on the bottom and stand on one end on the concrete storage unit which scratched it up bad. They also ruined my coffee table and end table by scratching the tops of them up by setting heavy items on them. I called and received no compensation. I had to go through corporate and it took 5 months to get it resolved. DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS!!!

Absolutely terrible! By far the worst moving service. The biggest rip off! We were moving a total of 10 big items 5 miles away and instead of being there the day they scheduled us they called us 3 hours later telling us we were going to be moving the next day due to weather. Would have been nice to know ahead of time before we had packed up. Then we were told the moving team would be there at 9:00 am the next day and they didnt even show up until 9:45. From that point the movers started wrapping all of our furniture up and did not even ask us or tell us that was going to cost even more money. 2 1/2 hours later they finally have two pieces of furniture wrapped up and still not in their truck. The movers took numerous smoke breaks 20-30 minutes at a time while we were paying for that time. Then once everything was packed up we left the house it took the mover an hour to get to our new house which was only 5 miles away. Once again we were paying for the hour and travel time. The movers left trash all over the house that we were moving from along with tracking mud all through our house. My husband and I both called the manager Russell about their behavior and our experience and he did not seem to care one bit just basically played dumb. This company deserves no stars at all. Our furniture was not even placed where I had asked. This moving company is a complete ripoff. The movers clearly would rather sit in their truck and smoke and slouch than actually do work.

This was my 3rd time using All My Sons.They did a great job as always. On time, follow up calls, polite, responsive, and the price was accurate to their quote. Extreme happy with their service and highly recommend them!

All my sons moved my family on January 4, 2020. Overall it went well and the crew was good. There was one issue, the crew took the doors off the refrigerator that was to be moved. When it was delivered and the doors reattached they were not in alignment. I called the supervisor and he was very responsive. I was informed this wasnt their policy to take the doors off appliances. One if the crew members came back and tried to align the doors. He wasnt able to do it, so the company sent an appliance specialist. I really appreciate that the company took ownership and ensured the problem was reminded. Chris, in the office, was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I am thankful he took additional effort to make sure the issue was addressed.

Had a small move. Called all my sons and told them what I had. They gave me a price, but it would still be by the hour, sounded good so I told them to bring it on. Guys showed up about 45 min late, ok that’s fine, I’m literally just moving all day. Two guys got out went right to work. The third guy however got out and started explaining this and that. The other Guys were talking about how easy a day they were going to have and it probably wouldn’t take as long as they had planned. About an hour in I was laying on a couch in the corner that we weren’t taking and the third guy says,”we just got another ticket y’all need to slow down” and slow down they did. Got my stuff loaded up brought it to the new house then told me I would have to pay before they took the stuff off the truck and if I didn’t pay they wouldn’t take it off the truck but the price was almost double the price they quoted me but had no choice, it felt like a strong arm robbery. If you charge by the hour how do you know when you are getting done? So I had the manager call me and the strong arm robbery continued, its that or we don’t take it off the truck. Went to sign the final ticket which said closer to the price I was quoted but they ended up charging the higher price but since everything is on a tablet they gave me no paperwork to fall back on. Very disappointed.

Moved last October and it was a wonderful experience. They wrapped my furniture and took great care with all of my household items. I would recommend them to anyone.

Several items missing from my home after the move, including a pair of $300 beats headphones.

Devin and his crew were the best he was very hand on in conducting his work. Onces they started working we could not get them to stop. I would recommend Devin and James if u want get quality and caring work at a very fast pace.

I had the worst 2 mile move with All my Sons. They were late and then forgot a dolly so had to go back for it and didn’t return for an hour. Once on property they took 4 hours to load the truck from the apartment. Everything was packed up and ready for the truck. Every time I checked on the guys they were breaking. It was hot but I’m paying by the hour. There were supposed to be 3 men but only 2 were sent. It then took 4.5 hours to unload the truck into the house. I have very little furniture and I have never seen two men look so tired and complain so much. They spent more time explaining how I was going to pay then unloading the truck. At 8:30pm I finally said just put everything in the garage and be done. They said the apartment and garage was empty. And left. I go back to lock apartment and there are still boxes and boxes and the garage has about two pick up truck loads left. It cost me $500 more than estimated. I had to provide water for the guys. They left trash all over the ground at the apartment building. All my wooden furniture is scratched. One of my kids beds is broken in half. I had to do 5 more loads of moving from apartment to house. Needless to say, I filed a claim with their customer relations and the department has not called me back and it’s been 20 days. It’s disappointing. I have disputed the change on my CC and I plan to pay nothing until they call me back. Sad to see this kind of customer service.

Quoted by two people at All My Sons Moving said the job would take six hours...Our three bedroom house, with half the house moved already, ended up taking 12 hours. Moving guys were good, poor expectations set.

I would give 0 stars if i could. Scheduled a move for a bed and a few small tables movers were not equipped for the job and made it seem like the bed was impossible to take apart. This resulted in me having to wait another week to get my move done which caused a lot of stress and problems. It was in fact one of the easiest beds i have put together is what the mover from college hunks told me. Never using these guys again.

This was a great experience! Ive been moving my parents stuff, but I wasnt able to finish the move. All My Sons came in, were extremely professional, and made my life easy. They carefully moved boxes and furniture in the house. Two of them carried a couch that they picked up from a storage unit. It took four of us to move the couch to the storage unit!I definitely would use their services again.

Wow! I cannot believe the strength of the guys who we worked with yesterday. There was zero standing around and they made it seem effortless! It was about a hundred degrees and these guys worked diligently for about 4 hours non stop. They were careful, accommodating, friendly and fast. They were funny and we had a great day.

Devin, James and Chris did a great job. They were early and very professional. They arranged my furniture according to where I wanted it. There also finished early as well.

The crew they sent out to my home was very professional, diligent and STRONG!! They treated my belongings as if they were their own. I was so impressed with the work they did that I had to call Justin at the office to let him know how great they were. From my initial phone call to get a quote, to bringing in the last piece of furniture off the truck, this company was A++. I would definitely use them again!

Be prepared to pay....a lot. We had a 2 bedroom town home, literally moved out 3 dressers, 2 beds, a couch, table, 4 dining room chairs. Grand total? $550. They tell you there is a $100 deposit that goes towards the cost, then bang you for $100 travel fee, then it took 3 guys 3 hours to move 7 pieces of furniture and 4 small chairs. And they smashed into the banister and took a chunk of wood out. Besides the one damage spot, everything went smoothly, polite guys, no issues but the cost is expensive and the fees arent clearly described. It should have been hey, there is $100 deposit that will be refunded, then a $100 travel charge, then 3 hours at $130/hr is 390 plus materials. Basically they should just say give us $100 so we can drive our truck to your house. I could see that if we lived in the middle of no where, but we literally were in Matthews where their address is. Why is it the same price to drive within the town limits as it is to drive to an outside town? Oh well. I moved out a 1 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor, full furnished, washer/dryer, couch, full bedroom set all the way from Huntersville to North Charlotte into a 2 story, 3 bedroom town home and paid less and had guys there for 5 hours (this was a different company). Definitely shop around for a better price.

To start off, everyone was very professional from booking to the guys Brandon Hemphill and the super nice young man helping him move my furniture.. Great experience with this company - The movers were very polite and did a great job! I hope they are paid well and have great benefits for their positions .. It has to be hard work and I felt badly that I didnt have anything in the fridge to offer them as I know they had to be thirsty as they worked hard and took care of my furniture as if it was their own.. Do Not Use! Find another company. I was left with wholes in my walk for my house that had a closing in 1 week. Was told they would send someone out to fix immediately! Never heard from them. Called and was immediately told to calm Claims!!!! Called Claims they transferred me back to another location where again I was told to call back another store. Transferred 4 times before a Claims person told me they will send me something to fix after I get my quote!!! I now close in 2 days and will have to fix the damage myself!!! Will NEVER USE THEM or will NEVER refer anyone! No respect for your property!!! I don’t even want to give them 1 Star! That would be a lie!

They they took care of my family and I throughout the whole process. From them coming out to the old house to see how much furniture we had to moving it into our new home. I highly recommend them for anyone

From when I first called them on the phone to when I signed off that the move was complete, these folks are all nice, professional people. I honestly cant rate them on value because they were the only folks I called. If there were cheaper companies out there I dont know, but I will say that I feel like I got what I paid for: A quality, professional move by quality, professional people...from the people who answered the phone to the 4 gentlemen sweating hard in the August heat!

Although my moving only involved part of a house (Id already moved most of it using a friends 18 trailer), I needed help for heavier pieces, and to get the rest of the job done in a hurry.AMB was able to schedule the move on the day I needed. I called on Thursday and was able to book the following Tuesday.The four man crew arrived at 9:30 AM and worked hard all day. They were experienced, they prepped the vulnerable pieces much better than I would have, and they took pains to not damage either the furniture or the house (walls, etc).We filled up a 26 truck and unloaded most of it into a storage unit at the destination, and the rest at my new residence. The crew was very responsive to working with my requests and suggestions. Bear in mind that Im a veteran of MANY self moves, so I have good experience. If you dont, just let the crew take care of it. ;-)All four guys stayed busy. The only standing around was time when it made sense, such as when we were getting the baby grand piano ready to go, and needed all four guys to handle it. There was some waiting while we got the legs off, and then they all were on it.My crew was led by Romeo Patterson, and I couldnt give any higher recommendations to Romeo, Dee, John, and Jordan. And I expressed that with a nice tip to each of the four gentlemen. It may not be a service you think about tipping for, but think about it. These guys worked hard on a hot, hot day.

This is my third move with All My Sons. The actual workers I dealt with were great..My last move was just a few miles from Stallings Road and the delivery was Cherokee Woods half that distance. The truck was not half loaded..My problem was a cost of $297.50 and the poor guy spent most of the time trying to get the I pad to work and it never did. I feel I paid for the time spent on the I Pad . My last 2 jobs with All My Sons the price was reasonable.I call but no result . Big disappointment to me. I did not like paying for a company problem..

Worst service ever. Ruined furniture, scratched walls, rolled our grill through the main living area as to lazy to walk around the deck, through everything in at theend in the back of the truck unwrapped ( pictures to prove this). Never put runners down in our brand new home, scratched floor. Meant to wear gloves and masks, never did.i would be embarrassed to own this company

I made my reservations 3 weeks in advance for 10/19 at 8am. At 8:15am the scheduler called and said the team had a late night move and they needed to reschedule to 2pm because the team needed rest. The movers arrived at 1pm and said they didnt make the 8am appointment because they were doing another job at 8am. I never received a copy of my contract nor the invoice at the time of service even though I told the driver I didnt receive them. When I followed up with the company on Monday 10/21 I was told I needed to wait to get the copies until 10/22 when the manager was back in the office. I also believe they did not give me credit for my 250.00 deposit. The movers wrapped and handled my furniture with care however the didnt follow instructions on where to place my totes. I had 2 barstools and 10 empty totes that needed to go to my garage. When we got to garage they started unloading all my full totes (20) into the garage with the other items. When I explained the full totes needed to go to the apartment, they just kept putting them in the garage and rudely said they didnt care what I needed they were putting them in the garage. I experienced terrible customer service and very unprofessional.

The guys were great! Worked hard to move me quickly and safely. My stuff was wrapped and moved carefully! I am so thankful that they got me moved and I dont have to worry I would recommended movers to anyone it was worth every penny! Thanks All My Sons! Your great job was very appricaited!

This company does not drug test its employees. I know for a fact almost all of them are opiate addicts. Especially a few they just rehired. If you are unfortunate enough to have to deal with these particular men. PACK AND HIDE YOUR MEDICATION YOURSELF. Or I promise you it will magically disappear. There is never any consequences or punishment for these kind of things that happens.

Our move was just perfect. It could not have been better. The company stayed in touch to let us know the arrival time, worked hard...but very carefully. There were some very heavy pieces that had to go upstairs and they were extremely careful with each piece. I sincerely could not have asked for a butter experience. The crew we had were very pleasant to talk with and really worked together as a team.

Amir and his crew were great! They worked hard the whole time they were in our home.

If I could give zero stars I would. Movers were scheduled for 10am but didnt arrive until 3.30pm. I drove over an hour to the pick up location to meet them and waited for 3.5 hours before giving up. No phone call to let us know what was going on. I tried to call several times to both the office and the mover but no answers. When they finally called and said they were there, no apology or concern for what I felt was a major mishap on their part. Will not be using All My Sons moving again and if you do, I suggest clearing your entire day to wait around on them.

Hired to help move my entire house into a storage unit. The crew that came was extremely professional and personable. The office manager called while the crew was there to make sure I was happy with how they were handling things which I thought was great. I will definitely use them again!

Dion and James in the Matthews office moved my mom from her apartment to her new home. They were professional, friendly, efficient and extremely cautions with her belongings. It was record high temp. and they never stopped working. The scheduling was pushed from morning to afternoon due to being backed up from day before but that has nothing to do with James and Dion. I am rating this service as a 5 because of those two young men!

Wayne and his crew were awesome! Made sure my items were secured properly before and after the move. The movers are the backbone of the company and for what was charged I hope that they get better wages!!!!

Awesome hardworking team! I had lots of heavy mirrored furniture and fragile items to move and not one thing was broken. My movers were extremely professional and made my move a stress free process. Definitely going to use them again when I move in the future.

When I called to book all my sons to move a few pieces of furniture out of my apartment along with a few totes and bags I was told that it would be 169.00 for every hour with THREE movers. They took a deposit of 100 dollars and I was told I would be billed the other 69 after the service. My appointment was scheduled for Monday 4/29/19 because my move out date was Wednesday 5/1/19. I was off Monday and had to work all day Tuesday so Monday was perfect! I spoke to Russell and he was very nice and assured me that his crew would give me an hour heads up when they would be heading to my apartment Monday afternoon. I decided to head over to my apartment Monday around 12:30 so I could start getting things ready for when they came. Hours went by and then I finally got a call from Russell saying that his crew would not be able to make it and that we would have to reschedule...this was a HUGE inconvenience for me being that I had to work the next day all day and also that all my things had to be out by the 1st. I was able to work around HIS schedule and rescheduled for the following day. I told him that I needed them to be there at 2pm because my roommate was going to stick around and wait for them. Russell assured me that it wouldn’t be a problem.he said it might not be exactly to but around 2. I gave him my roommates number so that he could be in contact with him when they were close by. Going to the day of... I’m at work and my mother calls me at 3:15 to tell me that the movers aren’t at the house with my furniture... So I called the office and I explained to the woman what was going on and she put me on hold and then Russell came on the phone and said his crew was there and that they didn’t have my roommates contact info.... how is that my problem???? I gave him his number and my mothers number. Plus... he had my number... I called my roommate and he told me that they just called him so they didn’t even come in the apartment until about 3:30! Then it took them almost n hour to leave my apartment in downtown Matthews with mind you not that many things at all to Stallings... I had even taken my bed apart and laid it against the wall for them so they didn’t even have to worry about taking the bed apart! literally a few minutes away from each other! They get to my mothers home and say that I owe 400 dollars!!!! I had already given a deposit of 100. So that means moving a few pieces of furniture with 3 men from Matthews to Stallings cost 500 dollars! I was livid!!!! He tried to explain and make reason of that ridiculous price and I was literally crying upset at work because who gets over on people like this???? I would of tipped each of his movers but he wants to be sneaky with pricing??? And because my mother and I kept questioning the price he brought it down to 281 dollars which is still a lot considering what I had moved and where I had it moved to. I don’t mind paying for a service. But don’t try to get over on people. It’s not right! Especially when my appointment was cancelled! I didn’t get an attitude and I actually worked with HIS schedule and I’m the client! Will never use this company again!

HORRIBLE COMPANY, STAY AWAY! Absolutely awful experience and horrendous customer service if I would even call it that. The moving crew showed up late the day of our move short staffed (including one who wore flip flops the entire day and talked on his Bluetooth complaining about having to work while just standing in the truck). They did not bring the proper moving equipment and were incredibly unprofessional. They were completely careless throughout the move, did not wrap any furniture nor secure it in the truck. To the surprise of absolutely no one, their recklessness led to thousands of dollars of damage to multiple pieces of our furniture and to our home. They also attempted to hide broken pieces of furniture before I could uncover the damage.After over a month of not returning any of my messages, All My Sons responded only to refuse to offer any reimbursement for services charged or even repair certain items they clearly damaged. Every single employee at the local office and in the claims department is incompetent, incredibly rude and uncooperative. I am amazed they are still in business. Make sure to never use All My Sons.

I’ll start with the good. The salesman was friendly and nice. The in home estimate was great and fast.Now the bad. Once I received the quote I could never get the salesman to return my calls to make adjustments to my original quote or quote me on additional services. I tried calling the office but was told nobody could assist and had to be the original salesmen.

With a 2 man crew, it seemed as though I was in my new place in no time. The gentlemen were efficient, thorough, and nice. Im telling everyone I know about how pleased I am with their service. Job well done Men!!

This group of people is a disgrace! They came into my home and stole my medication, were very slow loading and unloading and then broke 8 tote lids. The managers Herman and Russell are real tools. They don’t get it. I trusted them to come into my home and move my stuff and they stole. It magically reappeared when I threatened to call the cops. And then charged me the hour it took to find the medication. And he offers me an hour first and then two hours later. No. This is not finished. Action 9 has already been called and a review sent to the BBB. Clearly with a 3.8 score you need to find another job.

Our experience was awful. We had asked for a quote for them packing the entire house, however, we packed all closets, bathrooms, and dressers. They only thing that had left to pack was the garage, except the golf cart, and the kitchen which they were made aware of upon their arrival. The crew was there from 9am until 10pm which made no sense seeing that we had packed the majority of the house except the larger items that needed to be taken apart, the kitchen and garage. They were reminded again they needed to pack the kitchen and garage multiple times, however, around 4pm they stated they were almost finished when the kitchen and garage had not been touched. I reminded them again. The crew ended up not packing our utensil drawer or the pots and pans that was later discovered by our cleaning crew at 7am the next morning leaving us to pack and transport the items ourselves. I had asked that they clear out the upstairs first thing because I had carpet cleaners coming, the carpet cleaners came twice and wasnt able to start on the upstairs carpets. There were items left in the dining room that we ended up having to give away because we had no room left in any of our 6 vehicles, plus a trailer of the items we had to transport ourselves. They crew placed one of our TVs, unpackaged, in the front floor board of the budget truck we had rented. I had specifically asked that they package my fathers flag shadow box very well because it cannot be replaced. They wrapped it in one of our blankets from the living room, placed it in the front seat of the budget truck with six pieces of heavy glass from our outdoor table on top of it. The crew did not follow directions, then lied to their superior about directions given. Specifically, I had given very clear verbal instructions on which items were going with us and which items were going to the dump which I followed up with via text message. After they left on Saturday, my son informed me that he did not have a mattress. I go look in his room, no mattress, I go look in my daughters room and theres the mattress that I had instructed was going to the dump. I attempt to call the crew to find out where our 2 queen size mattresses were, they did not answer so I called the office. Sicily answered and stated she wasnt sure what was going on with our move but would have Justin give me a call back. When Justin called, he said that he had contacted the crew and they said we had told them multiple times on Saturday to put those mattresses in the budget truck to be taken to the dump which is not the case. No one had told them that at all. I sent Justin the text message from Thursday which outlined which mattresses and bedframes where going where. This is just a few of the issues we experienced. I would not recommend All My Sons.

Easy move, fast and hard working movers. If you are moving you ought to use this company. Best moving experience we have ever had!

Worst moving experience ever. They broke several pieces of furniture and even broke our china cabinet twice. They broke one of the glass shelves during the move and after cleaning the glass out before bringing it in the house they broke the entire glass door. A broken dresser, chipped wood on bedroom furniture, scarred and dented wood stairs in home. I expected more for the $2,000 they charged. Dont be fooled by the initial customer service. I received numerous calls prior to the move and during the move but once they received payment customer service ended and I wasnt contacted by anyone regarding the damage that was done.I would definitely NOT use them again and WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone!

Terrible terrible business they repeatedly tell you over the phone that the hourly rate is $159 but fail to mention the almost $200 travel fee and an additional “labor fee”. I was expecting to pay $159 an hour my total ended up being $500 for 1.5 hours of moving. The movers were friendly but this company is ripping people off.
